What you just said,you didn't know how much it hurt,
Can't you see the tears rolling down my cheeks
And the wet spots on my shirt?
You never know how much it hurts
When I hide behind a smiling mask.
Happiness is just a fleeting feeling that never lasts.
I try to act like everything is okay
But the truth is I feel like I'm dying each day.
You wonder why I avoid you,
But you need to open your eyes, If only you could see.
Just how much you're hurting me.
