Jamie awoke to find Pete watching her sleep with a smile on his face. She giggled and stretched.
"What are you doing, you creeper?" She teased. Pete chuckled and brushed her hair out of her eyes. Jamie scooted closer to him.
"Brendon says he's sorry. He came here while you were asleep. Don't panic," He added, as he saw the look of fear grow in her eyes, "He suggested that you came to me because he thought we were 'Close', and I just went along with it. We're still safe." Pete assured her. Jamie sighed. She hated the secrets and the hiding. She voiced these concerns to Pete. He laughed. "Then let me take away those worries by distracting you..." He kissed her neck, his hand, once massaging her stomach, moved higher up her shirt.
"Pete-" He smothered the rest of her statement by kissing her softly, deeply. As much as she wanted this, thoughts of Brendon filled her head. She pushed Pete away. He sighed heavily and flopped back onto his pillow.
"Jamie, what's wrong?" He said, sounding bored.
"BRENDON ALMOST CAUGHT US!" She screamed, jumping off the bed and whipping pillows and sheets at Pete. Pete's eyes widened in fear of someone hearing her.
"Jamie, please calm down. He didn't, we're fine, okay?" He assured her, stepping in front of her. She went to shout again but he put his hand over her mouth and threw her back onto the bed, laying on top of her. "Listen," He hissed, as it was Jamie's turn to shrink with fear, "We are doing this is secret to save Brendon. You shouting it all over the hotel is just a tad counter productive, dont you think?" Jamie nodded. "Good. Now I'm going to take my hand off your mouth, are you going to scream at me again?" She shook her head no. Pete removed his hand, but didn't remove his legs from over hers, or his arm from around her waist. She tried to wriggle free, but he held fast, kissing her neck.
"Let me go." She grunted, struggling against his grip. He shook his head, shifting his body so that he was laying directly on top of her. He rested his forehead against hers.
"I can't. You're upset, and I cant let you leave like this. So until you stop trying to kill me, Im not moving." And with that, he began kissing her cheeks and neck softly, his hands running up and down her arms. He kissed her lips, but she didn't kiss him back. He chuckled. "Still angry, huh? I personally have no problem lying here all day." He kissed behind her ear, a place he knew she couldn't resist. She finally gave into him, entwining their fingers together and kissing him softly. Pete smiled. "See? Not so bad, is it?" He whispered. He rolled behind her, putting them in a 'spooning' position. He nuzzled his head into her neck.
"Are we just going to lay here all day?" She asked, her voice little more then a whisper. Pete pulled her into him, and with a gentle kiss, said;
"Let's just 'be' for a while."
*Yes, it's shitty. It's filler. Its horrible. It's boring. It's something to cover my ass until I can write something better.*
