  In theory, this story will be a 52 chapter opus... (linking to the conceit that it is a weekly feature of the Quibbler) The first seven chapters will be Phil and his view of the story. Other secondary characters after that, sometimes for the full seven years, others for a snapshot of an event or battle... No major characters.

  I think a Muggle view of what happened in the HP reality from beginning to end is needed and hopefully enough to make changes.

  Amazing as usual, hope he's writing this just before Harry and Hermione's wedding and not after something more tragic.
