  Right and Voldemort somehow managed to make Horcruxes without being a brotherhood member...a horcrux doesn't a brotherhood member make.
  
  By making Hermione 'his' I can't really see him accepting anything less than her having at the very least the length of life she was due to have.
  
  I don't understand the desire to save the Slytherins who still persist on being evil. It seems to be rather counterintuitive. Why save the guilty at the expense of the innocent?

  I thought the first point had been covered in the story already. In any event, that will be made clearer later. As for the Slytherins, they are a bit smarter here than in canon -- some, remember, are moving to Harry, just not all of them

  Mathiasgranger and Vanir, the former being one of my favorite authors (along with yourself, of course), and the latter whose works I have just begun to explore, covered the main hypotheses I wished to state.
  
  Yes, Hermione could make a horcrux, the poison could do its despicable job, and The Brotherhood could make her a new body; one that still had the ability to reproduce, as you are so fond of writing her and Harry of doing. But you said yourself that it wouldn't be that easy because it's called "The BROTHERhood"? Well, that's a fairly foolish bit of hairsplitting if I've ever read any. You've been writing that the BH is beginning to go through a time of renewal; inducting its first female member might be a good part of that process. Besides, do you really expect that with as open-minded as you have written some of its higher-echelon members as being, that they have existed for over six millenia without one woman joining them?
  
  More to the point, who said Hermione would even need to be inducted into the BH. It might be a poor example, but Riddle certainly showed that being a BH member is not a requirement for the production of horcruxes.
  
  There is the possibility of Hermione becoming a vampire, another pseudo-immortality that the BH created for friends and lovers of its members, but that still leaves the problem of the potion destroying her body from within.
  
  Perhaps the Invincible Mind of Granger (TM) might be turned to finding a way to save herself, such as hitting the myths, as Vanir suggested.
  
  And then there is the easiest solution of all: Time-Turner.
  
  So, apart from the horrible thing that happened, but that you can easily write your way out of with so many reviewers clamoring for you to do so, this was another phenomenal chapter to another phenomenal story.
  
  I eagerly await the next.

  There's a reason why there are no sisters. A vampire would overcome the basic problem, but as Harry will point out, vampires aren't very cuddly

  Still I see that if Hermione doesn't survive long I see Luna being supportive and quite probably one to fill her shoes with Iarry.

  Hey why the hell did you dream this up! I like Hermione and Harry pairing as do you since you write abut it so much, so again why did you dream this scene up, to where even if they get pansy blood hermione will only live what another 20 yrs! and whats worse she cant even bear children!!!

  Poor Hermione, please tell me your are going to find a way out of this for Harry and Hermione. Plus I think thta along with Parkinson's life force, everyone who had a hand in helping her, covering for her, and who gave her the knife needs some life force taken from themselves also. I love how the Brotherhood just smacks Snape around. I mean before he draw his wand they have already laid him out. I hope they dod a few more times. Can't wait to see Sirius deal with the Parkinson's and wht they are going to choose. Their fortune or their dumb butt daughter? As for Dumbledore, maybe he needs to be more concerned about how Pansy was able to sneak a very dangerous, curse and illegal object in his school and attack a student right under his nose. This makes two years in a row something like this has happened. Maybe he needs to start concertrating on protecting his students instead of trying to redeem a girl who is showing no remorse for trying to kill a fellow student. I like the idea of making Hermione a horacrux and maybe the brotherhood inducting their first female member or starting a sisterhood in parternship with the brotherhood. Keep up the great work. Looking forward to the next chapter.

  Five words from Harry: "Save her or sod off." I don't think anyone will be terribly happy at the end results if he loses her; at the very least Zeus is likely to be in the market for a new wife. She's a goddess, you say? Pfft! Harry may not be a god, but I bet he conjures a mean cobalt bomb if he needs one: "Say hello to my leetle friend!" Or perhaps he'll just borrow a page from Avatar's handbook: "Here's a little trick Sirius showed me when no one else was around..." BLAMBLAMBLAMBLAMBLAM!

  So Hermione is sterile? That could cause all sorts of hassles as far as the Potter name is concerned.
  I do hope there is a plot afoot in your devious mind to keep Hermione alive, and I also hope Pansy and Draco get it in the neck for such a callous plot.
  Wonderful, exciting, original fic that has totally sucked me in.

  Ok overall an awesome story and chapter, however if you don't cure Hermione in someway shape or form I am going to be extremely displeased >.< otherwise keep up the amasing work and post again soon plz ^^

  So Hermione is going to die.
  
  For that reason alone, Harry should start culling Slytherin. Killing Pansy, Draco and company. Perhaps a little pure blood bath would help them.
  
  Harry knows about horcruxes. He can help her kill pansy to make one and screw the all male brotherhood.

  Wow...that was one hell of a chapter, here I thought that she was going to be alright (which seemed too easy) and then: there's no "cure"!!...you have me sitting in the edge of my chair waiting for the next chapter.
