Most excellent! Got to say, it sure looks like with all that's happened, with what looks to be an unwelcome suitor on the way, as well as how Harry acted with her, that Susan might be re-evaluatiung Harry and her prospects with him(I hope so, as she, and a few of the other girls are great secondary characters that can be brought to life in fanfics, while given very short shrift in canon). I do hope to maybe see her make a small move on Harry soon, as well as Luna deciding enough's enough, and it's time to get Harry over his fears, one way or another, LOL. Also in this chapter, you hit on one of the bigger problems I have with Molly and Ginny, sho always looked to be a mini-Molly in canon at times. Molly tells you what to do, she has a big mouth, and so does Ginny, and with all the people that tried to control Harry, I just see him having difficulties with putting up with that, if know what I mean. Harry gets home, and she immediately starts to order him around, so I could see Harry feeling resentful. That, along with Dumbledore and his seeming to gear up to Harry becoming dark, no matter what the facts might be, well, here's looking forward to what will come from that next time.Summer of Contracts

Probably my favorite update thus far, simply because it had a little bit of everything. The brief fight scene was well done, but I think my favorite part was Harry's brief visit to the Burrow.
Looking forward to more.Summer of Contracts

Well, even canon!Harry at his wussiest still had a very strong will. I think Dumbledore will not be the only one finding that outSummer of Contracts

The story is moving along nicely. I liked your characterization and the use of Susan and Hannah interaction was good. Too bad you can't work on the story 24 hours a day, but I suppose you deserve a life.Summer of Contracts

chuckle Methinks that Dumbles is /not/going to like a truly independent Harry, both in spirit and action, he's not going to be the "good little weapon" anymore. I don't think the female Weasleys are going to appreciate the side effects, either, as they'll find no way to attach even a fraction of Harry's wealth with that attitude.
Meanwhile, Hannah and Susan now know that Harry's in something of the same boat Susan is, I wonder how long it's going to take one of them to realize, esp. after Harry took out those Deeters, that a mutual contract that resolves those problems for both of them would be quite advantageous to both; 'sides, Luna and Susan seem to get along well and that counts for a lot.
I wonder how Dumbles is going to prove that the surviving Harry is "going Dark" if Harry can find the evidence to prove that he is? I'm sure that his manipulative nature has left traces that a careful observer, and Harry's becoming that, will notice and follow up on.Summer of Contracts

Excellent, excellent, excellent!
You really do have a lovely writing style - it adds to the enjoyment of your wonderful story.
So much juicy goodness in this chappie - I loved Harry flipping off Ma Weasley. I was always of the opinion that her older kids bolted from home ASAP. I never did understand the whole Ginny/Harry thing either. He had to know she'd turn into Mini Molly as she got older.
Harry/Luna/Susan? Not too bad. If you could give him a third title and add Hermione, I'd be a totally happy camper (hint hint).Summer of Contracts

I believe Harry is in a lot of trouble with the old man. Right until he understands what the old man is about. That's when the tables turn ... I hope.
Thank you for illuminating a dull day.

very very cool, thanks for having harry not be such a wimp that he automaticly does what he's told like a good little boy. but you still have him nervous around girls that is the perfect harry. but why is it that dumbles is so quick to say that harry is going dark, just beacause he is becoming more independent. and now that harry has cleared the air between himself and susan, she might consider harry has changed for the better and gain an intrest, but the fight might have done the opposite. but i'm waiting to see what happens between harry and hermione, especally since I hope that she becomes his wife also, but really to seehow she acts around him.Summer of Contracts

Good quick battle with the four DEs (I liked in particularly Harry's summoning the plate glass window towards the DEs/him). And Luna's carefully crafted story at the Burrow was a fun scene too.
