"I half expected you to not return."
"Oh, where else would I have gone?"
"Beauxbatons?" He raised a brow. "You were buried in French Medieval magics when you left here, as I recall."
"I went, for a few months; I'm afraid both the cuisine and the company left something to be desired."
"Too many frog legs in each, my dear?"
"Albus!" She laughed; it was clear like a bell.
He held his hand out to her; in his flat palm, appeared in a moment, a bouquet of evening blue blossoms that shimmered like moonlit water.
"I am glad you've returned."
