InuYasha Confronts Sesshomaru
*Last time....

"It seems that her last care giver had to leave for a family emergency and will not be returning to the castle, you are to take care of her until I find a replacement, do I make myself clear?"
"Hai..." said Kagome looking down at her knees.
"Good, you will also be moved to a different room. Your quarters will be in same wing as my mine as well as Rin's....
[Meanwhile back with InuYasha and the others...]
"Ok lets go, we are losing daylight and I want to make it there in time."
"We're ready now InuYasha, please lead the way." said Miroku
So the trio headed towards the Western Lands, each deep in their own thoughts.

[The Next Day, with InuYasha and the others....]
Although the morning was cool and cloudy, InuYasha awoke, body covered in sweat.
{those damn dreams! I can't stop having those dreams, it's always the same, I see Kagome's lifeless body, then the next thing I know, she's yelling at me and telling me I am the one who killed her. Fuck! When will these dreams stop! I don't know how much more I can handle!}
InuYasha was brought out of his thoughts when he heard the rustling of what he knew as Miroku's robes.
"It's about time you woke up, hurry and gather everything together so that we can leave, we'll stop to eat later in the day, I want to travel as far as we can before these clouds clear away and bring on the heat"
"Ok, I will go wake the lovely Sango and....."
"NO! You just get everything together, I will wake her, I don't have time for you to be knocked out for being the pervert you are!" hissed the Inu-hanyou
"InuYasha! I'm hurt that you would even think such things about me! Why do you insist on hurting me so?"
"SHUT UP! DON'T YOU EVER TAKE ANYTHING SERIOUSLY? FUCK! YOU'RE ALWAYS JOKING AROUND! I DON'T HAVE TIME FOR THAT SHIT RIGHT NOW! NOW GET YOUR THINGS AND STOP SPEWING USELESS WORDS!" yelled an irritated, InuYasha
"Hey! What's with all the noise? Can't a girl get some sleep around here?"
"Oh Sango, you're awake, good InuYasha says we have to get moving."
"Hai! I'll be ready in 5 minutes!" replied the now wide awake Taijai.
[10 minutes later....]
InuYasha, Miroku and Sango headed towards the Western Lands again, all three of them anticipating the upcoming battle. Although no one would admit it, each one of them were scared and nervous.
{What if Kagome is really dead and we are killed by Sesshomaru's people before we even reach his boundaries? Or worse, what if he meets us halfway and kills us all right then! Oh Kami! I think I'm going to be sick!} thought Sango, suddenly turning a pale green.
{I hope Kagome-sama is okay. I don't know what InuYasha has done, but something tells me it has to do with Kikyo...I wish that the baka would just make up his mind and stop leading poor Kagome-same around like a dog on a leash. Of course I guess I really have no place to say such things, since I do like all the pretty ladies, but I would give that all up if I could find the one person that I love and that is in love with me (glances at Sango) but I don't know if that will ever occur, who would like a hentai like myself. I wonder how long it will be until we reach Sesshomaru's castle, I hope soon, I've been itching for a fight for awhile now....} t
{Hang on Kagome, I am almost there, I will stop at nothing to protect you, please hang on! I hope my mind was playing tricks on me! I hope she isn't dead! Wait a minute? What if this is exactly what my brother had planned? Maybe he took Kagome with him so that I would show up and fight with him! Maybe it's his plan to kill us right there on the spot! What if he is planning on....SHUT UP YOU FUCKING BAKA! I DOESN'T MATTER, YOU WILL BE ABLE TO FIGHT HIM! STOP WITH THE USELESS WORRYING}
[At Sesshomaru's Castle...]
Kagome was in the garden with her new student, Rin. She was not sure what she was supposed to do, so decided that since she was the little girls care giver that she would teach her the things that Lady Kaede had taught her.
"Um Rin, does Lord Sesshomaru have a herb garden around here?"
"Yes! Rin will show Kagome-sama where it is" the 11 year old grabbed the Miko's hand and almost dragged her through a gate that was not noticed before. {Well, that explains it, it was covered by some bamboo plants, it looks like someone just recently cleared it, hmm... I wonder why?}
When Sesshomaru's ward and Kagome entered the herb garden, Kagome was once again left speechless! She could smell the herbs all mixed together and it seemed to have calming affect on her.
"Oh my! It's gorgeous! I never knew it was here!" She walked around the enclosed garden and spotted many herbs that she was familiar with and some that she was not.
The garden had lavender, chamomile, lemongrass, willow bark, witch hazel, Echinacea, golden seal root, and so much more, she felt like a kid caught in a candy store!
"Okay Rin, has anyone taught you about herbal remedies?" asked Kagome
"Nope, Rin does not know what that means, Rin knows how to read and write though, Lord Sesshomaru taught Rin when Rin became his ward."
"Oh good! Well, although Lord Sesshomaru has ordered me to teach you anything, I think it will be useful for you in the future to know how to use herbs, especially if someone gets sick, you'll know what to do. What do you think? Do you want to learn?"
"Oh YES! Rin would love to learn, Rin likes herbs! They smell good and look pretty! Rin wants to learn, please Kagome-sama!?" Rin pleaded
"Ok then, shall we begin?"
"Yes please" the Miko walked over to the Lavender and began her lessons
"Okay Rin, do you see this"
"uh huh"
"This is called, lavender. It is used for relaxation and also people rub the oil of lavender on their temples to rid themselves of headaches caused by stress. It is also used when one bathes, to help them relax after a stressful day. But my favorite way is to drink it as a tea. It smells yummy and it really tastes good, especially if you use a little honey with it."
"Oooo... Rin didn't know you could put it in a tea Kagome-sama"
"Yep! It's really good too."
"Rin Loves that flower, will Kagome-sama make the tea for me too?"
"Of course! Let's pick some right now and then we can brew it later on tonight before bed time, what do you say?"
"Oh yes! Rin is happy!"
[Meanwhile in Lord Sesshomaru's Quarters....]
Sesshomaru awoke with a start, not knowing what had caused him to wake up so tense. He quickly got out of bed and summoned Jakken to help him dress. Jakken appeared in the doorway asking how he could be of service.
"Jakken help my with my armor."
"Yes, me Lord, as you command."
"Jakken, where is Rin and the Miko?"
"They are in the garden's me Lord, would you like me to summon them?"
"Do not bother, I can do it myself, Jakken, leave."
"Bu- bu- bu- but Me Lord, is there nothing else you require of me?"
"Jakken. This Sesshomaru does not tolerate impudance, leave before I decapitate you."
"Ye-Yes me Lord, what ever you wish!" said Jakken bowing so low that his ugly toad forehead was touching the ground, and then he quit the room.
Sesshomaru walked out to his balcony still wondering what had awoken him. He took a deep breath through his nose and that's when he realized it. He could smell him and his friends. InuYasha was close to his castle. Sesshomaru sniffed the air once again and could smell vengeance and anger coming from his half brother.
Sesshomaru summoned Mi San and told her to get Kagome and Rin and to escort her to the Miko's quarters.
"What is it, Sesshy? Is there danger?" asked Mi San
"Foolish witch can you not feel his aura?"
"Who's aura? I don't feel anything"
"It is my younger brother, and he as come here with one thing on his mind....revenge. Take the Miko and Rin to the Miko's quarters, I will send guards, to watch over them."
"How long will it be before your brother gets here?" asked Mi San
"He will be here in less than 2 hours. Do not tell Kagome of this situation, I will handle it. Now stop the tedious questioning and do as I say!"
"Yes oh mighty one! Geeze, you don't gotta bite my head off!" yelled Mi San (well as close as you can get to yelling when your mind talking)
"Do Not try my patience, ningen!" said the Ice Prince
{I'm not even gonna acknowledge that} thought Mi San to herself
[Back at the Herbal Garden....]
"Kagome. Rin. Lord Sesshomaru has ordered me to take two you back to your quarters. There is danger coming and he does not want any harm to come to you!" said Mi San with obvious panic in her voice.
"What is it? What's going on? Who is in danger? It's not Sesshy is it! Because if it is I can help!" said Kagome panicing
"No! It is not the Lord, but we must hurry! We MUST follow his orders! Hurry up!"
"But what's going on?" asked Rin.
"I am not at Liberty to say, Lord Sesshomaru will tell you when he wants to."
The Miko and Rin followed Mi San to Kagome's quarters, with no more questions. At least none spoken out loud.
Mi San then closed the door behind them and put up a barrier on the door and the windows, to keep out all dangers including demons and humans alike. All that was left to do was to sit and wait patiently until Sesshomaru says it's okay.
[With InuYasha...]
"Ano, InuYasha, are we almost there?" asked Sango
"Yes, we are going to be there a lot sooner than I expected. His castle is closer than I remember." Said InuYasha
"InuYasha, how long do you think it will be until we get there?" asked the Monk
"In less than 2 hours. We should rest for a little while before we move on. You humans are weak and need the strength to fight baka-maru."
"Thank you InuYasha for thinking of us, we are eternally grateful." Replied Miroku.
"Keh! Whatever."
[Back at the Castle of Sesshomaru...]
Lord Sesshomaru walked to the Guards quarters on the northern part of his land and assigned 4 guards to guard Kagome and Rin. When he was through with that, he swiftly walked to the entrance of the castle grounds, gracefully jumped into a tall tree and waited for the arrival of his half brother and friends, making sure to mask his scent.
[With InuYasha...]
"Hurry up Damn it! We ain't got all day! I can smell Kagome! I knew she was alive!" looking at Sango and Miroku who was behind him, he said,
"I'm gonna run ahead, I will meet you at the gates, the castle is just up this path."
Sango and Miroku looked at each other, not knowing what to say, anxiety showing in their aura's.
InuYasha came to the gate wondering why the barrier was down.
{Oh, so baka-maru is expecting me. Good I haven't had a good fight in awhile, I do need to relieve some stress...} thought InuYasha
He waited for Sango and Miroku to get there, getting more impatient by the minute.
{Damn! What's taking them! Fuck it I'm going in with out them! I'm tired of waiting!}
The Hanyou ran through the gates that were conveniently left open. He stopped in the middle of a clearing in front of the gate and yelled,
"SESSHOMARU YOU BASTARD! WHERE ARE YOU!? COME OUT AND FACE ME LIKE A MAN!"
He stood there for a couple of minutes and there was no reply, once again he yelled
"SESSHOMARU! GET YOUR ASS OUT HERE YOU SON OF A BITCH! I KNOW YOU'RE HERE AND I KNOW THAT YOU HAVE MY KAGOME, I CAN SMELL HER ALL OVER THE PLACE! BRING HER TO ME NOW!"
InuYasha sat there in silence, for what seemed like minutes, but sure it was only seconds when something green and glowing came whipping past his face, barely grazing his cheek and then heard,
"InuYasha, you dare trespass on this Sesshomaru's property? You will pay with your life."
"Keh! Bring it on then ass hole! I'll fuck you up! You're gonna wish you never met me when I'm through with you!"
"Feh. Then close your mouth and continue." Replied the stoic Lord
InuYasha drew out his Tetusaiga and ran towards his brother preparing to swing down on the Tai Youkai. Sesshomaru easily evaded the blow by jumping back then up in the air so fast that it was almost impossible to see where he was going, almost. InuYasha quickly turned around knowing that his brother was now behind him. He swung the Tetusaiga once again yelling, "WIND SCAR!"
Of course Sesshomaru was expecting this and quickly pulled out his Tokijin blocking InuYasha's wind scar.
"Baka. Still swinging uselessly here and there, but what do you expect from a useless half breed." Said Sesshomaru in an emotionless voice.
"Why you... who cares if I'm half breed, I can still kick your ass, 'BAKA-MARU'!"
"Such useless prattling. Come InuYasha, let us finish what you started." Said Sesshomaru then swung is Tokijin saying, "Dragon Blast", InuYasha saw this and couldn't believe his eyes, it appeared that a white 3 headed dragon came right out the Tokijin and headed straight for InuYasha, being surprised for the first but not the last time, InuYasha tried to send it back to Sesshomaru by yelling, "BACK LASH WAVE" but to his surprise (again!) it didn't work, therefore sending InuYasha reeling backwards into a very large boulder, losing grip on his Tetusaiga and slamming into the rock, then sliding down, almost unconscious.
Sesshomaru walked over to the Tetusaiga and kicked it out of the way. Then he gracefully walked up to InuYasha, readying himself for the final blow, the blow that would forever end InuYasha's life.
[In Kagome's Quarters...]
Kagome paced back and forth in her room, worrying herself to no end.
"Mi San! Please tell me what is going on! I need to know. Why are we supposed to stay locked in here? Why are we in danger."
"I'm sorry Kagome, I want to tell you, but it is Sesshomaru's orders. I have been commanded not to tell you anything until he says its ok."
Feeling frustrated with the whole thing, Kagome huffed, crossed her arms and said,
"Mou! Why are you being so annoying! Would you just tell me what the...." Kagome paused, feeling a demon aura that she had not felt in days...it was InuYasha's aura! She knew it was!
{So that's why Sesshomaru is keeping me locked in here! He's trying to keep InuYasha away from me! Oh Kami! InuYasha probably still thinks I'm dead! I need to get to him to tell him I'm okay!}
{Foolish Miko, do you wish to see my half brother? After all that he has done to you?}
{Sesshomaru? Is that you?}
{Of course it is! Who else could I be?}
{Are you telling me that you could read my mind this whole time and you didn't even have enough decency to tell me!}
{You never asked...}
{Why you! That's an invasion of privacy you know! Where I come from, you could be locked up for a long time!}
{I care not! We are not in your land now hush I have a battle to win!}
{No Wait! Sesshy! Come back! We are not done yet!}
Silence...
{Sesshomaru!!!!! Come back! We aren't done talking yet! Wait did you say Battle? Sesshomaru! Sesshomaru?! Mou! He's not listening!}
"ASS HOLE! YOU ASS HOLE, SESSHOMARU!!!!"
"Pardon me?" asked Mi San
"Kagome-sama! Rin is wondering why Kagome-sama is mad at Sesshomaru-sama."
"Oh Sorry Mi San, Rin. But Lord Sesshomaru and I just got into an argument!"
Rin looked at Kagome with a confused look, but Mi San knew exactly what Kagome was talking about.
"Mi San! I have to go! I have to go before he kills him!"
"Who kills who? Kagome, what are you talking about?" asked Mi San
"Sesshomaru! He's going to kill InuYasha I have to stop him! I have to stop the fight!"
"I'm sorry, but Sesshy's orders were to keep you here and heavily guarded, I cannot let you out!" Said Mi San with regret.
"Mi San! Let me out! If you don't Sesshomaru will kill InuYasha and it will be all my fault! I can't live with that guilt! If you don't let me out, I'll kill my self! I'll do it! I won't be able to live with the guilt!"
Mi San silently stood there, not knowing what to do. She reached out for Sesshy's mind but couldn't contact him.
{Damn! I can't reach him! He's got his walls up! Damn it! What should I do?}
"Mi San! I mean it! I've tried before, I won't hesitate to do it again! Let me out!" yelled Kagome
"Kagome-sama is scaring Rin! Please stop! Please don't hurt yourself, Rin will be sad if Kagome-sama dies!"
"Mi San" said Kagome calmly, but not feeling calm on the inside.
"Let me out, I have to stop him before it's too late."
The servant realized there was nothing she could do, although she was a powerful witch, she could not bring herself to deny Kagome's request {request? More like desperation} thought Mi San.
"Fine, I will remove the seal from the door, but I cannot help you in the corridors, you will have to find a way to get past the guards yourself." Said the white witch
"Oh! Thank you sooo much...Oh Kami! Hurry up! InuYasha is hurt! I have to hurry!" said Kagome
Mi San removed the seal and Kagome immediately headed towards her door when she felt something holding on to her leg.
"PLEASE KAGOME-SAMA! PLEASE DON'T LEAVE! RIN IS AFRAID THAT KAGOME WILL BE HURT!"
"Rin, let go, InuYasha is in danger, remember InuYasha? He needs my help, please Rin let go, I will be fine. I promise."
Rin hesitated for a second then reluctantly let go of Kagome's leg.
"Please be safe Kagome-sama" whispered Rin, but Kagome did not hear her, for she was already out the door out of hearing range.
"Halt! You cannot leave these quarters. It is the Lords orders." Said a guard that was blocking her way out.
"Move or be moved." Whispered Kagome, almost to calmly
"No, we can not let you pass Lady Kagome, we will be punished by the Lord."
"MOVE OUT OF MY WAY OR I WILL PURIFY YOU MYSELF" yelled Kagome, her aura glowing a bright pink. The guard would not move, so with out even thinking, Kagome reached out her hands and grasped the demon guard by the shoulders shooting out a very bright pink light from the palms of her hands. The demon screamed in pain, he could feel his blood being purified. He felt like he was on fire, the other guard came towards them attempting to stop Kagome from killing his co-worker, but before he knew it Kagome shot her right hand out and immediately began purifying the other guard.
"I warned you to step away." Kagome finally released the 2 guards and ran towards the exit to the court yard. As she was making her way outside she saw two more guards coming towards her, but when they attempted to grab her, Kagome's aura flashed again, throwing them against the wall knocking them unconscious.
[Out in the court yard, near the gates...]
Sesshomaru put his Tokijin away and picked InuYasha up by the neck, then roughly tossed him across the court yard, walked towards him and picked his half-brother up by the neck again, holding him in the air.
"You fool, do you think that she wants to see you? After all that you have done to her? She ended her life because of you! Because of you, she killed herself!" said the now not so stoic Lord, letting his anger out, he felt himself start to change, eyes going from crimson to gold to crimson again.
InuYasha felt himself coming to and heard most what his brother said, anger started to build up inside him, hoping that his demon side stays away.
"You lie, Kagome would never take her own life, YOU LIE!" yelled InuYasha then tried to push himself away from Sesshomaru. But with no luck, for the Lord still was clutching InuYasha's neck, slowly squeezing life's breath out of him.
"I, Lord Sesshomaru, do not lie, it is useless. You will die InuYasha, you will die by these hands. You will die because of what you did to Kagome."
"Quit talking about MY Kagome like she is your property." Muttered InuYasha barely audible, due to the lack of air to his lungs.
"She is no longer yours. Die InuYasha!" Sesshomaru squeezed harder intending on breaking the Inu hanyou's neck, when all of a sudden...
"NO SESSHOMARU! STOP! PLEASE STOP! DON'T KILL HIM! PLEASE LET HIM GO!"
It was Kagome, she ran towards the Stoic Lord and throwing herself again Sesshomaru's back, holding on tight tears streaming down her face.
"Ka-Kagome" whispered InuYasha before blacking out.
"Please Sesshomaru, please don't kill him." Cried Kagome, tears falling down her face.
"Tell me, Kagome, why should I spare his pathetic life after all that he has done to you? Tell this Sesshomaru why, I should not slice off his head this instant!" said Sesshomaru with actual emotion in his voice, granted it was anger and rage, but it was still emotion.
"Because, I can't live with the guilt." Spat Kagome
"Guilt? What are you talking about? What guilt?"
"The guilt of knowing it was because of me, that you killed him, it was because of me! I couldn't live with myself." Cried Kagome
"Please, just leave him alone." Whispered Kagome realizing right now that Sesshomaru was doing this for her sake! {But why? Does this mean what I think it means? Does the Ice Prince actually care for me? Does he actually have feelings for me?} suddenly Kagome felt enlightened and couldn't resist and asked.
"Ano, Sesshomaru-sama. Why do you care so much whether I have been hurt or not? What's going on? Please tell me." Pleaded Kagome.
"Be not a fool, Kagome.." {that's the second time he has actually called me by name!}
"I care not if you have been hurt, InuYasha was merely beginning to annoy this Sesshomaru, that is all."
{wait a minute! I know I saw it! I saw it! In his eyes! He does care for me!} suddenly Kagome felt elated. {He cares for me! He really cares for me! I can use this to my advantage.}
"What are you smiling about, Miko?" asked Sesshomaru, annoyed with himself for letting out emotions that were not supposed to be known.
"Nothing! Sesshy-sama. Please, put InuYasha down."
"I told you 'No' human." Replied the Lord, his emotionless façade up once again.
"Please? Please Sesshy-sama, please let him down." said Kagome almost seductively pouting.
"Do not think that by talking to me that way, that this Sesshomaru will heed your request. And do not call me Sesshy" He said that but doubted himself hoping that Kagome could not see it, but she did, she saw it alright and used it to her advantage. Kagome carefully stood on her tippy toes a gently kissed Sesshomaru on his warm lips. Sesshomaru gasped in surprise and quickly released InuYasha, pulling Kagome into his arms and deepened the kiss. Kagome sighed in satisfaction, not wanting this feeling to end. Sesshomaru sucked on Kagome's bottom lip causing her to, now, gasp in surprise. Sesshomaru took advantage of it and quickly stuck his tongue in her mouth, causing the Miko to moan in ecstasy and follow his lead. They continued to make love with their tongues until Kagome had to pull away, gasping for air.
{OH KAMI! WHAT JUST HAPPENED! I feel like a concubine! What in the world was I thinking?}
Lips still tingling, Kagome looked up at Sesshomaru and saw what she could only describe as PURE lust, in his eyes. She quickly looked away, a blush now staining her cheeks, wondering what he could be thinking at this very moment and also relieved that she was able to distract him from InuYasha at the moment.

EF looks away from the screen and turns around, and falls out of chair.
EF: Huh? No ones here? I think I'll call Kyo!
Walks to phone and hears something in closet.
EF: What the? What is going on in there?
EF walks to the closet door and puts ear to it, can hear moaning now.
EF: Is that Kagome????
EF quickly opens door
EF: AH HA!!!!! EEEK!!!!! Sorry! Sorry!
InuYasha's bare ass is clearly visible, as well as other things.
EF: Inu chan Kagome! Sorry! I didn't mean to interrupt your, uh...rutting

[10 minutes later....]
InuYasha, Miroku and Sango headed towards the Western Lands again, all three of them anticipating the upcoming battle. Although no one would admit it, each one of them were scared and nervous.
{What if Kagome is really dead and we are killed by Sesshomaru's people before we even reach his boundaries? Or worse, what if he meets us halfway and kills us all right then! Oh Kami! I think I'm going to be sick!} thought Sango, suddenly turning a pale green.
{I hope Kagome-sama is okay. I don't know what InuYasha has done, but something tells me it has to do with Kikyo...I wish that the baka would just make up his mind and stop leading poor Kagome-same around like a dog on a leash. Of course I guess I really have no place to say such things, since I do like all the pretty ladies, but I would give that all up if I could find the one person that I love and that is in love with me (glances at Sango) but I don't know if that will ever occur, who would like a hentai like myself. I wonder how long it will be until we reach Sesshomaru's castle, I hope soon, I've been itching for a fight for awhile now....} t
{Hang on Kagome, I am almost there, I will stop at nothing to protect you, please hang on! I hope my mind was playing tricks on me! I hope she isn't dead! Wait a minute? What if this is exactly what my brother had planned? Maybe he took Kagome with him so that I would show up and fight with him! Maybe it's his plan to kill us right there on the spot! [At Sesshomaru's Castle...]
Kagome was in the garden with her new student, Rin. She was not sure what she was supposed to do, so decided that since she was the little girls care giver that she would teach her the things that Lady Kaede had taught her.
"Um Rin, does Lord Sesshomaru have a herb garden around here?"
"Yes! Rin will show Kagome-sama where it is" the 11 year old grabbed the Miko's hand and almost dragged her through a gate that was not noticed before. {Well, that explains it, it was covered by some bamboo plants, it looks like someone just recently cleared it, hmm... I wonder why?}
When Sesshomaru's ward and Kagome entered the herb garden, Kagome was once again left speechless! She could smell the herbs all mixed together and it seemed to have calming affect on her.
"Oh my! It's gorgeous! I never knew it was here!" She walked around the enclosed garden and spotted many herbs that she was familiar with and some that she was not.
The garden had lavender, chamomile, lemongrass, willow bark, witch hazel, Echinacea, golden seal root, and so much more, she felt like a kid caught in a candy store!
"Okay Rin, has anyone taught you about herbal remedies?" asked Kagome
"Nope, Rin does not know what that means, Rin knows how to read and write though, Lord Sesshomaru taught Rin when Rin became his ward."
"Oh good! Well, although Lord Sesshomaru has ordered me to teach you anything, I think it will be useful for you in the future to know how to use herbs, especially if someone gets sick, you'll know what to do. What do you think? Do you want to learn?"
"Oh YES! Rin would love to learn, Rin likes herbs! They smell good and look pretty! Rin wants to learn, please Kagome-sama!?" Rin pleaded
"Ok then, shall we begin?"
"Yes please" the Miko walked over to the Lavender and began her lessons
"Okay Rin, do you see this"
"uh huh"
"This is called, lavender. It is used for relaxation and also people rub the oil of lavender on their temples to rid themselves of headaches caused by stress. It is also used when one bathes, to help them relax after a stressful day. But my favorite way is to drink it as a tea. It smells yummy and it really tastes good, especially if you use a little honey with it."
"Oooo... Rin didn't know you could put it in a tea Kagome-sama"
"Yep! It's really good too."
"Rin Loves that flower, will Kagome-sama make the tea for me too?"
"Of course! Let's pick some right now and then we can brew it later on tonight before bed time, what do you say?"
"Oh yes! Rin is happy!"
[Meanwhile in Lord Sesshomaru's Quarters....]
Sesshomaru awoke with a start, not knowing what had caused him to wake up so tense. He quickly got out of bed and summoned Jakken to help him dress. Jakken appeared in the doorway asking how he could be of service.
"Jakken help my with my armor."
"Yes, me Lord, as you command."
"Jakken, where is Rin and the Miko?"
"They are in the garden's me Lord, would you like me to summon them?"
"Do not bother, I can do it myself, Jakken, leave."
"Bu- bu- bu- but Me Lord, is there nothing else you require of me?"
"Jakken. This Sesshomaru does not tolerate impudance, leave before I decapitate you."
"Ye-Yes me Lord, what ever you wish!" said Jakken bowing so low that his ugly toad forehead was touching the ground, and then he quit the room.
Sesshomaru walked out to his balcony still wondering what had awoken him. He took a deep breath through his nose and that's when he realized it. He could smell him and his friends. InuYasha was close to his castle. Sesshomaru sniffed the air once again and could smell vengeance and anger coming from his half brother.
Sesshomaru summoned Mi San and told her to get Kagome and Rin and to escort her to the Miko's quarters.
"What is it, Sesshy? Is there danger?" asked Mi San
"Foolish witch can you not feel his aura?"
"Who's aura? I don't feel anything"
"It is my younger brother, and he as come here with one thing on his mind....revenge. Take the Miko and Rin to the Miko's quarters, I will send guards, to watch over them."
"How long will it be before your brother gets here?" asked Mi San
"He will be here in less than 2 hours. Do not tell Kagome of this situation, I will handle it. Now stop the tedious questioning and do as I say!"
"Yes oh mighty one! Geeze, you don't gotta bite my head off!" yelled Mi San (well as close as you can get to yelling when your mind talking)
"Do Not try my patience, ningen!" said the Ice Prince
{I'm not even gonna acknowledge that} thought Mi San to herself
[Back at the Herbal Garden....]
"Kagome. Rin. Lord Sesshomaru has ordered me to take two you back to your quarters. There is danger coming and he does not want any harm to come to you!" said Mi San with obvious panic in her voice.
"What is it? What's going on? Who is in danger? It's not Sesshy is it! Because if it is I can help!" said Kagome panicing
"No! It is not the Lord, but we must hurry! We MUST follow his orders! Hurry up!"
"But what's going on?" asked Rin.
"I am not at Liberty to say, Lord Sesshomaru will tell you when he wants to."
The Miko and Rin followed Mi San to Kagome's quarters, with no more questions. At least none spoken out loud.
Mi San then closed the door behind them and put up a barrier on the door and the windows, to keep out all dangers including demons and humans alike. All that was left to do was to sit and wait patiently until Sesshomaru says it's okay.
[With InuYasha...]
"Ano, InuYasha, are we almost there?" asked Sango
"Yes, we are going to be there a lot sooner than I expected. His castle is closer than I remember." Said InuYasha
"InuYasha, how long do you think it will be until we get there?" asked the Monk
"In less than 2 hours. We should rest for a little while before we move on. You humans are weak and need the strength to fight baka-maru."
"Thank you InuYasha for thinking of us, we are eternally grateful." Replied Miroku.
"Keh! Whatever."
[Back at the Castle of Sesshomaru...]
Lord Sesshomaru walked to the Guards quarters on the northern part of his land and assigned 4 guards to guard Kagome and Rin. When he was through with that, he swiftly walked to the entrance of the castle grounds, gracefully jumped into a tall tree and waited for the arrival of his half brother and friends, making sure to mask his scent.
[With InuYasha...]
"Hurry up Damn it! We ain't got all day! I can smell Kagome! I knew she was alive!" looking at Sango and Miroku who was behind him, he said,
"I'm gonna run ahead, I will meet you at the gates, the castle is just up this path."
Sango and Miroku looked at each other, not knowing what to say, anxiety showing in their aura's.
InuYasha came to the gate wondering why the barrier was down.
{Oh, so baka-maru is expecting me. Good I haven't had a good fight in awhile, I do need to relieve some stress...} thought InuYasha
He waited for Sango and Miroku to get there, getting more impatient by the minute.
{Damn! What's taking them! Fuck it I'm going in with out them! I'm tired of waiting!}
The Hanyou ran through the gates that were conveniently left open. He stopped in the middle of a clearing in front of the gate and yelled,
"SESSHOMARU YOU BASTARD! WHERE ARE YOU!? COME OUT AND FACE ME LIKE A MAN!"
He stood there for a couple of minutes and there was no reply, once again he yelled
"SESSHOMARU! GET YOUR ASS OUT HERE YOU SON OF A BITCH! I KNOW YOU'RE HERE AND I KNOW THAT YOU HAVE MY KAGOME, I CAN SMELL HER ALL OVER THE PLACE! BRING HER TO ME NOW!"
InuYasha sat there in silence, for what seemed like minutes, but sure it was only seconds when something green and glowing came whipping past his face, barely grazing his cheek and then heard,
"InuYasha, you dare trespass on this Sesshomaru's property? You will pay with your life."
"Keh! Bring it on then ass hole! I'll fuck you up! You're gonna wish you never met me when I'm through with you!"
"Feh. Then close your mouth and continue." Replied the stoic Lord
InuYasha drew out his Tetusaiga and ran towards his brother preparing to swing down on the Tai Youkai. Sesshomaru easily evaded the blow by jumping back then up in the air so fast that it was almost impossible to see where he was going, almost. InuYasha quickly turned around knowing that his brother was now behind him. He swung the Tetusaiga once again yelling, "WIND SCAR!"
Of course Sesshomaru was expecting this and quickly pulled out his Tokijin blocking InuYasha's wind scar.
"Baka. Still swinging uselessly here and there, but what do you expect from a useless half breed." Said Sesshomaru in an emotionless voice.
"Why you... who cares if I'm half breed, I can still kick your ass, 'BAKA-MARU'!"
"Such useless prattling. Come InuYasha, let us finish what you started." Said Sesshomaru then swung is Tokijin saying, "Dragon Blast", InuYasha saw this and couldn't believe his eyes, it appeared that a white 3 headed dragon came right out the Tokijin and headed straight for InuYasha, being surprised for the first but not the last time, InuYasha tried to send it back to Sesshomaru by yelling, "BACK LASH WAVE" but to his surprise (again!) it didn't work, therefore sending InuYasha reeling backwards into a very large boulder, losing grip on his Tetusaiga and slamming into the rock, then sliding down, almost unconscious.
Sesshomaru walked over to the Tetusaiga and kicked it out of the way. Then he gracefully walked up to InuYasha, readying himself for the final blow, the blow that would forever end InuYasha's life.
[In Kagome's Quarters...]
Kagome paced back and forth in her room, worrying herself to no end.
"Mi San! Please tell me what is going on! I need to know. Why are we supposed to stay locked in here? Why are we in danger."
"I'm sorry Kagome, I want to tell you, but it is Sesshomaru's orders. I have been commanded not to tell you anything until he says its ok."
Feeling frustrated with the whole thing, Kagome huffed, crossed her arms and said,
"Mou! Why are you being so annoying! Would you just tell me what the...." Kagome paused, feeling a demon aura that she had not felt in days...it was InuYasha's aura! She knew it was!
{So that's why Sesshomaru is keeping me locked in here! He's trying to keep InuYasha away from me! Oh Kami! InuYasha probably still thinks I'm dead! I need to get to him to tell him I'm okay!}
{Foolish Miko, do you wish to see my half brother? After all that he has done to you?}
{Sesshomaru? Is that you?}
{Of course it is! Who else could I be?}
{Are you telling me that you could read my mind this whole time and you didn't even have enough decency to tell me!}
{You never asked...}
{Why you! That's an invasion of privacy you know! Where I come from, you could be locked up for a long time!}
{I care not! We are not in your land now hush I have a battle to win!}
{No Wait! Sesshy! Come back! We are not done yet!}
Silence...
{Sesshomaru!!!!! Come back! We aren't done talking yet! Wait did you say Battle? Sesshomaru! Sesshomaru?! Mou! He's not listening!}
"ASS HOLE! YOU ASS HOLE, SESSHOMARU!!!!"
"Pardon me?" asked Mi San
"Kagome-sama! Rin is wondering why Kagome-sama is mad at Sesshomaru-sama."
"Oh Sorry Mi San, Rin. But Lord Sesshomaru and I just got into an argument!"
Rin looked at Kagome with a confused look, but Mi San knew exactly what Kagome was talking about.
"Mi San! I have to go! I have to go before he kills him!"
"Who kills who? Kagome, what are you talking about?" asked Mi San
"Sesshomaru! He's going to kill InuYasha I have to stop him! I have to stop the fight!"
"I'm sorry, but Sesshy's orders were to keep you here and heavily guarded, I cannot let you out!" Said Mi San with regret.
"Mi San! Let me out! If you don't Sesshomaru will kill InuYasha and it will be all my fault! I can't live with that guilt! If you don't let me out, I'll kill my self! I'll do it! I won't be able to live with the guilt!"
Mi San silently stood there, not knowing what to do. She reached out for Sesshy's mind but couldn't contact him.
{Damn! I can't reach him! He's got his walls up! Damn it! What should I do?}
"Mi San! I mean it! I've tried before, I won't hesitate to do it again! Let me out!" yelled Kagome
"Kagome-sama is scaring Rin! Please stop! Please don't hurt yourself, Rin will be sad if Kagome-sama dies!"
"Mi San" said Kagome calmly, but not feeling calm on the inside.
"Let me out, I have to stop him before it's too late."
The servant realized there was nothing she could do, although she was a powerful witch, she could not bring herself to deny Kagome's request {request? More like desperation} thought Mi San.
"Fine, I will remove the seal from the door, but I cannot help you in the corridors, you will have to find a way to get past the guards yourself." Said the white witch
"Oh! Thank you sooo much...Oh Kami! Hurry up! InuYasha is hurt! I have to hurry!" said Kagome
Mi San removed the seal and Kagome immediately headed towards her door when she felt something holding on to her leg.
"PLEASE KAGOME-SAMA! PLEASE DON'T LEAVE! RIN IS AFRAID THAT KAGOME WILL BE HURT!"
"Rin, let go, InuYasha is in danger, remember InuYasha? He needs my help, please Rin let go, I will be fine. I promise."
Rin hesitated for a second then reluctantly let go of Kagome's leg.
"Please be safe Kagome-sama" whispered Rin, but Kagome did not hear her, for she was already out the door out of hearing range.
"Halt! You cannot leave these quarters. It is the Lords orders." Said a guard that was blocking her way out.
"Move or be moved." Whispered Kagome, almost to calmly
"No, we can not let you pass Lady Kagome, we will be punished by the Lord."
"MOVE OUT OF MY WAY OR I WILL PURIFY YOU MYSELF" yelled Kagome, her aura glowing a bright pink. The guard would not move, so with out even thinking, Kagome reached out her hands and grasped the demon guard by the shoulders shooting out a very bright pink light from the palms of her hands. The demon screamed in pain, he could feel his blood being purified. He felt like he was on fire, the other guard came towards them attempting to stop Kagome from killing his co-worker, but before he knew it Kagome shot her right hand out and immediately began purifying the other guard.
"I warned you to step away." Kagome finally released the 2 guards and ran towards the exit to the court yard. As she was making her way outside she saw two more guards coming towards her, but when they attempted to grab her, Kagome's aura flashed again, throwing them against the wall knocking them unconscious.
[Out in the court yard, near the gates...]
Sesshomaru put his Tokijin away and picked InuYasha up by the neck, then roughly tossed him across the court yard, walked towards him and picked his half-brother up by the neck again, holding him in the air.
"You fool, do you think that she wants to see you? After all that you have done to her? She ended her life because of you! Because of you, she killed herself!" said the now not so stoic Lord, letting his anger out, he felt himself start to change, eyes going from crimson to gold to crimson again.
InuYasha felt himself coming to and heard most what his brother said, anger started to build up inside him, hoping that his demon side stays away.
"You lie, Kagome would never take her own life, YOU LIE!" yelled InuYasha then tried to push himself away from Sesshomaru. But with no luck, for the Lord still was clutching InuYasha's neck, slowly squeezing life's breath out of him.
"I, Lord Sesshomaru, do not lie, it is useless. You will die InuYasha, you will die by these hands. You will die because of what you did to Kagome."
"Quit talking about MY Kagome like she is your property." Muttered InuYasha barely audible, due to the lack of air to his lungs.
"She is no longer yours. Die InuYasha!" Sesshomaru squeezed harder intending on breaking the Inu hanyou's neck, when all of a sudden...
"NO SESSHOMARU! STOP! PLEASE STOP! DON'T KILL HIM! PLEASE LET HIM GO!"
It was Kagome, she ran towards the Stoic Lord and throwing herself again Sesshomaru's back, holding on tight tears streaming down her face.
"Ka-Kagome" whispered InuYasha before blacking out.
"Please Sesshomaru, please don't kill him." Cried Kagome, tears falling down her face.
"Tell me, Kagome, why should I spare his pathetic life after all that he has done to you? Tell this Sesshomaru why, I should not slice off his head this instant!" said Sesshomaru with actual emotion in his voice, granted it was anger and rage, but it was still emotion.
"Because, I can't live with the guilt." Spat Kagome
"Guilt? What are you talking about? What guilt?"
"The guilt of knowing it was because of me, that you killed him, it was because of me! I couldn't live with myself." Cried Kagome
"Please, just leave him alone." Whispered Kagome realizing right now that Sesshomaru was doing this for her sake! {But why? Does this mean what I think it means? Does the Ice Prince actually care for me? Does he actually have feelings for me?} suddenly Kagome felt enlightened and couldn't resist and asked.
"Ano, Sesshomaru-sama. Why do you care so much whether I have been hurt or not? What's going on? Please tell me." Pleaded Kagome.
"Be not a fool, Kagome.." {that's the second time he has actually called me by name!}
"I care not if you have been hurt, InuYasha was merely beginning to annoy this Sesshomaru, that is all."
{wait a minute! I know I saw it! I saw it! In his eyes! He does care for me!} suddenly Kagome felt elated. {He cares for me! He really cares for me! I can use this to my advantage.}
"What are you smiling about, Miko?" asked Sesshomaru, annoyed with himself for letting out emotions that were not supposed to be known.
"Nothing! Sesshy-sama. Please, put InuYasha down."
"I told you 'No' human." Replied the Lord, his emotionless façade up once again.
"Please? Please Sesshy-sama, please let him down." said Kagome almost seductively pouting.
"Do not think that by talking to me that way, that this Sesshomaru will heed your request. And do not call me Sesshy" He said that but doubted himself hoping that Kagome could not see it, but she did, she saw it alright and used it to her advantage. Kagome carefully stood on her tippy toes a gently kissed Sesshomaru on his warm lips. Sesshomaru gasped in surprise and quickly released InuYasha, pulling Kagome into his arms and deepened the kiss. Kagome sighed in satisfaction, not wanting this feeling to end. Sesshomaru sucked on Kagome's bottom lip causing her to, now, gasp in surprise. Sesshomaru took advantage of it and quickly stuck his tongue in her mouth, causing the Miko to moan in ecstasy and follow his lead. They continued to make love with their tongues until Kagome had to pull away, gasping for air.
{OH KAMI! WHAT JUST HAPPENED! I feel like a concubine! What in the world was I thinking?}
Lips still tingling, Kagome looked up at Sesshomaru and saw what she could only describe as PURE lust, in his eyes. She quickly looked away, a blush now staining her cheeks, wondering what he could be thinking at this very moment and also relieved that she was able to distract him from InuYasha at the moment.

EF looks away from the screen and turns around, and falls out of chair.
EF: Huh? No ones here? I think I'll call Kyo!
Walks to phone and hears something in closet.
EF: What the? What is going on in there?
EF walks to the closet door and puts ear to it, can hear moaning now.
EF: Is that Kagome????
EF quickly opens door
EF: AH HA!!!!! EEEK!!!!! Sorry! Sorry!
InuYasha's bare ass is clearly visible, as well as other things.
EF: Inu chan Kagome! Sorry! I didn't mean to interrupt your, uh...rutting

EF: That was definitely something that I did not want to see!!!! I'm gonna be traumatized for life! GROSSS!!!
