I pull my daughter off the horse-drawn carriage in Central Park in New York and set her on the ground. She grabs my hand and we go sit on a bench. I pull out the cookies from my bag and hand her one. This has been our ritual ever since she was one. Every Thursday we ride the carriage then sit on a bench and eat snacks. I point to a squirrel just a little ways off. "Look Isabella a squirrel" Isabella gets this big grin on her face. "I touch it?" She asks me. "No baby you can't touch it. You've got to just leave it alone" "Oh tay" She goes back to eating her cookie and I just scan the park. "Amy?" I look to my right to see who called my name. My mouth just drops open. "Benji?" I whisper. "Oh my god I can't believe its you" Benji says while walking towards me. I stand up. "I can't believe it's you" He reaches me and gives me a hug. "What are you doing here?" I ask. "Well we're playing a show tonight so we decided to hang around here for a while" "Oh that's cool" "AMY!" Billy comes running towards me. He picks me up and swings me around. "I've missed you," he says after he puts me down. "I've missed you too" Isabella grabs my hand and I pick her up. "Who's that adorable girl?" Joel asks while walking towards us with Hilary. "This is Isabella, my daughter" All the guys get very quiet. I just look at all of them. Finally Benji says, "So you have a boyfriend or husband?" "Nope" "Oh" Benji's expression lightens. "So how old is she?" Billy asks. "She's three" I look at Benji and I think he understood right then. "Uh Amy can I talk to you for a second?" "Sure" I put Isabella down and say, "Isabella this is your uncle, Billy. Stay and talk to him while I talk to Benji ok?" "Oh tay mommy" Benji and I walk a little ways off. Benji looks me square in the eyes and asks, "Is she mine?" I nod. "Then how come I never knew about it?" "Well because I could never get close enough to a phone to call you and I moved around a lot and I didn't want to bother you with a kid" "Well I would have liked to know I had a kid" "Well I didn't know that and I can't change the past " "Alright I'm sorry I got mad at you. It's just... it's so weird to think about" "I believe that and I'm sorry I didn't tell you" "It's all right" Benji grabs my hands and says, "I've really missed you Amy" "I've missed you too Benji" Benji leans down and kisses me. "Wow that feels a lot different now that you have lip rings" "Oh yea you kissed me before my piercing days huh?" "Yup" Benji grabs my hand and we walk back to where everyone is. "Mommy! Mommy! Uncle Billy said he would give us tickets and backstage passes to their concert tonight" "Really?" I look at Billy and he nods. "Oh that's cool!" I turn to Benji. "So when is your concert at?" "Eight" I look at my watch. "So you still have another five hours?" "Yup" I turn back to the rest of the group. "Do you guys want to come hang out at my house until then?" "Yea that sounds like fun," Billy says. "Alright then. Lets go" All of us start walking and Joel says, "Oh I guess introductions are in order, Hilary this is Amy, Amy this is my girlfriend, Hilary" I stick out my hand. "Hi it's very nice to meet you" "Its very nice to meet you too" We walk the rest of the way to my house (not that long.) We walk up the steps and I pull out my key. I open my door and walk in. Isabella runs inside and to her room. Everyone gets seated and I ask, "Do you guys want anything to eat or drink?" "Uh no thanks. I'm good," Joel says. "Hilary?" "No thanks I'm alright" "Ok. Benji? Billy?" "Uhh what do you have to drink?" Billy asks. "I have Mountain Dew, Pepsi, Dr. Pepper or water or coffee or tea or milk OR juice if you want that" "I'll have a Dr. Pepper" "Alright Benji?" "I'll have a Mountain Dew" "Ok" I go into the kitchen and pull out two Mountain Dew's and a Dr. Pepper. I walk back into the living room. I hand Benji and Billy their drinks and say, "Hey guys. Where's Paul?" "He's hanging out with his girlfriend" "Oh he got a girlfriend?" "Yep" "That's awesome! What's her name?" "Crystal" "Cool. Is she nice?" "Yea she's nice" "Cool" I sit down on the floor and Isabella walks into the room holding her Good Charlotte dolls. She climbs onto Benji's lap and holds up the doll of him. "Look I have a doll and it looks like you" "Yes it does. Do you know who designed it?" She slowly shakes her head no. "Do you know what designed means Bella?" I ask. She shakes her head again. "Designed means someone drew what they wanted something to look like so someone else could make it." "Oh tay" She turns back to Benji. "So who designed it?" Benji points to Billy. "You did?!" She squeaks. Billy nods. Bella climbs off Benji's lap and comes over to me. She holds up all the dolls. "Uncle Billy designed these Mommy!" "I know baby" "My Uncle is the coolest!" Everyone in the room laughs. "Yes he is" Bella goes up to Billy and says, "So you draw?" Billy nods. "Do you draw a lot?" "I do" "That's cool. I wish I could draw but I don't know how" "Do you want me to show you?" Bella gets this big grin on her face. "Yea!" "Ok well go put those away and grab a piece of paper and a pencil and I will show you how to draw Jack" "Jack? Like Jack Skelington from Nightmare Before Christmas?" "Yup" "Oh tay!" Bella goes into her bedroom and comes back out with a pencil and a piece of paper. Billy crouches down next to the table and grabs the supplies. Bella stands beside him and Billy instructs her how to draw Jack. "Got that Bella?" Bella nods. "Ok go draw a couple Jacks then come back and show me ok?" "Oh tay. Uncle Billy has anyone told you that you look like Jack" Billy laughs. "Actually a lot of people have" "Oh tay" She runs off to her room and Billy sits on the chair again. "So Amy where do you work?" "I actually have two jobs" "Really?" "Yea Monday thru Wednesday I work at Hot Topic and Thursday thru Saturday at night I work at a bar just a little ways down the street" "I bet you get a lot of tips at the bar huh?" Benji says with a smirk. I throw my empty Mountain Dew can at him. "Shut up Benji" "You do don't you?" Joel asks. "No" I say while looking down. "Ooo She's blushing. She so does get tips." Billy says. "Yea I do and I have so many guys hitting on me. It's so annoying." "Uncle Billy look!" Isabella comes running into the living room. She climbs into Billy's lap and shows him her drawing. "Wow Isabella that's very good. Go show your mommy." She climbs off Billy's lap and walks over to me. "Look mommy" She shows me her drawing and I say, "Wow Bella that IS good. Good job baby" I kiss her forehead. "Thank you mommy" "Go show da- I mean Benji" She walks over to him. "Look Benji" Isabella climbs up into his lap and shows him. "Holy shit that's way good" "Benjamin!" "Whoops sorry my bad" "Bad Benji" Bella slaps Benji's mouth. "Thank you Bella" "You're welcome" Bella points to Joel. "Your name is Joel right?" "Yup" "Look at my Jack" She hands Joel her paper. "Wow that's awesome Bella" "Thank you" Joel hands Bella her paper back and the door opens. "Aunt Jennie!" Bella jumps off Benji's lap and hugs Jennie's leg. "Hey babe" "Look at my Jack" "Wow babe that's awesome!" "Thank you" "Jennie you remember Benji and Billy and Joel and this is Hilary" "Hi Hilary it's nice to meet you" "Nice to meet you too" "Hey Benj. Hi Billy" She glares at Joel "Joel" Jennie walks into the kitchen. "Wow what did I do to deserve that?" "She still hasn't forgiven you for cheating on me" "No I haven't!" Jennie yells. She walks into the living room and says, "And don't think I will ever forgive you." "Jennie stop being a bitch." "Mommy!" "Sorry Bella" I slap my mouth. "Whatever" Jennie says as she walks to her room. "Someone's got her panties in a twist!" I yell after her. "Shut the fuck up Amy" "Aunt Jennie!" Bella yells. "Sorry Bella" "Hey baby why don't you go hang you picture up on the fridge so everyone can see it" "Oh tay" Bella goes to the kitchen to hang up her picture. "Mommy can I have some juice?" Bella yells from the kitchen. "Yea baby hold on I'll get it for you" I stand up and go into the kitchen. I pull a cup out of the cupboard and set it on the counter. Bella pulls the juice out of the fridge and hands it to me. "Here you go mommy" "Thanks baby" I pour some juice for her and then put the lid on the cup. I hand her the cup and she goes back into the living room. I follow her and sit on the floor again. Bella climbs into Benji's lap and asks, "Do you want a drink Benji?" "No thanks babe" "Oh tay" I smile at Benji and Bella. "I think she likes you Benji." "Well that's good." Benji says with a grin. "I do like you Benji" Bella says. Benji smiles then kisses Bella's forehead. "I like you too" Bella smiles then drinks her drink. My eyes lock with Benji's and he smiles. I smile back at him then he mouths, "Can I talk to you for a second?" I nod. "Bella I'm going to go talk to your mom for a second ok?" "Oh tay." Benji pulls Bella off his lap then sits her on the couch where he was sitting. I grab Benji's hand and pull him to my bedroom. I sit down on my bed and motion for Benji to sit next to me. He sits next to me then says, "What have you told her about her dad?" "Uh I just told her that her dad doesn't know I had her and that I love him very much and eventually she would meet him." "I see. So when do you think we should tell her?" "Now would be ok" "Ok" Benji stands up and I grab his arm. "Have you told any of the guys that you and I had sex?" Benji shakes his head no. "So it will be news for everyone" "If the guys haven't already figured it out" "Yea that's true" I run my hand down Benji's arm and lace my fingers with his. I look back up at him and say, "I really have missed you Benji" Benji smiles. "I've missed you too" He leans down and kisses me and I pull him onto the bed on top of me. Benji runs his hand down my side and slips it under my shirt. He kisses along my jaw line then down my neck. And yes, of course, he starts sucking on my neck. He kisses my collarbone once then pulls away from me. "I love you Amy," He whispers. I look at Benji for a second then smile. "I love you too," I whisper back. Benji smiles then leans down and kisses me. "I guess we better go tell everyone." "I guess so" Benji climbs off of me then helps me up. We walk out of my bedroom and into the living room. "Bella can you come here please?" "Sure" She climbs off of the couch and comes over to Benji and me. I crouch down to her level and say, "Baby you know how I said that I love your daddy very much and eventually you would meet him" She nods. "Well Bella, Benji is your daddy" She looks up at Benji. "You are?!" "Yes I am baby" "Cool!!" She yells. She starts dancing around and singing, "Benji's my daddy. Benji's my daddy" Jennie walks into the room while Bella is singing and gets wide eyed. "You are?!" "Yup" Benji answers. "I knew it!" She yells. "But when did this happen?" "Yea I'm kinda wondering that myself," Joel says. "Me too," Billy adds. "It was actually the day I found out you were cheating on me" "Really?" Joel asks. I nod. "So after you found out I was cheating, you went and had sex with my brother?" "Mmhmm" "Yea so if you wouldn't have fucked up you could've had sex with Amy and not me" "But I like you being my daddy. I don't want Joel to be my daddy." "Actually baby, if I Joel and I had sex and I got pregnant it wouldn't have been you I had." "Really?" "Yea" "Why?" Everyone laughs. "We'll talk about that when you're a little bit older" She looks at me weird. "Ok?" She goes into her room and Benji and I sit down. "I can't believe you two had sex," Joel says. "Well believe it." "Yes I know" "AMY!" Jennie yells. "What?!" I yell back. "Can I borrow your black and red corset?" she asks as she walks into the living room. "What for?" "Because I want to wear it to the club" "Well what if I want to wear it to the concert?" "Concert? What concert?" "These guys'" I gesture around the room. "Why wasn't I invited?" "Uhhhh do you want to go Jennie?" Benji asks. "Sure!" "What about going to the club?" Joel asks. "I was just going there to spot out gays. I can do that anytime" "Oh ok" "Awesome we'll get tickets for all three of you," Billy says. "All three of us?" "Think Jennie," I say. "OH Bella duh!" "Yea" "So can I wear it?" "No I'm going to wear it" "Fine then can I wear your black and white one?" "It's dirty. I wore it yesterday" "You're black and blue one?" "Sure" "Ok cool" She walks down the hall and into my room. "God damn Amy. How many corsets do you have?" Benji asks. "Lets see. I have the red and black one, the black and white one, the black and blue one, a white and red one, and a white and blue one, so five" "Damn why do you have so many?" Joel asks. "Because corsets are hot and they look hot on me." "Wow someone's conceited" Billy says. "Nope just self assured" "Uh-huh sure" Jennie walks out of my room in my corset, a black lacey mini skirt, fishnets, and combat boots. "What do you think?" She spins around. I whistle. "Very sexy. Wait isn't that my skirt?" "Yea and your fishnets too." "Oh ok" "You weren't planning on wearing them were you?" "Nope" "Ok then" She walks back down the hall and I assume she goes into the bathroom. "Mommy what do you thing about this?" Bella yells as she runs into the room. She's wearing a MADE skirt, a Good Charlotte hoodie, black and white stripped socks and her little converses. "That's very cute Bella! I love it!" She smiles. "But what's under your hoodie?" She pulls up her hoodie and she's wearing a black Fall Out Boy shirt. "What? Don't you have an Good Charlotte shirts?" Benji asks. "I do but they're all dirty because I wear them all the time." "Oh ok. Well you look very cute Bella" She smiles again. "Thank you daddy" "Bella if you come here I'll do your hair." Jennie yells. See I knew she was in the bathroom. I'm good. Bella runs off to the bathroom and Joel says, "Wow it's weird to hear you called daddy" I look at Benji "Yea it's weird being called daddy" Benji says. "But I like it" He grins and everyone else laughs. "Benj you're a dork" I say as I lean up and kiss him. "I know but you love me" He says before he kisses me again. He pulls away from me and I say, "That I do" Billy groans. "You two stop being all lovey" "Why?" Benji asks. "You do it all the time when you're with Linzi" "So that's different" I laugh and say, "How?" Billy shrugs. "I don't know" "Billy you're a dork" "Do you call everyone that?" He asks. I smile "Yep!" "Ok" We all keep chatting for a while then I get bored so I decide to go change. I stand up and start walking to my room when Benji says, "Amy where you going?" "To go get changed" "Why?" "Because I'm bored" He looks at me weird. "It's a girl thing" "Oh gotcha" I nod and walk the rest of the way to my room. I go to my closet and pull out the black and red corset. I look at my pants and skirts for a moment then I decide to wear some black and red bondage pants. I take the pants out of my closet then put them and the shirt on the foot of my bed. I remove my other clothes and throw them into the hamper. I put my concert clothes on then look in my full-length mirror. "Now time to decide accessories and shoes." I look at my self a moment longer then decide to grab my VANS shoes. I slip them on and walk to my dresser. I open my jewelry box and pull out my two sets of handcuff earrings. I grab a spike bracelet/necklace set. I put everything in/on then walk out of my bedroom. I walk into the living room and Benji whistles. "You like?" I ask. He gets a big grin on his face. "Very much so." I laugh and roll my eyes. "Of course you would." I walk over to the couch and sit down on Benji's lap. Jennie and Bella walk in from the bathroom a moment later. "What do you think mommy?" Bella asks as she gestures to her hair. It's in high pigtails and curled. "Very cute baby" "Thank you. What do you thing daddy?" "It's adorable baby" "Thank you daddy" "You're welcome" She climbs onto my lap and grabs her cup. Jennie walks back down the hall. "Do you want a drink mommy?" "Sure" I take her cup and pretend to take a drink. "Yummy" I hand her, her cup back and she takes a drink. "When do you guys have to be at the place where your concert is at?" "Six," Joel answers "Okie poke" "Okie poke? That's a weird saying" I look at Billy. "Ok?" "I think it is at least." "Ok" "So is it just you, Jennie and Bella living here Amy" Benji asks. "Well us and Jasper" "Jasper?" "Go get Jasper Bella" "Ok" She runs into my room and a few moments later comes out with Jasper, our snake. Billy jumps out of his chair and runs to the door. "What Uncle Billy? Don't you like snakes?" Bella asks. "No I don't. I hate them." Bella starts walking towards Billy and he bolts out of the door. Bella starts laughing then hands me Jasper. "You're not afraid of snakes are you daddy?" "Nope" "That's cool. I'm not either." "That's good" I hand Jasper back to Bella. "Go put him back ok?" "Oh tay mommy." She runs back into my room and the door opens a crack. "Is the snake gone?" "Yes Billy it is" Benji and I answer in unison. "Good" Billy comes back into the house and sits down. Bella comes into the room followed by Jennie. Bella climbs into my lap and Jennie sits on the floor. "So guys what are we going to do for-" She looks at her watch "-an hour?" "We could go goof off on the tour bus" Joel offers. "Sounds good to me," I say. "Me too!" Bella squeals. "Ok lets go then" All of us stand up and I do a check around my house to see that everything is turned off. "Ok let's go," I say as I walk to the door where everyone else is standing. "Ok" We all walk out of the door and down the steps. "How far away is your guys' tour bus?" I ask. "Quite a ways. Well just call our limo driver and have him come pick us up" "A limo?!" Bella shrieks "Yes Bella a limo." Benji says. "Yay!!" She squeals again. Benji pulls out his phone and calls the limo driver. A few moments later the limo pulls up. "I'm gonna ride in a limo, yes I'm gonna ride in a limo. I'm riding in a limo because I'm not a lamo yes I'm riding in a limo." I start laughing at my daughter. "Bella you're a dork." I say as we all pile into the limo. "Well of course I am. Look who my parents are." "Well that's true" "Hey! I'm not a dork" "Yes daddy you are" "Ok maybe a little" Everyone laughs as we drive off (into the sunset. Haha JK.) We drive for a while then the limo stops. Joel looks out the window and says; "We're here" We all pile out of the limo and walk to the bus. We walk on the bus and Bella's eyes get wide. "I've never seen a tour bus before" "Do you like it?" Benji asks. Bella nods. "A lot" "Well that's good because I was wondering if you and your mommy wanted to go on the rest of the tour with us" Benji looks at me as he finishes talking. "Can we mommy? Please?" "Oh I don't know. I mean what will I do about my jobs and Jasper?" "Amy I'm not going. I'll watch Jasper. And I don't think Daniel or Chris will care if you miss work for however long you're going to be gone." "Two weeks" Joel says. "Huh?" "We'll be going for two more weeks." "Oh" "Come on mommy please" Bella begs. She looks up at me with her big brown puppy eyes. I think I taught her how to get he way a little too much. "Please Amy" I look over to my right and Benji has the same face (puppy eyes, pouty lip etc.) plastered on his face. I never noticed how much Bella looks like him. I look from Benji to Bella and back again. I groan and say, "Fine" The both jump up and down and scream, "Yay!" "But only if my bosses down mind" "Ok" Benji grabs his phone and thrusts it at me. "Here call them now" I grab Benji's phone and call Chris, my boss at Hot Topic. "Hello?" he answers on the second ring. "Hey Chris it's Amy" "Hey Amy I've been meaning to talk to you" "Oh yea? What for?" "Well I'm doing some remodeling to the shop so it's going to be closed for a couple of weeks." "Wow you have fantastic timing." "Why?" "Because I was going to call and ask if I could get two weeks off so I could go on tour with Good Charlotte" "You're going on tour with Good Charlotte?!?" "Yup" "How did you manage that?" "Well you know how I never told you anything about Isabella's dad?" "Yea?" "Well Benji's the dad" "Benjamin fucking Madden is the dad?!? You slept with Benji Madden?!?" "Yup" "You lucky girl" (Chris is gay btw) "Yes I know I am" "Well some of the contractors are here, with some very cute asses I might add, so I'm gonna go." I laugh. "Ok goodbye Chris" "Later Sweet cheeks." I hang up the phone and everyone is staring at me. "What?" "We all heard him yelling" Joel answers. "So?" "Is he gay" Benji asks. "Yup" "Oh ok. He sounded like it" "Yup he is" Everyone goes back to what they were doing and I call Daniel. "Hello?" "Hey Daniel. It's Amy" "Hey Amy. What's up?" "Oh nothing I was just wondering if I could get the next two weeks off." "What for?" "Well Good Charlotte invited Bella and I to go on tour with them" "Oh wow. How the hell did that happen?" "Well actually Benji's the father of Bella" "Really?!" "Yup" "Oh man you need a shirt that says, 'I'm sleeping with the guitarist'" "Ha! That would be great. I do need that shirt" "Yea" "So do I have the next two weeks off?" "Yup you do. I have a new girl working here anyway" "Ok cool" "Yea so I guess I'll see you in two weeks you guitarist-sleeper-wither" I laugh. "Ok bye Daniel" "Bye Amy" I close the phone and hand it back to Benji as I sit next to him. "So what shirt do you need?" Jennie asks. "One that says, 'I'm sleeping with the guitarist'" "Haha!" Jennie laughs. "That would be fucking great!" "I know. I think I'm going to make it" "You should" "I will" "Ok" The door of the bus opens and in walks Paul, Aaron and some chick. I jump up and run to hug Paul and Aaron. I hug Paul first. "Hi Paul" Paul pulls away from me and his mouth just falls open. "Oh My God! Amy!" He pulls me back into a hug and I laugh. "Hi Paul" I say again as I pat his back. He pulls away from me and I kinda side hug Aaron. "Hey Aaron" "Hey Amy" "Amy this is my girlfriend, Crystal" Paul says gesturing to the girl that walked in with them. "Crystal this is an old friend of mine, Amy" I stick out my hand and she shakes it. "It's very nice to meet you." I say. "Nice to meet you too" Bella runs up to me and hugs my leg. "Mommy, I'm hungry" "Umm Benj do you guys have any food on the bus?" "Yes we do. Come on Bella" "Ok" She runs off with Benji and I look back to Paul. "You have a daughter," He says. "Yup I do." "How old is she?" "Three." "Three years ago you were... Oh My God. Benji's the dad isn't he?" "Yup he is" "I always knew you two would get together" "Uh-huh sure you did" "I did" he squeaks. I roll my eyes. "Ok Paul" I sit back down and Bella and Benji walk into the room. Bella holds up her sandwich. "Look, daddy got me a peanut butter and jelly sandwich." "Cool baby" Benji sits next to me and Bella sits on his lap. "Daddy?" "Yes Bella?" "I'm really glad that I know that you are my daddy" Benji just stares at her. "I'm really glad you're my baby Bella" Bella hugs Benji and everyone does the "Awww" thing. "And I'm really glad that my mommy is my mommy" "I'm glad your mommy is your mommy too" "I'm glad I'm your mommy" Bella smiles and goes back to eating her sandwich. I lay my head on Benji's shoulder and close my eyes. Benji kisses the top of my head. I lift up my head and look at him. He leans down and kisses me. We pull away but he keeps his head close to mine. "I love you Benji," I whisper. Benji gives me a small peck on the lips. "I love you too Amy" I smile up at Benji. He gives me another kiss then whispers in my ear. "I think we have some catching up to do" I smile. "That we do," I whisper back. Benji picks Bella up and stands up. I stand up also and Benji sets Bella down. We start walking to the back and Joel yells, "Don't make her scream too loud Benji." "I'll try not too." "He may try but I don't think it will work. He is damn good." "Eww," Joel says. Benji and I laugh and walk the rest of the way to the back. We sit down on the couch thing they have in the back. We sit there for a while in one of those really annoying silence. "So Benji?" He looks at me. "Hmm?" "How many other girlfriends have you had?" "Uhh two but I never got as far with them as I got with you" "I see" "How many other boyfriends have you had?" "None" "None?" "Yup. After what happened with Joel I always thought it was stupid to waste my time with guys if I knew that I wouldn't be staying with them for long" "Oh makes sense" I look at Benji and I can tell he feels guilty so I say, "Benj it's fine that you've had other girls. As long as you're here with me now, that's all I care about" He smiles a little. "Ok" I can tell he doesn't really mean it so I run my arms up his and rest them on his neck. I pull him down on top of me and kiss him. He kisses me back and slides his hands under my shirt. I run my hands down his chest and tug at the bottom of his shirt. He pulls away from me long enough to pull both our shirts off. After our shirts are off and discarded on the floor, Benji starts kissing my neck. He works his way down until he reaches the valley between my breasts. He works at the snap on the front of my bra. He gets it open and slides it down my arms. He kisses down my chest to my boobs. He plants a trail of hot kisses from one of my boobs to the other. He kisses down my chest and belly. He kisses from my belly button to the top of my pants. There, he stops kissing and works on getting them undone. "Benji! Amy! Come on we have to go" I close my eyes and mutter; "Damn" Benji comes back up so his face is next to mine and I open my eyes. "We'll finish later" "Ok" I put my arms around his neck and pull him down to kiss him. He pulls away from me and grabs out shirts and my bra off the ground. He hands me my clothes and I put them on. After we are fully clothed we walk out to the front of the bus hand-in-hand.
