  You had better be diligently writing away at your next chapter. That was too much of a tease. Interesting though at which way you are going now with this. Negotiate the terms of the contract prior to both parties agreeing to it. Have a solicitor present at the time of contract review and signing to ensure that there has been, both, full disclosure as well as no loop holes for hidden contract addendums.
