an excellent chapter. Do you intend on leaving it there, or having a sequel?

What another great chapter, and a great end to the story, I was wondering what your other projects are, as I would like to read them.
I'm happy that Ginny is better now... and that the Weasley family are on good trams with Harry.
Harry acted like a true Slytherin, when he tried to give some money to the Weasleys, very good.
I like the books that Harry suggested for people to read for the DA. I like it that Mr. Flourish would put those books on display.
Oh I do like Luna, you never know what she is going to say.
The fool Dumbledore still is trying to control Harry, even though in the eyes of the law he is an adult.
Oh boy, Dumbledore is lossing control of everything. :D But at least he is letting Harry control of his own life, or is he... we'll just have to wait and see.
I can't wait to see what happens next, and to see who the two ladies that Harry is going to date. So 'til next time, keep up the great work and please hurry with the sequel.Author's response
Thanks for the lovely reveiews all through the story. :) I'm currently working on the Sequel to Time to Live call Time to Learn, the continuation of Hindsight and something new called Cadet Potter. As i get them to a suitable stage i will be posting. The raw chapters (very much unbeta-d) can be found on my lj or yahoo group, the links are on my profile. As soon as i finish part of this list I'll start on the sequel to this one. Thanks for asking. :)Redefining Summer

A very interesting story. The way you avoided having your original characters take over was a nice change from the usual Mary Sue-ism that so much of HP fanfic suffers from.Redefining Summer

Well! Another fine chapter. Harry got to be with his friends, the order has tried to snatch him, Jones and Bryant owe Harrry...BIG TIME! Dumbledore got thoroughly stomped on, Bones is firmly in Harry's corner, Umbitch is likely headed for prison, Fudge is eequally likely, on his way out, and Dumbles got shitfaced. All in all a very good day.
Dumbledore's apology seems more a well crafted lure than anything else. Yes, he may regret his actions, but I really don''t think he'd allow Harry out from under his thumb. He's been playing this game for far too long to just give it up. (Of course, I'm paranoid, so that may explain it. grinns) A nice wrap-up all around. So when's dessert? AlorkinRedefining Summer

A fine conclusion. You chose the right place to end (for now, I hope).
Harry, by force of necessity, has grown up this summer but you didn't make the cardinal mistake of independent!Harry writers of making him too mature too quickly. He is still Harry as we know him - occasionally unaware, occassionally naieve and occasionally petulant. This characterisation of Harry is the biggest selling point of your works, I think.
Overall, a very good work.

An excellent story. I like relationship stories (I'm not referring to romances), and I especially like stories that show some of the daily "doings" and traditions of the magical world as the writer envisions them. I must say, you gave me a whole new perspective on Dumbledore, and although I tend to be a Harry/Ginny shipper, I enjoyed the way, how, and why you treated Ginny the way you did. I do get the impression that there is something in store for Harry/Hermione in the future. In any case, again I say it's an excellent story. You write very well.
