Kind Gestures

"Ow..." Ed muttered as he was begining to awake. 'what happened?' he thought. Slowly he started to open his eyes, sheilding them from the bright sunlight streaming in from the window. He began to sit up when he felt a wheight on his chest. He looked down and what he saw made his eyes widen, and his heart leap. Winry was asleep on his chest.
'she looks so cute...' he thought. 'and peaceful...' he sat and stared a little while longer, debating on wakeing her or not. He like how it felt having her body against his, it was warm, and it felt right for some reason. After a couple of minutes deep in thought, Ed took hold of her shoulders and gently shook. "Winry.." he said barely above a whisper. "Wake up.." Her eyes, her beautiful blue eyes, began to flutter open. "Ed..?" she said. She got up and looked at him with sleepy eyes. "Your okay...?" she asked quietly. Ed slowly shook his head. "yeah..." She suspiciously reached behind her back and pulled out her wrench. "WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH YOU!!!?" She screamed while clobbering him with the wrench. "I was worried sick about you damnit!!!"
Ed sat on the floor sheilding himself from the wrath of Winry's wrench. " Damnit Winry! Cut it out!!!" He yelled. With one last smack on the head Winry sat back in the chair next to Ed's bed. "Jeez, when will you get tired of that stupid wrench?" Ed asked as he clutched his head tightly in his hands. "When you stop getting yourslef hurt!" She replied while pointing at his busted auto-mail. Ed sighed and looked out the window. It had snowed quite heavily while he was asleep, and the snow covered feilds seemed to glisten in the afternoon sun. "Where is Al?" Ed asked curiously, still staring out the window at the freshly fallen snow. "He and granny went to do some christmas shopping." Winry replied. " Al sure seems happy you guys are home for christmas....I'm happy you are too...." Ed tore his eyes away from the window and looked at Winry. The light coming through the window was shining on her, making her look as if she were glowing.
Ed couldn't tear his eyes away from her. Her long blonde locks flowed down her back, her pale skin was flawless, and her beautiful blue eyes were so clear and calm as she looked out the window. She was absolutaly perfect. Winry looked over at Ed and noticed that he was staring at her. She couldn't help but blush, the look in his eyes was so strange. He had never looked at her like that. "Are you okay,Ed?" She said quietly, not being able to speak any louder for some reason. Ed snapped out of his daze and a huge blush appeared across his face. "Yeah!!" he squeaked."I was just, well I, uh...." Winry continued to stare at him, a deep crimson blush still sat across her face. Without even thinking Ed walked over to her. Both staring in each others eyes, not being able to look away. As if he were in some sort of trance, Ed started leaning toward her.......
