you guys are great reviewers and this story is just flowing from my fingertips so heres another chapter
After dinner we all retreated back to my apartment. It was a simple 1 bedroom with all the basics. Not much but enough for me. I was in the kitchen making drinks when I heard footsteps coming down the hall.
"Just talk to her" I heard some one whisper
"No, she probably hates me I totally freaked her out at the gas station" came the reply
"She doesn't seem freaked out, just try. What can you lose?"
"Hope"
"Oh, stop being dramatic and talk to her before I do it for you."
"No don't do that then she'll think I'm a pussy."
"Well are you?"
"Maybe"
"Just do it"
"Fine" the voiche humphed
I quickly turned back to the drinks just as someone walked up behind me.
"Erm... hi... do you um... need some... erm... help?" squeaked a very nervous blushing mikey.
"Hey ya sure that'd be great you can grab some snacks out of that cabinet"
"But didn't we just eat?"
"Ya, but I'm sure you guys are still hungry"
"Ha, right" he smiled sheepishly and got the snacks
"So I'm sorry again for freaking you out"
"Mikey its fine. Stop worrying. I told you it's not your fault I was having a bad day."
"I know but..."
"Mikey" I said sternly
"Sorry"
"And stop apologizing!!" I said exasperated
"I'm... , I mean ok"
"There that's better" I gave him a warm smile
He smiled a little then blushed
"awwww your so cute" I gave him a hug and he turned an even deeper shade of red
I laughed at this a bit then asked him to help me carry the stuff back out to the living room
We set the stuff down and then I sat on the couch.
While mikey just stood there not sure where to sit.
"Oh sorry mikey did I take your spot?"
"Ya but its fine"
"You can have it back"
"No really..."
Before he could finish his sentence I pulled him down into my lap.
"Umph" he grunted
And everyone started laughing causing that familiar shade of red to creep back onto his face.
"Oh mikey don't be embarrassed I do this to Zack all the time. Right Zack?"
"Ya sure whatever" came Zack's zombie like reply because he was in the middle of a mortal kombat battle with frank.
Once everyone stopped laughing and went back to what they were doing before the disturbance I whispered to an uncomfortably shifting mikey on my lap.
"Hey wanna know a secret?"
"Ummm..."
"You're very cute" I said sounding like a school girl
He shot his head around and stared at me in disbelief his face the darkest shade of red yet
"You blush too much" I said before giving him a quick peck on the lips
I swear he looked like he was about to die. I'm not sure of what, but it was coming.
He just stared at me for a few minutes, while I smiled back at him, until finally he got his voice back.
"Do you really?"
"Yep" I said confidently
"But... why?"
"Why?" I wasn't expecting that
"Well Ya. I mean no one likes me I'm just a stuttering blushing nerd"
"That's why" I said simply
"Because I'm a stuttering blushing nerd?"
"Ya I find it cute and you're not afraid to be yourself"
"So you" he put emphasis on it like I was some thing special "like /me/?"
"Mikey! Yes, I do stop doubting yourself."
"GEE SHE LIKES ME BACK!!!" mikey shouted excitedly
"That's great mikey now kiss her" Gerard laughed
Mikey turned back to me and kissed me hard on the lips. I have to admit for a "stuttering, blushing, nerd" he was a great kisser
Everyone started awing and clapping like some corny movie and he pulled away.
And I swear you'll never guess what he was doing...
i forgot to tell you last time but incase your confused about these lines
"I can always visit Jodi"
and
"we might have to recruit a new drummer"
from the 2nd chapter in the paragraph before that i was supposed to write
"and my best friend and the drummer of our band is moveing away"
