Great read, I just wish there was more Warlord of Mars and less NotDead!Draco.Author's response
Thanks!
Yeah, Draco did sort of run away with the story. He's just such an emo little git that making fun of him was... well, too much fun. ;-)John Carter of Hogwarts

I second Jearom on that.
Damn, this must have been the silliest thing I've ever read, except some stuff written on bad Scotch. I loved it. The surreality just didn't stop. Please, make more insanity! I need it, and I'm fresh out of the stuff.

Thank you!
Well, I'm sure I can find some more insanity somewhere. I'll see what I can do. ;-)John Carter of Hogwarts

Ditto the above. And I am awed by your beautiful, consistent, effective use of style - the pulchritude the embellishment the ornateness the off-the-wall irrationality the nonsense! - outstanding and totally delightful. Thanks for a great laugh.Author's response
Thank you very much!John Carter of Hogwarts

-points up- What they said. I quite loved it and I wonder how Hagrid would do with a thoat or some of the other peculiar Martian animals. To steal a riff from Alan Dean Foster, I can just see someone doing a "very adult" expose' of John Carter's time on Mars; it would, of course, be entitled "Deep Thoat" (or should that be the anonymous author?).Author's response
Thank you very much!
Hagrid probably would have a good time with a thoat, assuming it could stand the terrestrial gravity. If he went there, of course... well, considering the way John Carter went bounding about the landscape, I'm sure Hagrid would make an even bigger impression. Possibly in one of the moons. ;-)
And if someone wrote "Deep Thoat," I'd certainly read it.John Carter of Hogwarts

I don't know how to respond to this fic. First I was all spaced out, then I was slightly bemused. then I felt a bit freaked out, this led to me being very freaked out, then back to confusion.
I commend you for being able to make a oneshot that has this effect on a reader.
