Footsteps in the Dark
The creak of floorboards
The startle in of the night
The scary movies
All possibilities of what is in the house,
Go endless
You get up, only to find shadows
Shadows reflect you
You sense the noise is near
But where
All bad events come back too you
A cold breeze runs up your spine
A wish you would have stayed in bed
The noise is moving
You're frozen
Still in shock you don't even notice,
And when the noise turns out not too be a real threat
You can't breath long enough to stay alive
You die of shock
Even though the noise only turns out to be,
The creaking of the old oak tree
The creak of floorboards
The startle in of the night
The scary movies
All possibilities of what is in the house,
Go endless
You get up, only to find shadows
Shadows reflect you
You sense the noise is near
But where
All bad events come back too you
A cold breeze runs up your spine
A wish you would have stayed in bed
The noise is moving
You're frozen
Still in shock you don't even notice,
And when the noise turns out not too be a real threat
You can't breath long enough to stay alive
You die of shock
Even though the noise only turns out to be,
The creaking of the old oak tree
