You and Patrick can go scratch and watch football or something." -> Niiiiiice. Even though, I can't picture Patrick scratching. Or Patrick having genitalia, actually. (Like a Ken doll.) He's too cute to be a sex object.
I liked the girl's day out. Not because it's something I enjoy in real life but it shows what kind of character Molly (and Elyse are/) is and where Molly's coming from. :)

I'm glad this is getting a positive response. I'm trying to avoid having it turn into just a story that happens to have fall out boy in it. Once Molly and Patrick fully breach the line of "school friends" and cross over to being "friends" things will pick up.
Just wait til shy bumbling Patrick meets Molly's crazy parents in a few chapters.
