My heart was empty now. I have nothing to live for anymore. I had just lost my bestest friend and the love of my life. I had never realized how much I really needed him until that day, that horrible day, the day I will never forget in my life, the day I lost someone precious to me.
You're not alone
Together we stand
I'll be by your side, you know I'll take your hand
When it gets cold
And it feels like the end
There's no place to go

-" Archie duck!" I screamed as one of Cronus's ogres threw a car and it flew right towards Archie. He quickly duck and attacked the ogre.
It was a regular fight with Cronus. Herry was easily taking care of giant while Neil was using his dumb luck to dodge them. Odie was tipping something furiously while Theresa was guarding his back. Jay was going one-on-one with Cronus and Me and Archie were taking care of a giant ogre, the new member of Cronus's team.

Everything was going great and we were almost winning when suddenly Cronus threw Jay to a tree and he fell unconscious. Theresa ran to him but Cronus hit her as well. I looked around me. Everything was going horrible. Herry and Odie were both on the ground, breathing slowly. Neil's luck had ran out and he soon got tossed to the ground as well. Theresa and Jay were both out cold beside each other. Thankfully, Archie was still ok. He had a few bruises but he could live. Me and Archie were the only ones left. I was running towards him when suddenly one of Cronus's stupid giants grabbed me and threw me to the ground. My whole body was full of pain and I could hardly move.
-" ATLANTA!" yelled Archie. He tried to run towards me but one of the giants caught him and started squeezing him. I then saw someone approach me. Thinking it was Archie, I called his name. But unfortunately, it was Cronus.
-" Oh sorry my dear, but Archie's a little busy right now. Feeling a little pain I see? Well I'll make the pain go away by killing you!" he laughed and took out his scythe. This was it, the final moment of my life. I was going to die and go to the Elysian fields. But suddenly I saw a shadow, I looked and saw Archie, standing protectively in front of me. His arms were wide, as if he wasn't going to let Cronus attack me.
-" Archie what are you doing?" I asked, there was a mixture of fear and confusion inside me.
-" I won't let you go Atlanta." he answered me back.
-" Archie! Go! Save yourself! Leave me!" I said.
-" NO!" he yelled to me.
So far away
I wish you were here
Before it's too late, this could all disappear
Before the doors close
And it comes to an end
With you by my side I will fight and defend

Then I saw Cronus lift his scythe in the air and cut right through Archie's chest. His scream was so loud that it was like people from 100 miles away could hear it.
-" ARCHIE!" I yelled, tears forming in my eyes as I saw him fall down beside me.
-" Well my work here is done." Said Cronus and opened up a portal. He called his giants and they all entered and the portal closed. He had escaped, again. I quickly rushed myself next to Archie, no matter how much pain I had.
-" Why did you do that? Why did you risk your life for me?" I cried. He only had a smile on his face.
-" Because I love you Lannie. I always have." He responded and then coughed up some blood. His blue hoodie had turned blood red. I looked into his eyes. They weren't blue-grayish anymore, they were filled with pain.

-" Archie please don't die. Please don't die! You're going to make it! Just hold on! Stay strong Archie! Please don't die! Please!" I started crying as I hold his hand.
-" A-Atlanta, I-I'm not going to m-make it." he started breathing slowly.
-" No! Don't say that Arch! You're going to make it! I know you are!" His face was turning paler.
-" I-I Love you A-Atlanta. Don't ever f-forget me." He said and closed his eyes, forever.
Hear me when I say, when I say I believe
Nothing's gonna change, nothing's gonna change destiny
Whatever's meant to be will work out perfectly

-" I love you too Archie! I love you too!" I cried into his chest. A few moments later, the others woke up and ran up to me.
-" Atlanta! What happened?" asked Theresa. She then saw Archie and started crying. Jay pulled her in a hug and she cried into his chest. Odie and Herry sobbed but Neil couldn't take it and started crying, even if he knew it was going to ruin his make-up.
We took him to Chiron but he said he was long dead and needed to be buried. We also made a funeral for him. I had forced myself not to cry but eventually I ran out of the church, fell to my knees and started crying.

Now, it's been 2 months he's been gone and my life is miserable. I usually spend my time near his gravestone, talking to it and hopping he was listening to me from above. It should've been me who was dead, not him! But it was too late now and he's gone, gone forever, and nothing can bring him back.

It was getting late and I was sure the others were going to get worried about me. I put a purple flower on his gravestone and whispered.
-" I love you Archie" I stood up and read his gravestone one more time until I walked away.
