"All my chains are on the ground. Crawling around..SOMEBODY SAVE ME! LET YOUR WARM LIGHT BREAK RIGHT THROUGH!" I belted the notes of Remy Zero's Save Me. I've been a little depressed lately. I guess it's because of the whole Seelkadoom thing. I wish things could go back to normal. I mean not going back to Seelka normal, but back to lazy mornings not having anything to do but hustle, steal and sing. That kinda normal I thought to myself. I Let out an exasperated sigh and get up from the window seal to see Sonic and Shadow training like they are getting ready for a match.
"Keep up, Shadow!" Sonic taunted
"Please, I'm just toying with you at the moment, Sonic" Shadow said back. Then after that, they darted for each other like wild animals going for a kill. I found it fun to just sit and watch. The fight was marvelous until Shadow stopped in mid-punch and turned around. I dash up and ask
"What happened? I was watching yall fight,then you stopped."
"You didn't feel that Manic?" Sonic asked, I reply with a mere nod. Shadow looks around and stares at the clearing nearby. "Shadow......what do you see?" Sonic asked with a quiet and scared tone.
"That feeling......it was a chaos power........and other than me and Seelkadoom, there's only one other hedgehog I know that can control those. I think I found the other person. Stay here, I'll be back." With that thought, Shadow dashed off.
"SHADOW WAIT!" I yelled, before I could run after him, Sonic pulled me back and and shakes his head.
"What he just saw.........you DON'T wanna get into."
Confused, I asked "Whatcha mean, bro? It's just a measly Chaos control, what's that's gonna do to me?"
Sighing he said "It's not just about the chaos control....It's about WHO it came from, and what they are capable of with that power. And trust me.......they aren't a force to be reckoned with"

At that moment, while skating toward the clearing I saw her. With her majestic ice blue eyes, radiant electric blue and jet black fur,her hair has been cut to where it hangs off to the side and the tips are sliver. The way she handles her weapons is like a chef prepares a meal for a food critic. I just stare at her while she makes combos with her weapons, until she disappears.
"Long time no see Shadow." She says from behind me with a smirk in her tone
I whip my head around to see her staring at me. I respond "Yes it has Trixie, nice to see you."
"Wish I could say the same, but frankly I was hopin to never see either three of you. Yes I know Sonic is watching."
By that time she gaze has shifted to where I could see the twins coming up the hill to met Trixie and I. Sonic does a double take and then stares at her in awe. " No way..........Trixie? Is that you?"
Snickering she says in her normal cocky tone "Damn right Sonic. The one and the only!"
"But.....What made you come back all of a sudden?" Sonic asked
"Business, and it's not about you nor lil black and red friend either."
Growling, I tackle her an grit my teeth and say "Look, I haven't dealt with you in years, but what you won't do is come back and act like you run shit. Got it?"
She tackles me back and sneers "Look, I haven't seen you in years and didn't want to see you anytime soon. So what you can do is don't act like you know me cause you don't..." she pauses and gets up "....Anymore"
Manic finally speaks "Damn, I wish I could tackle Shadow like that. All I mange to do is kick him, if I'm that lucky that is." he hangs his head. We all look at him with confusion and he raises his head and makes direct eye contact with Trixie and stood in awe. "You are the most beautiful hedgehog I ever seen in my life. You have to be an angel fallen from heaven, no lie."
"Shadow,maybe he doesn't know who she is...." Sonic says
I turn and look at Trixie who is smirking and twirling her staffs and says "Why thank you but, listen to them. I'm no angel. In fact, I'm the complete opposite." After that that statement, she does what she's good at: Disappearing.
Sonic sighs "Well, looks like we have another problem to deal with. I'd thought she was dead."
I stare off in the sky and mumble "Yeah, So did I Sonic. So.Did.I."

My mind is racing I have to see her again. There's something about her that just...grabs me. I need to see her again. I continue to stare out the window. Then I jump out the window and head into the city. Looking around I can tell nothing has changed. The street signs are the same, hell, same old dude selling the apples are still in his same spot. I'm in search for my old house. I can find it by locating an old oak tree, I lived not to far from there. Once I found it, I make a sharp left into the secret opening that I have. ( And if you really think I'm going to tell you, I have one thing to say: You are a complete and utter dumbass).
Huh, I'm lucky no one tried to break in. I think to myself as a look around. Peaceful and quiet, just like I want it to be. I walk into my room and flop on my bed and let out a happy and tired sigh. "I'm crashing here for the night," I say outloud "It's good to be home." Just as I close my eyes to go to sleep, I hear an angelic voice singing. I sit up instantly and look around. It's coming from outside, from the forest. I think to myself. I jump off the bed and hop out the window and head to the forest in search of the angel with the amazing voice. On the way, I run into some people who I thought our beef had been fully cooked, but I guess I was wrong. The beef is only at medium rare.
"So, the green night is back." The leader named Dante said in a cocky tone. " I thought you left for good, since we haven't seen you in year. Where have you been?'
"Out and living life. I found something else to do." I say blankly
"Oh really? And what might that be? Steal the hearts and virginity of bitches?" Dante said chuckling. By that time, the rest of his gang surrounded me. Well shit, I never got this far in training with Shadow. I wish he was here. What to do what to do?..... I have a mini panic attack in my head. Breathing slowly I simply say "No you fuckboy, unlike you: I won't use girls just for the pleasure of myself." Sighing still trying to get out of this alive, I continue "Now what is this about?"
Chuckling, he pulls out a gun and twirls it in his hand. Damn he looks like Shadow. Wait...... If I have some sense, he's using a "Bait" tactic. "You see Manic, you may have forgot the little deal we made. You bring us the money from the rich old dude and we give you the diamond you wanted." Pointing the gun at me, his face changing to hostile and cold, he continues " I had eyes watching you the day you took the money......instead of giving it to me, you run off with it. I wanted to give you another chance hoping you would come back. But no, you deiced to leave and not come back. Well, I thought long and hard what your penalty is."
Slightly shivering, I say " Huh, didn't think you noticed. What's the penalty?"
Dante smiles and backflips and holds his hands out with the gun still present "They whoop your ass then I kill you. Simple"
A random voice says with coldness " How bout this, WE beat your ass and then I kill you?" The voice drops from the trees in all black. All you can see was the eyes. It speaks again, but now you can tell it was a girl " Simple, and way better."
Dante smiles and asked waiting to attack " Who are you mami?"
She smirks and looks at me and nods, by training with Shadow I know that means to get ready to attack on the cue. " My name is The bitch who beat your ass with ease" And with that, the mysterious girl charged at Dante and fought with him for a while then hung him from the tree by his shirt. After that she came to help me fight off the other guys.
"Manic, wind left, then drop kick east, now!" she ordered. Any true fighter understands that means spiral kick to the left and....well drop kick to the east is....self explanatory. Once I've done that, She takes out two staff and makes them into one. Extraordinary, just amazing. I thought. A guy runs up on me, freaking me out, I burn him in his face. "Well, shit talk about turning up the heat." The girl smiles and says "Please you just made a spark. Let a pro show you how its done." With that statement, she takes the last guy and throws him in the air, combos with fire and then shoots him back down, charred and very much dead. Whipping back down, Dante kicks her in her side. He starts laughing and keeps kicking her. No, that's not right I need to help her I think to myself. I charge at Dante,but failed completely.
" Nice try, but not smart." he said pining a knife in my side. I let out a scream of pain.
"HEY!" the girl screams from on the ground "This is between me and you. Leave him out of it." She panting real hard and is struggling to get up, but isn't making much progress.
Dante sneers "Look chica, this was between me and Manic until you rained on us. No it's only fair if I handle you first so I won't have to deal with you after I kill him." Pointing his finger at me, who is currently bleeding. Dante saunters over to her and picks her up, throws her against a tree and pins her there. "Let's see who's beautiful face will her friends be missing." Slowly and evil like, Dante takes off the girls mask and hood. She turned her face away and grunted. When she opened her eyes, I instantly knew who she was. Trixie! It was her all along. She wanted to save me.......but why?
"Trixie? Is that really you?" I asked gasping for air
"Quiet, talking makes it worse Manic." Trixie said grunting trying to get out of Dante's hold. "And to answer your question, yes it's me."
Dante has grabbed another knife and hold it to her neck, piercing it slowly into her neck so blood can trickle down. "You two know each other? How cute......anyway sorry to break this up but I can't have both of you alive to haunt me."
Trixie laughs " Correction bitchboy: I just met Manic earlier today and second," She pauses and wiggles her hands grabbing her staff and changing it into a sword, fire has surrounded her and Dante. He looks confused and looks at her while she continues " You won't be alive for us to haunt you." He losses his grip and she falls and her knees. Chuckling, Trixie stands and looks at Dante.
She's hella smart. How did she do that? I wanna know more about her. Dante is sweating like a sinner in church. " How did you.........do that? HOW!?"
"Maybe it's because you are more dumber than you realize. You see while you were too busy trying to choke me, you left my hands out in the open. Which, is bad because, you know, cause shit like this happens." She motions her hands to the fire. After Dante feel to his knees, he begins to beg.
"Please, please. I'll do anything. Just... let....me..live."
She smiles and before cutting his throat she says " Shouldn't never threaten me." After that statement, the swift motion of the blade of her sword slit Dante's throat, leaving him dead. Walking over to me, she simply ask, "How are you feeling?"
Grunting, I sit up and respond "Dizzy. I guess it's because the loss of blood." Pausing I look at her "That was amazing. Where'd you learn that style of combat?"
Patching the wound, she says something that I never expected to hear "Shadow taught me the basic, I grew from that." Looking at the wound, Trixie sighs "We need to get back to Shadow and Sonic. They can help you more than I can."
"But....." I start off. She looks at me with that look say But what? Sighing I say "I don't wanna go back there tonight atleast. I wanted to come home." I stand up holding my wound.
"Well I can't blame you. Why you think I came back?"
Looking at her smiling "You want my honest answer?" She nodded. "Because I thought you and Shads had beef and you wanted to settle it since you were in the area. Just from what I gathered earlier."
Chuckling softly "You are smarter than I thought, Manic. Yes, me and the black and red one have some un-settle business to handle but thats not the only reason I came back." Looking up at the trees, she says "Well I got good news and bad news."
"Can I have the bad news first?" I asked in a scared tone. Trixie laughs and shakes head.
"Calm down, its not that kind of bad news. You aren't strong enough to walk home. That's the bad news. The good news is that we are close enough to my place so you can crash there tonight.
She wants me to crash at her place. SHE BARELY KNOWS ME!? On second thought, she did save me and help me out. I guess the least I can do is let her house me I have a little convo with myself. Finally, I say "Sure, I have nothing better to do."
"Cool, and oh brace you self." She says blankly
Confused "Wait why?" As soon as the why came out, Trixie grabs me and tree jumps from tree to tree until we come to a huge tree. "Welcome to my home, Manic. Pick a room but the only one you cant go in is the one at the end. Everything is open to you, but that room. Comprende?"
" Crystal clear." I look around " Nice house, you build it yourself?"
Backfliping into the kitchen she says "And by myself, and thanks. Hungry?"
Walking into the kitchen, she is in the fridge looking for something. The kitchen is amazing. It has a gas stove, granite cabinets, and tile flooring. " Yeah, whatcha got?"
Standing up she says, "From what I can tell: Pizza, burgers, tacos"
"I was sold when I heard Tacos, give me!" I said playfully as I walked towards her. She hands me the tacos and I heat them up. She is beautiful.....I should get to know her better.....wonder if she'll hang with me and the guys.
After we sit down at the table, I thought it'll be nice to start up a conversation.
"So, where are you from Trixie?" I said trembling because I really have no damn clue of how she is gonna react
"I'm from here......Stop trembling like I said I was gonna kill you. How bout you hedgehog, you from mobius?"
Smiling and stop shaking "Born and raised. Hey...How did you find me in the forest?"
She breaks out in to laughter " Come on dude, How could you miss a neon green hedgehog in a dark forest?"
Rolling my eyes and biting my taco I say " Haha very funny, but you have a point." I demolished the rest of my taco while she takes the last bite of her pizza. I couldn't help but stare. Trixie's next words threw me for a fucking loop.
"Hey, earlier when you said I was an angel. I really thought was sweet of you." She said taking my plate. "I haven't gotten a compliment like that in years. Thanks Manic. You are pretty cute your damn self."
Stuttering and blushing "Gee, thanks Trix. And you're welcome."
"Anyway, you need rest like now. So pick a room and if you need me call me. Got it?"
"Yeah, got it." Trying to make a move to show her I have an interest in her I offer to help. " You need help?"
Smirking and turning to the sink "Nope, no go to sleep Manic. NOW! that's a order."
Saluting and walking away " Sir yes sir" I walk to my room, which is fixed like a normal guest room. " I'm in love with her, and yet I barely know her. I can't wait to tell the dudes about today. Shadow should be proud that I fought a gang of guys." I Fall on the bed and sleep. Dreaming of the angel in my life. Then I hear it again: The voice from the woods. I get up and walk to a room not to far from mine. I peak into the room and see Trixie singing beautifully. God damn, the angel herself has the most awesome voice I ever heard. Staring I hum along to the song she is Singing: Renegades by X Ambassadors. Trixie looks towards the door, I dart to the side. I hear her chuckle and continues singing. I walk back to my room and get back into bed thinking of only one thing: Me and Trixie belong together. I can feel it.

"Sonic, I don't know how to deal with this. She Disappears and comes back like it's a routine." I Say to Sonic who is sitting next to me on the roof of the house.
"Well, like she said. She wasn't planning on running into the three of us. Speaking of, Whose the..."
"Selkadoom. She didn't want to see me, you, nor Selkadoom."
Looking at me, Sonic responds questionably " Why him?"
Sighing and staring out into the night sky " Because, Selkadoom is her brother and she hates him more then she hates chili dogs."
Sonic stays quiet for a while then says. " I wonder how she puts up with her life. I mean all the shit she had to go through, I'm surprised Trixie hasn't gone insane."
Chuckling I answer " Yeah you have a point. She's a fighter that's why." I stop and hang my head. " She hates me; I can feel it. Maybe if I haven't left her behind, we would......nevermind. It doesn't matter."
His head snaps toward me and his hand touches mine. Sonic softly asks " You loved her. She was your girlfriend, wasn't she?"
Nodding slowly, I say " She was my everything. I taught her how to fight and she taught me,"
" Stealth and weapon techniques."
Sonic and I get up and turn around, prepared for a fight, that was until I saw her ice blue eyes staring at the ground.
"Trixie?" Sonic asked.
I keep quiet and she if she says anything back. When she doesn't I respond " Yeah, That's her. What do you want?"
Sighing " I want to talk to you," Now eyeing sonic she completes her sentence " Alone"
Sonic laughs " Ok, I get the fucking hint jeez." He looks at me and I nod telling him just go before she kicks the shit out of you. When he heads back in the house. I put away my gun and stare at her.
"Look, I want to set the record straight. I left him. So don't think I'm his little spy bitch cause I'm not." She says with an attitude.
Sighing " That's nice to know. How are you Mid-Nite?"
Looking at me finally, she smirks and says " I'm alright, and you Red?"
" I'm fine. So, answer me this: Why? Just why did you come back?"
Walking to the edge of the roof, she sighs " I-I- I came back cause I missed home. Also to kill Selkadoom."
Pausing I think to myself She's not telling me the full thing, but knowing her she won't. Atleast not now. But I have to try anyway. " You're not telling me the whole truth Trixie. Just tell me," Walking towards her I say " You can trust me."
Turning towards me she blurts " Can I? Can I really, Shadow? Cause last time I trusted you, you left me alone with Selkadoom. Last time I trusted you, I ended up not having noone to talk to. Last time I trusted you, YOU BROKE MY HEART!"
I stand there, hurt and not knowing what to say, so she keeps talking " I'd never thought that I would end up in this situation. Being alone, an outcast, the bitch everyone fears. You taught me so much....and I'm surprised I haven't used it against you yet."
"Look, I know what I did was wrong. I don't know why I let him fill my head with lies."
Confused, Trixie ask "What lies?"
Currently looking in those ice cold blue eyes, I tell her the truth " He told me you were dead."
Shocked and filled with anger, I know this because her eyes change color based one her emotions "He. Said.What?"
Placing my hand on her shoulder, I try to calm her down. " Trix, look. I know you're angry, but I need you to breathe."
"Breathe, Shadow. Breathe? How can I fucking breathe when he's spreading lies about me? Shadow I have to kill him."
"No, you don't. Not everything has to end this way." I pull her in a hug and comfort her. Next thing I know, Trixie is griping my shirt and is crying. " I'm always here. Trust me, let it go."
Sniffling, she says softly "Okay, I trust you. Just don't leave me again. Please say you won't"
Smiling I simply " I won't" She lifts her head and looks me in the eye and smiles. I leaned down and kissed her. To my surprise, Trixie kissed me back. I still want her.....I still need her.....I still love her. Goddamnit, Shadow. How are you gonna tel Manic? Still holding Trixie, I say " So you know where Manic is don't you?"
Chuckling, she says in her smart ass tone "Maybe, maybe not. Anyway, yes I do. He's at my place sleep. He ran into a gang of dudes, he was outnumbered so I helped him out," She lets go and smiles "You taught him good, But he doesn't know how to modify what you taught him."
"Modify?" I ask
"After you taught me how to fight, when I left Selkadoom I modified what you taught to make my combat better. It's not that hard to do really."
"I'm Proud of you. You came along way. Keep it up."
Sauntering to the other edge of the roof " I'm a huntress, Top huntress at that. What makes you think I'll back own now?"
Chuckling " I have no clue Trixie. But Don't lose sight of the things that are important."
" I won't, I promise." She falls off the roof and flies off."
She needs us: Manic, Sonic, and I. We can make a new family.

"Manic!!!!! Wake up!!" I hear Trixie yell from the kitchen. I'm an early riser so I was in the music room playing the drums. I couldn't hear her yelling at me. In my own little world, I continue to play until I hear a random guitar solo. I Look over and see Trixie ripping an Electric Blue electric guitar. Wow.....awesome! She plays an instrument. Sexy!
Joining her, we keep making a sound that was awesome. Once we have finished, she smiles and says "So this is where you were? I could've saved my breath."
"Yeah, you could've, but anyway. You look amazing." I say blushing
"Umm, Thanks Manic." She said adverting my eyes. She has on a Black crop top, jean shorts, and combat boots. Smiling She picks up her staff and twirls it. " You know how to fight with a weapon?"
Laughing and walking to her " Naw, I never got that far in training with Shadow yet....."
"Well, good thing we are friends, I'll teach ya. It's simple, Here." She tosses me her other staff and takes a fighting position." Now,with staffs you have to make sure you are one with the staff. The staff is a guide, all you have to do drive it. Like this" She shows me how to flow with that staff. She does it so well. After she's done, Trixie helps me to flow and drive my staff in an enemy.
"This is easy! I can do this with excellence." I said filled with pride.
"You think so huh? Here's something: Fight me." She says simply
"Really? I dont think I'm ready for that..." I say instantly getting scared. " I feel Ima get my ass...ouch!" I yell as Trixie hit my in my arm.
"Enough talking, Pay attention" She says running at me again. We fight for a while until I knock her to the ground. I help her up and smiles at her " Well,You manged to pin me. Congrats."
"Thanks Trixie...That was fun....." I said blushing and staring at her. " Damn, you are fine as hell"
For the first time in the few days I knew her, she blushes and smiles " Thanks, dude I really..." I cut her off with a deep kiss. Wrapping my arms around her, I hear moan slightly.I walk forward making her walk backwards. I guide her into the bedroom and lay her on the bed. While kissing her neck, I take off her shirt.
"Manic....." she says softly
"Shush......let me do what I'm doing" I say with my voice getting deeper. " Let me take control....."
After taking off her shirt, I slip my hand down her pants and start rubbing her sweet spot, resulting in her moaning. " You like that?" I ask, teasing her by grazing my lips by her boobs.

I pull out, just in time. After she and I clean up, we cuddle in my bed. I smiles and kiss her " That was amazing as fuck. So I got a question."
She smiles " Yeah, it was. What's the question."
"Look, I know I just met you and all, but I have this strong feeling that we belong together. You are beautiful, smart, majestic,strong, and more than words can describe. I guess what I'm asking is: Will you go out with me? Like be my girl?"
"Well, it must be your lucky day. Yes, I'll be your girl!"
Smiling like an idiot, I kiss her and fall asleep.
Hours later, Trixie an I are back at the house with my twin brother and Shadow.
"MANIC! YOUR ALIVE!!" Sonic yells while hugging me.
"You don't listen I told you he was with Trixie. Speaking of, Hey Trix. Thanks for bringing him back." Shadow said casually.
She nods " No problem, anyway Manic and I have an announcement."
The boys look at me and I say " Me and Trixie.....are dating!"
Sonic smiles "Congrats, twin. I'm happy for you."
Shadow looks at Trixie, who currently is hanging her head to avoid his eyes. Afterwards, Shadow storms out the room. Sonic looks and ask " What was that about?"
Trixie goes after him " Don't worry about it, I got to handle this"
"Manic, we need to talk" Sonic says to me. I nod and he continues " Shadow is Trixie's Ex....And I think he might still love her."
I drop my head in my hands and say out loud " I really fucked up......"
