Chapter 17
The Wrath of Lord Sesshomaru

*Last time...
Sango smiled at InuYasha and leaned in to kiss him, he captured her lips and once again, they danced the dance that lover's do.

Kagome awoke from her slumber wondering what time it was or even what day it was, she tried to get up, but felt an arm tighten around her, not allowing her to move.

{OH KAMI! I GOTTA PEE!}

Kagome, turned her head to look at her lover. Sesshomaru had his eyes closed, but he was far from being asleep, in fact he was wide awake and so was his manhood. He was hard as a rock and wanted to take her, but knew it wasn't a good idea, she would be sore from the previous night of love making.

{You have to pee? Please don't let me stop you...}

"Eek! You heard me?"

Sesshomaru opened one golden orb and said,

"Of course my love, do not forget that we are connected in more ways than one, I know your every thought and your every feeling."

"GOOD! Then let me up before I wet the bed."

Sesshomaru opened his other eyes and smiled. It was not a normal smile, it was a mischievous smile.

"Why are you smiling like that? What are you thinking?"

"Silly girl, just open your mind and you'll see..." was his reply

Kagome closed her eyes and focused, she searched for the link that was her lovers and found it quickly. She gasped in surprise and opened her eyes, only to come face to face with Sesshomaru.

"Did you see what was on my mind?"

"Yes! And don't you dare! Do you really want me to have an accident in our bed????"

"Well, I must say it would be quite amusing, but I will spare you this time. No tickling or pushing on the bladders..."

"Ooooo! You are evil Sesshy-kun! Just plain evil!"

The Lords only response was to laugh as Kagome sprung out of the bed, only to be smacked on her hind quarters.

"Hurry back, my love, its lonely without you in our bed...."

Kagome ran to the bathroom, hoping to all the Kami that she doesn't pee herself.

{If that ever happened I would be soooo mortified!}

{Yes, my love, it would be quite mortifying wouldn't it? Now hurry back. I miss you already.}

"Sesshy-kun! Stay out of my thoughts!" Kagome yelled, only to hear her lovers velvety laugh once again.

{MOU! He's laughing at me! JERK!}

(Oh please or you serious? You know you think it's sexy!)

{Yeah, yeah, but it doesn't mean that I have to like it!}

(But you do....)

{I don't have time to argue with my self, so shut it!}

(Fine whatever.)

Kagome wiped herself after using the bathroom, realizing how tender she was in her womanly area.

"Wow, I'm kinda sore..." she whispered. "What I need right now is a nice hot bath."

{Sesshy-kun?}

{What is it, Koi?}

{I'm sore...I need to soak in a hot spring...}

{By all means love, please do. You mind if I join you?}

{Please do, but no love making, I'm hurting.}

{Cross my heart, no love making, we will save that for tonight}

"So hurry it up then!" Kagome said aloud.

Sesshomaru smirked feeling so happy and light hearted, something he has not felt in centuries.
"Are you hungry, koi?"

"Yes, Sesshy-kun, I'm famished!"

"Would you like to dine in the hall or would you like our servants bring food to our room?"

"Hmm...'OUR' I like that sound of that. I think that we should have food brought to us, after all everyone has probably already eaten, we did wake up late."

"Very well my love."

{Mi San, have a tray of food prepared and bring it to our quarters in an hour.}

{Yes Sesshy-sama.}

{Woman! I told you not to call me that!}

{Oh don't get your panties in a bunch 'SESSHOMARU'-sama}

{Witch! Why must you always try my patience?!}

{Because I can... and because its fun! You are always way too serious!}

{Yes, yes, you are giving me a headache! Hurry up and prepare the tray of food...}

{Nope, not until you say the magic word...}

Kagome looked at Sesshomaru and asked,

"What's wrong love?"

"Mi San has decided that she wants to be difficult"

"Oh. Well, it's no big deal I can go and get the tray myself once I'm done bathing."

"NO...I will handle this, please be patient" (for Kami knows that I am about out of them!)

{The magic word, huh? Very well, have a try of food prepared or this Sesshomaru will have you skinned alive!}

{Uh, uh, wrong ones!}

{My mate has decided that she is going to get the tray herself, how does that make you feel, to make the Lady of the estate to do servants work?}

{FINE JEEZE! How hard is it to say 'please' I mean honestly! Didn't your Father teach you any manners!?}

{MI SAN! Do not bring my Father into this, you are here as a servant and therefore must do servants work, unless of course, you would rather not be here any longer, then I shall easily find someone to replace you...}

{YEAH RIGHT! Like you would do that! I have heard that threat so many times before, it has become tedious!}

{Just prepare the damn tray!}

(Tee Hee, I love busting his balls! It's so much fun!)

{Very well, be there in a few moments.}

"Kagome, Mi San is on her way with the tray."

Sesshomaru looked at Kagome and realized that she was laughing, (what was she laughing about?)

"What is it, that you find so amusing, Koi?"

"Hee, hee, hee, nothing Sesshy-kun, nothing at all!"

"You lie! Tell me, what is so amusing?"

"Hee, hee, hee. It was your facial expressions! I could tell just by looking at you that Mi San was arguing with you! It was funny to watch all the expressions you were making! I never knew you had so many different ones, since all I have seen are like 2 or 3 of them!"

"Is that so? Let me show you another one that I am sure you have seen many times."

Sesshomaru looked at Kagome, face full of mischief.

"OHHHH NO YOU DON'T, THERE WILL BE NO TICKELING 'THIS KAGOME' I mean it Sesshy-kun!"

"Oh I see, you sound like me now, you are learning things quite quickly" Sesshomaru grabbed Kagome from behind and began licking the back of her neck, a place he knew she was most ticklish, even breathing softly in that spot causes Kagome to giggle uncontrollably until the attention is ceased.



"Sesshy-kun please you're killing me!"
Kagome tried to wiggle out of Sesshomaru's arms, but this only caused him to hold on tighter, little did she know that all the wiggling was making the 'Great' lord of the Western Lands 'Happy' Sesshomaru growled remembering the promise that he had made a few minutes ago, before he could let go, him and is mate were both falling into the hot spring and fast.

"EEK! Sesshy-kun!"



Sesshomaru and Kagome both popped their heads out of the water, sputtering for breath. All was silent except for two lovers gasping for breath, not the way he wanted it to be, he'd rather be gasping for breath for other reasons, like making love to his new mate. Sesshomaru looked at Kagome and smiled that infamous smile that Kagome had grown to love. Then out of no where they both started to laugh, Sesshomaru leaned into Kagome and gave her a sweet chaste kiss then pulled away. Kagome smiled and said,

"Um, Sesshy-kun...the hot water seemed to help, so about your promise about waiting until tonight...."

"Yes, Kagome?"

"Well I don't wanna wait, how about now?"

Sesshomaru smiled at his love, caressed her hands and pulled her towards him. He kissed her with passion and the two made love in Sesshomaru's personal hot spring.

[One hour later....]

Kagome and Sesshomaru sat at the table outside on his balcony, basking in the sunlight enjoying each other's company, Kagome felt at ease, as if it was only her and her lover that existed in this world, or that they existed on another plane where there was no such thing as Naraku or the Shikon no Tama, she sighed in contentment.

"What is it Koi?"

"Eh? Oh nothing Sesshy-kun just enjoying the sites and the peace."

"Are you sure?"

"Yes, I am positive. Don't worry." There was a pregnant pause then Kagome looked at Sesshomaru and said,

"Sesshy-kun, are we still going to go so my family today?"

"Of course, we will leave whenever you're ready, love."

"Well, if you don't mind I want to get some of my things packed up to take with us."

"Very well, my love, would you like some assistance?"

"No, I think I can manage."

Kagome leaned over the table and placed a soft kiss on Sesshomaru's lips.

"I Love you Sesshy-kun."

"And I you."

Kagome made her way to her old room where all her stuff was located.

{You know I should really move my stuff into Sesshy's quarters, after all we are technically married.}

{I am afraid that I must agree, koi. It is do time that you move the stuff into 'OUR' quarters.}

{Sesshy-kun! You startled me!}

{Did I now? Come here and let me apologize to you face to face...}

{Sesshy-kun} Kagome whined {as much as I want to, I really want to see my family!}

{Very well, Koi. I shall leave you to your chores; I supposed I should prepare myself as well."

{That sounds like a good idea, Sesshy-kun.}

Sesshomaru walked from his balcony into his living quarters and summoned Jakken.

Jakken appeared in the doorway, clearing his throat he asked,

"You summoned me, me Lord?"

"Jakken, first of all, help me with my armor then go to Rin's care giver and have her prepare my ward for travel, be sure that she has enough clothes to last for at least a week when you are through with those tasks you will go and prepare Ah-Un for travel, my Mate and I are going to her land to visit her family."

"Yes, me Lord whatever you wish." Squawked the Imp, but did not move from his spot.

{He seems different? He said 'my' armor instead of 'this Sesshomaru's armor' what has happened to my Lord? He seems so....happy? Happiness leads to weakness! Could it be that Lord Sesshomaru has become weak because of the ningen?! NO! It can't be! Not me Lord! He is a powerful demon, he has no emotions! I must be losing my mind!}

"Jakken! Why are you still here? Were my instructions that complicated?"

"NO ME LORD! NOT AT ALL!"

Sesshomaru sighed an almost annoyed sigh and looked down at Jakken with his cold and un-emotional façade.

"Is there something you wish to share, IMP? Speak now, for this Sesshomaru is losing his patience."

squawked Jakken

{There is the Lord I know! I knew I was imagining things! Of course he isn't weak; he doesn't care for that filthy Miko ningen!}

"Jakken." Said Sesshomaru in his cold voice.

"Did you forget that this Sesshomaru has the ability to read ones thoughts?"

{Oh no! I forgot!}

The toad demon bowed low, so that his grotesque nose kissed the floor and crawled towards Lord Sesshomaru; he reached out and began to kiss his feet all the while begging for forgiveness.

"Please forgive this baka, Lord Sesshomaru! Jakken knows that Lord Sesshomaru is a powerful demon!"

"Jakken! If you so ever say or think such negative things about this Sesshomaru's mate, you will die a slow and painful death, then I shall bring you back with tenseiga only slowly kill you again and will do so until this Sesshomaru gets bored, once that happens I will leave you in the forest tied to a tree so that you may witness the pain and agony, while wild beasts feed upon you flesh. Is that understood?"



"Ye-Ye-yes me Lo-Lo-Lord" squeaked Jakken.

"Very well, now remove your self from this Sesshomaru's sight and do not return to me unless summoned."

Jakken turned around and scampered towards the door, shaking uncontrollably from the fear of the Tai youkai's words.

"And Jakken..." the Imp stopped dead in his tracks

"You would do well to hide all your thoughts, for others may not as be as reasonable as this Sesshomaru and will more thank likely take your life."

"Yes, Lord Sesshomaru."

Jakken ran out into the hallway and began to do the tasks that Lord Sesshomaru assigned him.

InuYasha: Well it's about damn time, what the fuck was taking you so long anyway?

EF: None of your business dog breath.

InuYasha: Nanda? What did you call me?

EF: I called you dog breath, what are you gonna do about it, huh?

InuYasha: Keh! I'm gonna kick your ass!

EF: Oh yeah! I'd like to see you try!

Kagome: Now, now you two, there's no need for violence.

EF: Well, your boyfriend started it!

InuYasha: DID NOT!

EF: DID TOO!

InuYasha: DID NOT!

EF: DID TOO!!!!!!

Kagome: Iiiiinuuuuu Yashaaaaaaa.....SIT BOY!



EF: HA HA! Serves you right!
InuYasha: Why you! Just wait until I get up from here, then you'll be sorry!

EF: Kagome

Kagome: SIT BOY!

Kyo: What was that?

EF sweat drops.

EF: Nothing my love, nothing at all.
