Chapter Eight: Flashback
~FRANKIE’S P.O.V~
I gasped silently to myself--
“Hello Father..” Gerard whispered, he’s head fell.
The man turned to face me, grinningly. He eyed me.
I froze--
His hair cut short, a dark brown slightly grey.
His face heavy with sorrow.
His golden eyed traveled across my face curiously.
We remained silent for a minuet or so.
“Gerard.” He mumbled.
His voice deep, as if enraged.
“Why have you come?” He asked
I bit my lip nervously—What did he think of me.
“I- We.” Gerard paused. “I need to talk to you, about something.”
“About your Eternal Mate?” He questioned.
I snapped my head up. ‘Eternal Mate? What the fuck.’
Gerard eyed me—He had heard what I said.
“Watch your langue young man!” Gerard father snapped.
My jaw dropped. HE COULD HEAR ME ALSO!
“Sorry..” I whispered, turning my head to face Gerard.
Gerard smiled, as if holding in a laugh.
I felt the head rush to my face.
“What is it you need to know?!” Gerard’s father snapped.
I watched as Gerard turned his face toward his father—His smiled has disappeared.
He eyed him carefully.
Talking to him, silently no doubt.
“Fine.” Gerard father mumbled. “I suggest you stay, this may take a while.”
Gerard nodded.
“Ellena!” Gerard’s father called—he swung the door open, gesturing for us to come inside.
Gerard rapped his arm around my shoulder, leading me inside.
I gasped at the sight that lay before me.
I-It was so beautiful!
The walls painted a dark purple, flowers imprinted onto them.
A long staircase welcomed us, as we walked forward.
Dark interior was placed around, decorating the main room.
It had, somewhat a gothic feel to is.
Gerard chuckled.
“Like it?” He whispered in my ear.
I laughed, nodding.
Gerard’s Father eyed us. “Ellena!” He yelled once again.
Minutes after, a short young lady came running into the room—
I grinned, she was pretty.
He brown locks, bounced as she ran.
Her pail skin, shun in the artificial light.
Her blue eyes glowed.
“Where the blood hell have you been!?” he shouted.
The young girl laughed awkwardly. “Eh, umm. Sorry!”
Gerard’s father rolled his eyes, I suppressed a laugh. “Fix to bedrooms, for our guests.” He ordered.
“One—He’s sleeping with me.” Gerard corrected.
I blushed—
Did he have to say, ‘SLEEP!’ Couldn’t he have just said, ‘STAYED!’,
I cursed Gerard.
Gerard father eyed him. “No frisky business.”
“Oh for fu-” I paused, realizing I had said the loud thing quiet, and the quiet thing loud.
“You’ve got a fowl mouth, don’t you boy!” Gerard father yelled.
I held myself for a moment.
Flashbacks of my father yelling at me, fluttered through my head.
“YOU STOLE MY MONEY DIDN’T YOU BOY!” My father yelled at me, his hand brought down hard across my face.
I remember the howling screaming of my mother, as my father beat her and rapped her.
The flashback slowly faded away.
Gerard eyed me concerned, followed by his father and the young lady.
Had they witnessed my flashback?
Gerard father coughed awkwardly. “Forgive me. I have no idea.” He apologized.
My looked away, as Gerard pulled me close toward him.
So many horrid moments.
So many unwanted memories.
They will never leave me--
They will always haunt me.
My father.
My ignorant bastard of a father--
He deserved to die.
And I was the one who was going to do it.
