  Well, I trust the National Enquirer more than I trust the New York Times, but that's my PoV and not shared by everyone. My sympathies for all that you're going through and my hopes and prayers that you manage to get everything sorted out.

  Heya Cat.
  The review system is different than it used to be. I dont' know how too reply except to write a new review. Anyway, I appreciate yoour offer of assistance, but like you, I don't know what to do. Since the commissionerr won't act, and i have no faith remaining int eh US justice system, I've decided to go public and just maybe embarrass these sons of bitches into taking some action. Maybe that will work. I doubt it, but it's (remotely) possible. Dave.

  Mayhaps you need to take the low road, Dr. Phil, Maury Povich, et al., in an effort to embarrass them into doing right (heck, really slum and try "48 Hours" and "60 Minutes").

  I've tried, Cat. I've contacted Ellen Degeneres, Montel Williams Oprah, Maury Povich, Dr Phil, The Justice Project and the Natiojnal Enquirer. None of them have cointacted me in any way. I'm at a loss as to how to continue. Dave

  Try contacting John Walsh through CNN. His son was killed when he was six years old and since then, John has made it his life's work to bring bad guys to justice. Perhaps you will get some help from that direction.
  His latest show, The Hunt, airs weekly on HLN.

  As I told Cateagle, Like all the rest, Walsh has refused to reply to my pleas. Despite the similar tragedy in his past, I'm wondering if he's more interested in ratings than anything else. Alorkin

  Like I said, take the low road with "48 Hours" and/or "60 Minutes" if you haven't contacted them. wicked chuckle If you can spin it as something that makes the present administration look bad, they'll likely jump on it.

  They say " Justice is blind" and they ain't kidding! Some years back two teenagers or maybe early twenties, broke into a home. The police were called but before they arrived the kids were removed and sat on the front steps. The police said as they weren't caught in the house they couldn't arrest them for B&E. It mattered not that their fingerprints were all over the inside of the house. That just goes to prove that the law is A, for the rich and has more loop holes then anyone can deal with. I would very much like to hear what if anything has been doe to get your granddaughter back.

  I agree 100%. This Court Commissioner (NOT Judge) has refused to even open this case for the past two years. My question is 'WHY?'. I am planning an offensive invoolving a direct accusation ion Facebook that includes names, dates and circumstances. IN short,i'm gonna piss her off to the extent that she HAS to arrest my ass. When she does, I'm going to demand to know, in front of witnesses, why she has refused to do her fucking job. I'm actuaally hoping she jails me for contempt, because then i have access to every prisoner there. I'll start a letter campaign, and in exchange, I'll teach them a new trade.

  Have you tried to enact `Service by Publication`. Any half way competent lawyer should be able to solve this for you. I wish you the best of luck. This exact thing happened to a family member of mine. Six years of hell. I feel for you i really do. sadly i don't think you'll get much media attention out of this, it happens to often for that
