Ok so I finally updated...but I have a good reason why it took me so long before you all decide to throw me into the river! I got into a car accident the week after Thanks Giving and I've been trying to get back to normal since then...I feel better now and I started school already but I still feel tired and have these killer headaches which is what really keeps me away from writing and midterms and makeup's and the term is ending soon!!! I promised myself not to get stressed out for the new year....among other things..( you know what I mean girls...maybe...) ...Anywho...don't worry I'm back and in good shape...kinda...Now I have the flu...so yay for me!
Ok so a few things on this chapter...
1. I wrote a scene which is kinda like an extended scene for chapter 4... excuse me 3...you'll like it...I think...
2. Bumble Bee is in this chapter and so is aqualad and speedy but they have a short appearance...
3. I'm not paring Cyborg with bumble bee up in this story...they're more like best friends with benefits...but not those kind of benefits! You naughty naughty readers you! -.
Uh what else... I think that's it...oh! And remember to review...yes very important! )

Chapter 5
To say the ride to the restaurant was uncomfortable would have been an understatement, it was excruciatingly long ( even though it was a 15 minute ride ) and Robin and Beastboy were very anxious, they weren't really sure why, but they both felt nervous. As for the girls Starfire chatted excitingly about tonight to no one in particular and Raven stared out the window, enjoying the view of the city buildings passing by. Cyborg was in the drivers seat keeping an eye on everyone and shaking his head as he smiled. Something was going to go down to night and he was not going to be the only sane one watching.
Flashback
"Hey everyone I read about this new restaurant that just opened in downtown Jump city! Star would you like to try it out?" Raven asked with an awkward smile on her face. The guys just stared at her and Star jumped with joy of finally being able to eat out.
"Why of course I would love to do the dinning of eating out." Star said.
She dumped the contains in the blender into a bowl to save for later.
"Someone needs to throw that away later." Whispered Robin to the others as they just shook their head yes.
"Raven and I shall go to our rooms to prepare ourselves." Starfire said as she grabbed Raven's hand while Raven eyes widen as she was yanked from her seat and was flown down the hall to the girls room.
After the girls have left the boys looked at each other .
"Well I'm not touching that stuff, it might come alive and eat me!" Beastboy said as he shook his head from side to side and got off from his stool to go change.
"Real smart BB! You might want to hide under your bed to night so that the evil blender food won't get you!" Cyborg yelled out to Beastboy and laughed.
"So...uh...well...I need to go change, so why don't you go throw IT out, since your still here and all." Robin said as he made a hasty get away before Cyborg could retaliate and get out of there before he did.
"Hey!" Cyborg said as he watched Robin walk briskly away from the kitchen. He frowned and turned slowly to the bowl of turkey, pumpkin squash, tofu and God only knows what else was in there and made a retching sound as he put on gloves and a mask to cover his mouth and nose.
After that scarring experience he went to his room and changed, when he was done he got on the phone ( or camphone...you know when they can watch who they're talking to and they see them too...lol...I'm so good with descriptions...not)
"Hey Sparky! What's up?" the team leader of Titans East said. In the background Aqualad and Speedy came into view.
"Hey Cyborg! Long time no see!" said Speedy and Agualad waved hello. Cyborg chuckled at seeing his old team and friends.
"Hey guys! Everything's cool on this end. How's Bee taking care of the team?" He said and was soon listening to complaints from both guys and accusations from an angry looking Bumble bee.
"Guys! Guys! Ok, geez forget I said anything! I just wanna talk to Bee." Cyborg said laughing with a grin on his face. The boys frowned and said their goodbyes before leaving the screen.
"Anyway...What's up, once again." Bumble Bee asked as she threw a glare off to her left.
"The team is going out to dinner tonight and I have a feeling that it's going to be a pretty interesting. I just don't want to be the only sane one there to see it." Cyborg said as he smiled mischievously.
"Uh huh...so when should I meet you guys?" Bumble bee asked smiling too.
"We are going to leave soon, just you ok?" Cyborg asked.
"Sure thing Sparky, C'ya later!" Bumble Bee said before the screen turned black.
End Flashback
'Yup, tonight is gonna be fun' thought Cyborg. They made it to the newly open restaurant, THE NIXT. The NIXT was a club and a restaurant, downstairs was a fancy elegant dining area and bar, and upstairs was the dance club. As they got out of the car one by one, they meet up with Bumble bee who was dressed in a lacy, burgundy red, halter top dress. It was a knee length dress, with a front that had a deep v neck line, which reached just above her navel but showed only a small amount of cleavage, sexy...yet modest, the back was exposed, and The dress clung tightly to her curves.
She was waiting in front of a long line of guest and had her hands clasped together while holding on to her clutch purse.
"Yo! BEE!" Cyborg shouted to get her attention. She turned around and smiled as her friends approached her.
"Took you guys long enough, we are just about to go in." She said excitedly. Not a lot of people knew this but Bumble bee lived for the night life. So when all the criminals were safe behind bars and her teams went off to do their business she hit the streets of downtown Steel City, sometimes one of the guys would tag along, but mostly it was just her. Everyone was just as excited as she was, well except Raven who was, but just didn't show it.
From outside loud dance music could be heard, and different neon color lights could be seen flashing about. When the doors finally opened the owners of the club/restaurant came out and introduced themselves to the large crowd. One of the owners was a handsome tall, olive complexion man. He had long curly black hair that was tied back and he was dressed in a pinstriped Armani suit. Beside him stood a beautiful woman of African decent who was a foot shorter then he was. She wore a black pencil skirt with a turquoise silk blouse and her hair was set in a tight bun.
"Good evening everyone, I am Georgio Fincilli the co owner of The Nixt. I handle the dance club upstairs so if there is any questions of worries please see me." He said with a thick Italian accent.
"Hello, and good evening. I am Ania Andrew and I am also the co owner of the Nixt. I Look after the restaurant downstairs and I also am the head chief. Georgio and I hope you well enjoy your dinner and to have a nice night." She said and with that they cut the red ribbon and the crowed clapped and cheered as they began to enter.
"Oh my, it is marvelous!" Starfire said and everyone nodded their agreement as they gazed at the interior of the restaurant.
The floor was made of black marble and the walls was a jaded blue. There were square tables set up along the windows and walls and some in the middle. There was an area for a company of guest and V.I.P tables for the rich and famous. On the far left there was a long bar table with a large fish tank behind it and on the other side of the fish tank/wall was the bathrooms, men on the left and women on the right. There was a fireplace in the middle of the back wall paintings of landscapes wore hung and a lights were dimmed to gave a more relaxed atmosphere.
"I wonder what up stairs look like..." Raven said as a waitress came to guide them to their table. When they got to their table they all sat down and looked at the menu.
"Hey! There's a vegetarian section!" Beastboy said as he grinned at Raven who sat right across from him.
"Of course there is, it's a restaurant not a fast food service!"
Raven said as she rolled her eyes, Beastboy glared at her and moved his attention back to the menu.
"Hey! What's wrong with fast food!?" Cyborg yell.
"Can you keep your voice down, we're in public." Said Bumble bee.
"We're ALWAYS 'In public' as you put it." Raven said.
"Um, friends may we please just enjoy our dining together tonight?" Starfire said as she raised her hand meekly.
"We're not in a class room Star." Robin said. Star glared at him.
"I was only trying to get our friends attention, should I have not raised my hand?" Starfire asked slightly annoyed, and Robins eyes widen a little.
"I didn't mean it that way Star, sorry if I offended you." Robin said as he tried to talk to Starfire who turned her head the other way.
Just then...
Ania the co owner of The Nixt walked up to the Titans table as they continued to bicker. Only this time she wore a long white apron and a white chief hat.
"Ah The Teen Titans! Excuse me for interrupting but I thought our V.I.P guest would like to dine in a more secluded area. Please follow me...everything you order will be especially made by me." As Ania looked at them she almost wanted to laugh. 'These are the ladies and gentleman that protect this city? So much pressure and responsibility, but here they only resemble young adults. Children grow up too fast in this world.' She thought with a sigh.
They got up and followed her to the V.I.P section which were in a different room. The Interior was the same, the only different was this room had more of an Indian feel too it and instead of chairs there were cushions and the tables were low.
"Here you are my friends. Please enjoy yourself and if any questions please feel free to ask." With that said she left.
"Wow, V.I.P, Ok you have to admit this is kinda cool Rea." Beastboy said as he smiled at Raven, she gave him a blank stare.
"Yea, whatever." Raven said which made the team snicker. After they ordered their food, they sat there and talked and laughed. Soon enough their meals came and they began to eat. Raven looked up at Starfire who suddenly looked back at her and both girls smiled knowingly.
"Excuse me friends, I very much need to got to the little ladies room, please continue to do the eating of the outing, Raven shall you asset me?" Starfire asked.
"Why not." Raven said as she placed her napkin beside her plate and got up to follow Starfire.
OK what do you think was it worth it? Please don't be made at me... Next Chapter is the club scene...where the "plan" will take place!
