Joy's pov

I dont know who I am? I dont know if I should be here or not. I'm not sure if this guy is boy friend everyone tells me he is. But Cayln thinks her fought I know its not for some strange reason.

"Joy are you sure your ok?" Josh asked me.
"No I dont know who I am plz tell me a little about myself plz?" I said sitting by him on the other side is his brother Benj.

"Well lets see your my girl you live here. I'm in love with you. I love you." Josh said making his love strong to me I back away.
"Joy do you remember Joel?" Benj asked.
"No whos that?" I asked.
"He's my twin brother and his brother. Are you sure babe?" He asked.
"Yes I'm sure I dont know who he is? Where are my parents at?" I asked again.
"Babe they died in a car crash a year ago I'm sorry." Benj said
"OMG! I didnt know so there gone?" I asked crying.
"Yes babe I'm sorry." Benj said.
"Ok think I wanna go home?" I said getting up leaving to I thought was my room.
"No thats not." Benj said looking at me.
"Benj not right now." Josh said seeing Cayln coming in with Billy.

Billy's pov

Yes finally I get point of view again. Cayln told me what happen to Joy so me & Deano deicide to come over. Help her to remember a few things which isnt going to be easy at all. But yet I know I'm Cayln's last person to come to I'm kinda happy she didnt forget about me either. We're starting again I think everything is coming in right this time. I went into Cayln's room saw her asleep.

"Hey Joy wake up?" I said shes in a deep sleep if she wasnt she would have woken up by now.

Josh's pov

Man I lost her again I dont know how to get out of this one. Joel came in wondering what the hell was going on?

"Whats going on?" He asked.
"Joy has lost some of her memory we dont know when she'll get it back or not?" I said looking at him seems as those he was going to cry.
"I didnt know sorry Josh you mind if I give it a try?" He asked.
"Yea sure be my guess but be careful shes still my girlfriend dont fuck shit up Joel?" I said getting restless with this.
"Josh she'll be back before you know it. Its going to be fine I promise?" Benj said getting up going with Joel.

Benj's pov

Yes I know shes my brother's girl. She use to be Joel's girl but he losted her when he went on tour. Sometimes hes stupid and cocky not for his on good but he can be. When hes on his on and all but I told him not too be but he does it anyways. So I let him do it. Its his life not mine. Josh is really nice to her he treats her with respect unlike some people I know. Here we go into Cayln's room. Joy is awake sitting up.

"Hey Joy this is Joel the guy I was telling you about?" I told her.
"Ok Hi Joel sup?" She asked looking at him.
"Hey Joy remember anything?" He asked.
"No nothing comes to mind sorry Joel?" Joy said watching Joel sitting down right beside her.
"Joy we used to go together. Now your with Josh I love you." Joel said looking at her. She didnt know what to say. "Gosh I dont know what to say?" Joy said.

Then Cayln came in. "Hey Joy do you remember anything?" Cayln asked.
"No how do I know these people?" Joy said looking at Cayln. "Joy we went on tour with them. You are in a band called Punks Are Us." Cayln told her.

"Outside now." I asked Cayln and Joel. They came outside looking at me.
"We got to do something I know we jus found out but seriously girl doesnt know anything shes our best friend except for Joel." Isaid
"Hey take that back. Benj I love her so much." He said looking at me.
"Why in god's green earth would you say that now before you left? I'm sure if she was in her right mind she wouldnt have take you back Joel." I asked him.
"Cause I thought it would be like that. But now sense I'm back now I want her back." He told us both.
"Joel Josh has her now you cant take her back." I said getting angry at him.
"Yes she doesnt know anything." He told us.
"Joel Madden you cant use that against her she jus found out she jus lost her parents." I said.
"Guys shes in there now think?" Cayln asked.
"O by the way Joel we're so not going with your idea whatever that is." I said shes coming out.
"Hey Joy what up with you?" Joel asked
"Nothing much you." She said walking out side.
We all followed her we got caught up with everything we losted her. Not surprizing with Joel and Cayln fighting all the time while trying to find her.

Joel's pov

Now we lost her I want her back. I dont care if shes with Josh or not I'm going to get her back one way or another. I love her so much. I hope shes ok where ever she is.

After a few hours we found her wondering around the park. So next day was not so happy for all of us. especailly with Joy like she is. I thought her mind would be back today but I'm wrong. After a while she took a nap.

Joy's pov

I need my life back bad. Cause I dont know who I am or my purpose here. But then again they want Joy real Joy back I cant blame them at all. So lets take a nap.

normal pov

"How's Joy?" Benj asked.
"Everything is the same but I dont know shes taking a nap now." Josh said getting up and checking on her.
"Hey Josh come here." Joy said.
"What did you jus say?" Josh asked
"Hey Josh come here?" She asked.
Josh went to her "Shes back." Josh said.
"Yea where did I go?" She asked.
"You lost your memory do you remember that?" He asked.
"No Not really Josh I love you babe." She said walking away from me.

So after while they to celebrate Joy's memory coming back. Which she still didnt understand why she lost it to begin with. Hey if your friends were happy so are you.

Cayln's pov

Were so happy for Joy she has her memory back so were celebrating her getting her memory back. We are really happy about it. We jus got to a restaruant jus got set down order drinks.

"I bet Josh is glad so he can monkey around?" Benj asked Josh.
"Yea you know me I love to have my fun with my girl right Joy?" Josh said she was talking to Cayln.
"Yea I love my boy." Joy said watching him put his hand on her thigh.
"Josh Madden behave yourself." She told me in my ear.
"I will if you will Joy Whitlow." Josh told her in her ear.
"Joy I love your hair dear where did you get it done at?" Katie asked her.
"Well Benj help me with my hair I love it thanks Benj?" She said to Benj.
"Y/w sweetie anytime." Benj said.
"Josh have been to see Green Day lately?" Katie asked me.
"Um no I've been have you?" I asked Katie.
"Yea we went out and had some fun." She said.
"Good." I said.

Sid was at home with Chrissy she had a cold so Benj took Joel with him to meet us. Cayln was happy to be with Billy now I dont know how that will come out. Any way Joy has gone out for a smoke now.

Joy's pov

I was walking out side to smoke she saw Miley Cyrus. I just started to beat her up right now and right there with out a cause or reason. If she saw her she would do that.

"What the hell gives you the right to talk about me you SLUT?" I asked her.
"Look at you. Your full of it?" She said trying to get me to back down.
"So dont throw that in my face little fucking slut. You know a little girl like you do talk alot of shit." I told her.
"Not the one that Joel broke up with?" She said.
"You skank hore its on now." I said punching her lights out.

"You stupid bitch shouldnt be on tv fucking ugly duck your jus fucking the rest of us up. I cant stand you stupid ugly slut shouldnt you be on street begging whats left of your daddys money crack hore." I said as i was saying that Josh & Benj pulled me off of her. Then I saw Joel, Billy, Cayln, Deano, and Paul come out.

"All right my girl just beat the shit of out cyrus girl." Cayln said Billy pulling her away he was shaking his head no not now.

"Joy what the hell is wrong with you?" Josh asked

"Shes been talking shit about me so I set the record straight is all." I said shes still mad.

"Joy lets get you home ok?" Josh said Joel & Benj came home with me.

"You keep your girl away from mine you got that?" Cyrus dude said.

"If your daughter stayed out of shit that she knows nothing about then we wouldnt be here now would we?" Josh told the man. Benj pulled Josh away. Joel was holding on to Joy. "Joy I'm sorry I never should have left you like that." Joel said looking her which she had a bruced eye.

"Come on babe will see about that eye." Josh said walking her to the car. "Damnit now I want to get drunk." Joy told Josh.
"No you dont need to get drunk." Josh said getting in.
"Josh?" Joel asked.
"Yes Joel?" Josh said to him.
"Josh why did Joy hurt Miley Cyrus?" Joel asked
"Well cause she selfish stupid ugly bitch that doesnt deserve a time of day." Joy said still fuming about it.
"Joy Whitlow I cant believe that you would be like that." Josh said stopping the car for a red light.
"I cant believe they let her out like that. Josh Madden take me home now plz?" Joy said still mad as hell.
"Joy Whitlow your coming home with me no buts ands about it." Josh told Joy.
"But Josh." Joy said.
"No." Josh told her.
"Do you two want me to stop this car?" Benj told Josh and Joy.
"No we didnt mean to." Josh said. Joel was just laughing his head off in the back.

"Joy straightin up JOSH you too." He answered.
"You cant stop the car I'm driving hahaha!" Josh said looking Joy who was asleep.
"Yall ssshhh Joy's asleep." Josh told them.
"Yea Benj cant you see the girl's asleep." Joel said to him.

Basically I was think I need a drink maybe I should get one. When I get home without Josh watching me.

Josh's pov

Yea its bed time shes asleep. But me and my bros are going to clean her up first they dont know that yet though. I woke her up she went into my apartment. Benj and Joel got in. Joel shut locked the door. I took her to my bedroom she looked like something bad was going to happen to her.

"Joy nothing is going to happen to you. You want Joel in here help your nevres." I asked her.

"No I wanna go home Josh take me home." Joy said.

Joel came back to see what I was doing. I think that finally calm those nerves of hers down. She let come near her which odd to me she always let me near her. Joel jus sat there with her head in his lap.

"Babe are ya ok?" I asked kneeling down to her level.
"Josh what did I do to that girl?" She asked.
"You jus beat Miley Cyrus." I told her which she gave me the weird eyes. "I didnt do that I dont know the girl?" Joy said.

"Yes babe you do she said some bad things about you." I said shaking her head yes now remembers.
"Are you sure ok?" I asked.
"Yea I think so." Joy said looking up to me with those sad eyes.
"Off to bed you go." I told her.
"Josh I love you sweetie." Joy told me sitting up.
"Joel what the hell do you get off telling off my friend." She asked him.
"I'm sorry Joy she needed to be put in her place is all." Joel said you are jus about to get into trouble Joel good luck.
"Are you going to put me in my place Joel?" Joy said.
"No I was mad cause you had Josh. I couldnt get you back even if I tryed." Joel told her.
"Thats right Joel but we could be friends." Joy said.

I knew he wanted to be around her more. Yes I knew he wanted her back after he saw her again. Shes mine Joel you cant have her.

"Yea I know but I want to be more then friends." Joel said grabing Joy's hand.
"Joel I'm with Josh with now you haft to let me go. I'm his girl hes my boy right baby?" Joy said.
"Yes baby thats right Joel keep your hands off of my girl and get your own." I said putting my arms around her.

Normal pov

So after everything quiet down Joy went away for a while Josh wanted to go. Josh didnt go cause Joy wanted to be alone for a few days. Joy went to her Aunt Robin's house. Joy was there Robin had a mean streak in her took it out on her.

"You nasty little bitch your mom died cause she couldnt stand you at all. Dad wanted you dead but then you try to make a name for your self. But your in my house now little girl your mine so dont call any1 or I'll kill you little ass. You got that?" Robin told her.

"Yes ma'am." Joy said while crying. She shut her in a room with out water and food for days. "Plz god let some1 find me before I die." Joy said.

Joel's pov

I wonder where did Joy go look I have a voice mail lets listen to it shall we.

"Hey Joel its Joy i tryed Josh but his phone is off. I need some1 to help me honest its my aunt she beats me Joel I need some1 to get me. If you hear this message come and get me plz. I'm scared for my life she said she would kill me. Shes not letting me eat either. I want out of here help me plz joel I'm scared bye." Joy left a message on my phone I heard some screamming then she hung up. I know I'm the last person she would call. I bet she called Cayln as well. I hear some1 at door.

I went to answer it there was my brothers, my friends and Cayln was at door so I let them in. I'll called out for ya girls from Punks Are Us, my boys from Good Charlotte, guys from Mest, last but not least Joy's boyfriend Josh Madden my bro.

"Guys we have a situation on our hands. Joy is stuck we need to go get her." Tony said holding on to Katie.

"Yea I totally Joy left me a message. Stating that shes scared for her life. Aunt Robin would kill her so we gotta figure out a plan. I'm worried about her." I told them.

"Yea Joel we know about your little crush on my girlfriend. She called me 2 she wants to come home but her aunt will not let her come home." Josh said to us.

"Damnit if its not Joel, or something or its some1 Joy always gets into trouble where ever she goes. I want her back bugging shit out of us shes either caling us, wanting us to do stuff with her. Like the time she beat the shit out of Miley Cyrus girl that was funny as hell." Cayln said laughing every1 else didnt laugh.

"Damnit why wasnt I there?" Tony said.

"Cause you were home with me taking care of our baby girl." Katie told him.

Josh looked at his phone. "Guys we gotta find her cause we dont find her Robin will kill her." Josh said getting up.

"Did she say where she was going Josh?" I asked him.
"Yes shes in NYC." Josh told us.

"Yes ok so we go up there get her back." I said.
"But how?" Tony asked.
"I'll kick her ass while all of you go get Joy." Cayln told us now her kicking ass opinions make sense now.

Normal pov

Joel, Josh, they all got on a plane made it to NYC.

"Ok so we made it now what?" Joel asked.
"She lives in apartment Joy told me." Josh told Joel.
"Here it is." Joel said knocking on the door.

A ladie came to the door "Hi what do you need?" She asked them.
"Hey we need to see Joy is she here?" Josh asked.
"Yes let me go get her come on in?" She asked them.
They came in and Robin came out with Joy. She looked like she hasnt eatten in weeks. Joy didnt looked like her self.

"Joy are you ok?" Joel asked.
"Joel?" Joy said while shaking.
"Joy?" Josh asked.
"Josh?" She said while holding on to Josh's hand.
"Are you going so soon jus come back ok?" Robin said watching going to door.
Josh carried her to the cab. Josh, Joy, Joel got into cab.

"Joy babe lets get you to a hospital." Josh said holding Joy.
"JOSH and JOEL Thank you for getting me out of hell." Joy said crying.
"Your welcome sweetheart." Josh told her.

Josh's pov

Now I have her back. I look at Joel hes in tears, Joy is in tears. Its hard to be away from girlfriend trust me it is. But I love Joy.

"No Josh dont let them put me to sleep I promise I'll be good?" That what I heard Joy say. Joel step in "Joy its ok you want me right beside you?" Joel asked.
"Yes plz." Joy told him. I watched them damnit Joel your so going to get it when we get back home.

I watched as a nurse gave her a shot to sleep so she could rest. Joel come over "Josh shes yours not mine I'm sorry for taking your spot." Joel said sitting down by me.

"Joel its fine you have been around her more then I have been." I said its really bothering me that he wants my girl.

Doctor came out "Is there any1 for Joy Whitlow?" said doctor.
"Yes were here." I said walking up to her.
"Ok Mr......" Doctor asked
"Madden." I said
"Mr.Madden Shes been beat up pretty bad. Shes has a broken wrist, she has a head injury, how long has it been sesne she ate?" Doctor asked us.
"Well she was with her aunt so I wouldnt know?" I said to her. "I do she hasnt eatten sense she left Josh's house. Its been 2 weeks sense then." Joel told her.

"That explains it then shes dehydrated. Were going to keep in for a few days." Doctor said.
"Ok can we see her?" Joel asked.
"Yes follow me." Doctor said we followed her to a room where Joy was laying there.
"Thank you so much." I told her.
"Your so welcome just let me know if you need anything." Doctor said walking out.
"Josh going to step out call Benj and every1 else that is worried her." Joel said walking out.

Joy woke up "Hey Joy." I said pulling up a chair and sitting in it.
"Hi Josh I feel like shit where are my friends." She said getting out of bed.
"Babe there at home waiting on you to better ok get back into bed ok your not helping them by getting worst." I said. Maybe Joel needs her more then I do he needs help emotionally she can help with it.

"Josh I love you babe." She said.
"I love you baby I missed you?" I told her.
"I missed you too sweetheart." She said looking at me with those big green eyes. I hugged her she started crying "Baby whats wrong?" I asked her.

"I dont....I dont wanna lose you." She was saying through those tears.
"Babe your not going to lose me I promise." I was sitting down right beside her while holding her hand.
"Baby I'm right here with you sweetheart you mean more to me then you will ever know try to get some sleep. Maybe they will let you fly back to California tomorrow?" I said hoping she would believe me.
"Josh I dont wanna go back to California without you." Joy said sleepliy.
"Babe you need to go back ok." I continued.
She was crying "Josh plz I love you." She was saying.

"Its not like we not like we're not going to see eachother sweetheart." I was saying that so she could go back to Joel. She loves Joel I think she doesnt wont to show it is all.

Joel came in "Whats wrong?" He asked.
"Josh is making me to go to California without him." Joy was crying.

"Josh can I see you out side. Joy try to sleep we'll be back." Joel said pushing me outside.

Joel's pov

What the hell is wrong with Josh I dont know but I'm going to find out right now.

"Josh what the hell are you doing?" I said wondering?

"Joel I cant fight with you. She loves you I know you have been sense you came back here?" Josh said.

"So Josh shes needs you and your going to leave her like that. She loves you Joy doesnt wont you to leave her I cant blame her. Shes not emotionally stable for you to leave her right now so get back in there." I said wow that came out of my mouth damnit. I wish she was mine again.

We went in to find her asleep. Josh went to get us some food I fell asleep by her side.

Cayln's pov

I had tell every1 I had to go see about Joy I cant stand hospitals but for best friend I guess I could. It was me, Billy, Benj, Tony, went to NYC. How our girl was doing I heard what her Aunt did which made me mad. Billy told me its not my place to judge I told him like the hell it wasnt. She abuse my best friend no one has a right to hurt any1. Joy is so nice sometimes to nice for her on good.

We got there finally with Tony fighting with Billy. Me and Benj just hanged out I told him all things were going to as a band. But Joel knew were coming I think.

"Hey guys shes taking a nap." Joel said while we walked to waiting room.

"So Joel jus for the record I'm still not happy about you but at least you were here for Joy thanks." I continued.

"Your welcome its kool I understand shes not totally better doctor told me and Josh that shes been dehydrated." Joel said.

"Uh huh so wheres Josh?" Benj asked.
"Hes went to get a bath and clean up." Joel continued.
"Joel have you had shower?" Benj asked him.
"Well what have you been doin?" He asked every1 especially Tony.

"Joel you need to take a bath I know you want to be there for her. But you need to take care your self." Tony said while I went into Joy's room.

"Hey Joy." I said shes waking up now.
"Hey Cayln what are you doing here?" Joy asked me.
"Me and Benj, Billy, Tony are here to see ya." I said sitting down.
"If your uncomfortable you can leave Cayln." Joy said moving over an inch.
"No I'm your my best friend so I'm not leaving." I said while the door open it Josh, Joel, Billy, Benj, and Tony came in.

"Hi Benj, Billy, Tony sup?" Joy asked them.
"nothing to much just thought we would come and see you." Tonyy said.

"Thank you so much for coming down. Where are my girls?" Joy asked them.

"There at home waiting on to come home sweetie we miss you?" Benj said.

"Ok I think the doctor is going to let you come home today." Josh said she was getting excited.

"Awesome Cayln I get to come home today." She said.

"Cool come with me to California so I wont half to keep Billy in line alone." I said to Joy.

"Yea sure if Josh and Joel will let me up?" Joy said looking at them.

"We jus make sure your better is all." Josh said kissing his girlfriend.

Doctor came in "Well Joy you are well enough to go home so you can leave anytime now." Doctor said leaving.

"Wait is she well enough to go to California?" Joel asked.

"Yes but she has be Monitor?" Doctor said.

"Does she half to do anything?" Joel asked her.

"Yea make sure shes eat." Doctor said while leaving.

So Joy leaves for CA with Cayln, Billy, Benji, Joel, Tony, and Josh. But Joy had has something against planes, Joel gave her something to calm down. Which it didnt it jus made her more afraid of everything.

When they got home Josh stayed with Joy but she didnt know what he wanted. Billy and Cayln live there as well shes kinda confused about everything she wanted Joel. Then Joel came in.
