I've read this story before (on FF.net, if my memory serves). I like the idea you use for the end of Voldemort - something so completely unexpected that he would never have thought to protect himself against it.
Of course, in the post-HBP universe, this idea can no longer be meshed with canon but it is still a great AU idea.
You seem to like angry! or independent!Harry stories.

Yes story is on ff net, and yeah i like independant Harry, DD peeves me :) I hated HBP.Time to Live

What a great start to the story, but Voldemort dead to easy, as Harry didn't use 'the power he knows not', and I don't think a house doping on him count somehow.
