It was dark outside, and the only thing that could be seen was a small building across the way.
He walked slowly, avoiding the rocks on te ground, and made his way to the dark building.
The moon was shining on the roof top, so you could see the shingles of the house.
He began to feel a sudden rage inside of him and it increased as he got closer and closer to his destination.
He stormed inside, where he saw a women standing to the corner of the unlit room.
She was cowering in fear. Probabley from him.
Suddenly, they were both in a room. His hands were covered in thick red blood, as well as his shirt.
He stood there looking at his hands, trembling. He waited for something to happen; anything to happen.
The thought of death crept into his mind. He didn't know how it came to be like this. It was all too much.
Down on the floor in front of him was a large puddle of blood. He looked at his reflection in; except of seeing the normally dark haired, brown eyed boy, he saw a monster.
He jumped back from the puddle, trying to get the image of him out of his mind.
It soon came to him, that it was not himself that was bleeding.
He looked up from his bloody hands, and onto the floor in front of him.
Lying on her back, was the same women who was in the corner. She was covered in blood.
He crawled towards her; still not knowing what had happened.
Thinking she was dead; he began to cry.
He buried his face in his hands and kneeled on the floor beside the body.
He soon stopped when he heard a shuffling noise beside him.
He looked down at the body; and to his suprise she was looking back.
"You killed me." She whispered.
Pete sat up in his bed, trembling in fear. The dreams had returned and were worse than before. They stopped soon before Patrick's wedding; and he finally thought they were gone. It was now a month afterward, and they had returned.
He shook his head from the thoughts, and layed back in his bed. He could no longer go to Patrick for advise. He had moved out with Joy only weeks after the wedding; and lived on the other side of town.
It was hard without him; but he still had Joe and Andy living with him for the time being. Hopefully they wouldn't decided to move out as well. That would leave him all alone in his house. He couldn't be alone again.
Pete rolled on his side and thought about his dream. Everytime they were different, but they all had the same thing happened. They all involved him killing one of the people he loved the most; Kate. It didn't make sence why he was having these dreams but all dreams had a reason. He just needed to find out what his dreams were trying to tell him.
He hadn't seen Kate for many months; and she had ignored the letter he had sent with the invatation to Patrick and Joy's wedding. She never showed and he never saw her that day. In fact, it had been four months since anyone had heard of or seen her.
Hopefully, the dreams would fade as time went by.
