"Seriously though." Ana huffed as she sat down next to Brendon. He smiled at her seeing her eyes watching Ryan and Helen talking with some of the record company suits. "Why?" she added turning to look at Brendon. He shrugged his shoulders at her with a grin on his lips. "But I mean she's everything." She widened her eyes. "And I mean everything that he hates about the whole glamour, fame thing." Brendon chuckled a little at Ana's facial expression as she spoke. "I mean what the fuck?"
"She was different to you." He then said sipping his glass of water.
"Well d'er you got that right." Ana looked Helen up and down. "She's perfect." She then said making Brendon choke slightly on his mouthful of water.
"Did you just say that?" he asked Ana quite seriously.
"You have looked at her right?" Ana started rummaging in her handbag. "The hair." She said looking up momentarily at the long shining mane of hair on Helen's head. "The legs." She added without looking up from her bag. A frown spread across her face.
"Yeah you know the legs are good." Brendon agreed.
"Damn." Ana thumped her bag down on the chair beside her. "Do you have any cigarettes?" she asked. Brendon flicked his eyes from Helen's legs and raised his eyebrows at Ana. "Yeah yeah I know. You don't smoke." She smiled at brendon.
"Because?" he grinned.
"Because you'll get lung cancer and die." Ana laughed.
"Exactly." Brendon told her smiling triumphant that she remembered.
"Fuck it." Ana moaned. "I need a cigarette."
"Sorry." Brendon replied.
"And the tan is clearly fake." Ana then said making Brendon laugh. "The hair, the legs, the tan." She sighed and shook her head feeling defeated by Ryan's Barbie doll. "She's just so fucking Hollywood looking."
"Do you want to grab a couple of bottles of that Champagne and go get drunk in my room?" Brendon suddenly asked her. Ana stared back at him blankly. "I need to get drunk and to be honest I couldn't think of better company right now." He told her.
"That might be the best idea you ever had Urie." Ana told him as she stood from her chair. "Lets do it." She added making him smile.

Ryan pushed his way out of the room angry at Helen for not managing to exist for two seconds without mentioning Ana. He was finding it hard enough to see Ana without Helen banging on about her. The moment he had seen Ana again he knew he wasn't over her at all and suddenly he could see Helen for everything she was, a distraction. Helen wasn't a bad person but he had to admit there was something empty about his relationship with her. She was nice enough and very pretty but even the sex seemed vacant sometimes and he swore she faked it every time. That was her though, that was the type of girl Helen was, fake. Fake hair, fake nails, fake tan, fake smile and truth be told she probably never intended for it to be that way. Ryan perched on the last few steps of the stairwell outside and lit a cigarette as he thought about his situation. He couldn't help but wonder how Ana would react to him if he suggested he still had feelings for her. It was that smile, it cut so deep with him and her pretty eyes that seemed to shine. She had changed her hair slightly but he loved it, she wore her makeup slightly different but again he loved it. He loved the wedge of bangles and strange bracelets that covered her wrists and he loved the ridiculously large pink plastic ring on her finger.

Ryan looked up from his feet when he heard voices in the corridor. He was surprised to see Brendon and Ana making their way towards the hotel lobby doors, a bottle of Champagne in one of his friend's hands and Ana's hand in the other. They didn't see him sat on the steps as they pushed the glass doors open giggling like children. Ryan dropped his cigarette on the floor and followed them; slowly peeking through the doors to see them cross the lobby and enter the stairwell to the first floor. He could still hear their raised voices and laughter as the doors shut heavily behind them.
"No no no!" Brendon almost shouted as he fumbled for his key card. Ryan stood at the end of the corridor and watched them. "Seriously I could definitely keep going longer than that!" Ryan frowned.
"Well you'll have to prove it." Ana giggled as she pushed Brendon into the hotel room and the door closed. Ryan sighed a long sigh as he found his key card and made his way past Brendon's room to his own. He knew that was then end of it then that had to be. There was no going back to a girl that had slept with one of his band mates. It was finally all over and Ryan actually felt slightly relieved.

Ana grabbed the bottle of Champagne from Brendon's hand. She started to untwist the cap and she playfully pointed it in his direction making him wince.
"Ok so you reckon you can keep going longer than this bottle?" she asked him as it popped open and bubbles of champagne began to spill from the bottle neck.
"Yeah I can last longer than one bottle." Brendon laughed holding a glass underneath the fountain of champagne.
"Ok then." Ana laughed at him as he waited for her to pour another glass. "Lets see who passes out first." They raised their glasses smiling as they clicked them together.
"To lost loves and drunk friends!" Brendon grinned.
"To idiot friends and bad toasts." Ana added and they began to drink.

"But you know something Brendon." Ana was slurring her words slightly as she lay staring at the ceiling. Brendon laughed for no apparent reason except that he was drunk and everything appeared to be fairly amusing. He turned his head to see Ana's profile beside him on the bed. His vision was blurred a little and the room seemed to move with his head making him feel dizzy.
"Yup!" he said cheerfully. "I know a lot of things."
"Ha!" Ana laughed at him. "No but did you know that Ryan made love to me?" Brendon laughed some more and Ana frowned at him finding the room moved a little too fast for her as well. "But he did." She then said in a whining voice.
"Oh ok." Brendon tried to sit himself up on his elbow but he couldn't seem to steady himself that well. "So was that nice?" he asked seriously but couldn't help but laugh.
"Fuck off!" Ana moaned seeing him grinning at her but not being able to focus on his features.

"No really." Brendon sat up. "I think that's wonderful."
"I really liked him." Ana said.
"You shouldn't have dumped him and fucked someone else then." Brendon then said quite seriously. Ana sat up quickly to correct him.
"But I didn't sleep with anyone else!" she said quite loudly making Brendon frown as though she had screamed it in his face. "And I only broke it off with him because I thought I'd get him into trouble." Her voice trailed off into a whine again and Brendon had this horrible feeling she was going to cry.
"He thinks you slept with someone else." He explained reaching for their third bottle of champagne shaking it to see if there was any left. It was empty. "He called you or something and some guy answered."
"Some guy?"
"The night you dumped him."
"Oh my god!" Ana remembered Ben and realised he must have called her when she was crashed out in his room. "But I didn't do anything with that guy. I just crashed on his bed."
"Wow." Brendon said it with such a lack of enthusiasm it forced Ana to her feet.
"I have to tell him!" she said.
"Who?" Brendon asked completely lost in their conversation already. Ana suddenly felt a strange sensation rise all the way from her feet to her head and as she felt the blood drain from her face she saw Brendon reach out and grab the ice bucket for her. She didn't even have time to suggest she might vomit. She seized the bucket immediately and began to throw up in it. "Urgh!" Brendon moaned as he fell back onto the bed. Ana made her way to the bathroom bucket in hand knowing she needed the toilet for this one, the ice bucket would never hold the amount of liquid she was about to bring back up.

Ryan stirred in his slumber when he heard Helen coming to bed later that night. She slipped in beside him and he felt her hands smooth across his chest as she cuddled up to him.
"Are you ok?" she asked softly in his ear.
"Yeah baby I'm good." Ryan replied sliding his arms around her.
"I missed you." She said and all Ryan could think was how much he wished it was Ana slipping into his bed and Ana telling him she had missed him. Ryan closed his eyes as Helen's hand slid further down his chest and into his boxer shorts. "You missed me too then?" she giggled a little when she felt him getting hard in her hands but she didn't realise he was imaging someone else's hands. He felt a pang of guilt as he continued to trick his mind into believing it was Ana pleasuring him and not Helen. He ran his hands down her back as she kissed his stomach then her lips met his and he was finding it difficult to trick his mind, she tasted so different to Ana. "I love you." She whispered in his ear as she kissed his neck.
"I love you too." He lied. He kept asking himself why he lied to her about that but he didn't know the answer. He knew how wrong it was as he turned her over onto her front and started to kiss up her back. He knew he could pretend so much easier if she wasn't looking back at him but he also knew his conscience wouldn't make this easy on him. He felt sick wishing he could have Ana back even though he thought Brendon was probably doing the exact same thing to her right at that moment.

Brendon made another noise in disgust as he handed Ana some toilet tissue and flushed the toilet for her. She looked up at him and he laughed as she shook her head at herself.
"Well neither of us passed out but I say I win that round." He smiled.
"Fuck me that was grim." Ana moaned taking her time to stand.
"You sure you're done?" Brendon asked his nose wrinkled worried she might vomit again.
"I'm done." Ana assured him.
"Come on then." he reached out and told her to lift her arms. She frowned at him. "You have sick on your top." He said.
"Oh ok." She raised her arms and he slipped her top off for her throwing it in the bath and turning the shower on.
"Pants?" he asked her. She looked down at herself.
"They're ok aren't they?" she said weakly.
"Ha!" Brendon laughed. "Yeah I just wanted to see if your underwear matched."
"You're a fucking idiot." Ana laughed but took her trousers off anyway. "Ta dar!" she giggled.
"Wow!" Brendon grinned. "I kind of wish I hadn't drank three bottles of champagne right now."
"Brendon." Ana said as she climbed onto the bed and under the covers. He looked out from the bathroom after ringing her top out and hanging it on the towel rail for her. "You're really cool thanks for tonight." She smiled sleepily and closed her eyes.
"You're really drunk don't ever follow me into my room again." Brendon replied smiling to himself as turned out the bathroom light and joined her to sleep.
