They were interrupted by the door of the kitchen flying open and Ryan running in, shuddering to a halt when he saw what was going on. Jamie pulled away, but stayed seated on Brendon's lap.
"Oh...uh, sorry guys! I'll, er, leave you to it then, shall I?" He said, backing out the door and closing it behind them. They were quiet for a moment, but then they both started to giggle. Jamie got off Brendon. He stood up and gave her a hug. She kissed him on the cheek and whispered that she should probably go home. He offered to walk her home, but she said she'd take a taxi.
"Are you sure?" He asked her. She nodded. He walked her to the door after she said goodbye to Ryan and Spencer. Jamie kissed him on the cheek and left, but not before Brendon shoved a 20 in her hand to pay for the cabfare. She tried to refuse but he insisted. She blushed and thanked him. He watched her until she stepped into an elevator, and the doors slid shut. Brendon went back inside and sat down on the couch beside Ryan, grinning like a madman. "Isn't she amazing?" He sighed. Ryan laughed bitterly.
"Oh yeah dude. you can totally tell that she's in it for the long run." Brendon turned to look at him, his smile turning to a frown.
"What's that supposed to mean?" He asked sharply.
"Dude, you met her today, and within 5 hours she was making out with you in your lap!"
"What?" Spencer exclaimed. Brendon ignored him.
"We have a connection, okay? I've never felt this was before." Brendon snapped. He got up and stormed to his bedroom, slamming the door. He was furious with Ryan. How could he say those things about Jamie! Usually he didnt mess with Brendon's love life, just sat back quietly and let Brendon experience life. Why was he so angry this time?

Jamie opened the door to her apartment and slid inside. It was now 3 AM, and Cameron could be sleeping. She took off her shoes and held them in her hand as crept to her room. She shut the door carefully. She had just finished putting on her superman tshirt and red soccer shorts, ready for bed, when Cam threw open the door and tackled her onto the bed. They wrestled for a few minutes, then collapsed against the pillows laughing.
"You're getting stronger, Stix!" Cameron laughed, giving her an akward hug thanks to the body pillow seperating them.
"Or your getting weaker." Jamie teased. They had their usual chat about their days. then Cameron asked the question Jamie knew he would.
"So whats this Brendon fella like?" He said, wiggling his eyebrows up and down. Jamie laughed.
"He's amazing, Cammy. I think I love him."
