Well things got alot more interesting! And I see Susan's being pressed now from more sides! I wonder why with Draco's pick of Slytherin and proabaly Ravenclaws brides to be Why Susan?
Still I hope we get to her recue and hermione's as well!

Excellent chapter!
The fight scene was very well done, as was all the political shenanigans.
I really do like your Luna, and the slowly building relationship with Harry.
Is it at all possible Harry gets the girls? Susan, Hermione AND Luna? The three of them would get on well, and they'd all make Harry happy.
Will Petunia be grateful or her usual harridan self now that Vernon is dead?
I look forward to your next update.Summer of Contracts

Excellent story so far. I like the way you build slowly the fire of the story. Can't wait to see the confrontation between Dumbles and Harry. Keep writing.Summer of Contracts

interesting progression, and i can't believe dumbles didn't come himself... dumbles seems to be throwing a tantrum, which is different, and i think out of character, is has always been cunning, (a little manipulative bastard, sure). but ur dumbles seems to be making alot of off hand comments and lots of mistake, not thinking things through... that is confusing....
i liked harry and luna again, the letter for naricassa didn't really flow with this chapter, it just seemed to hang in there... i hope to see more of susie, and what harry/luna eventually decide regardign the matter, and also how they grow....
hermione also seemed a little out of character, with her beign so polite and non-authoritative... (i'n not sure if that made sense) but she just seemed to agree with harry, and made know suggestions and didn't seem pushy for information... there seems to be more goin on there then hermione is telling atm, maybe it is because of fear of owls getting inter-cepted... did sirius send her some docs??? (knowing he could trust her, with havign harry best interest at heart)....
plus, what should be make of hermione, she is obviously a part of this story, and still loyal to harry.
great work otherwise..... and i look forward to how the story unfolds...
and for once i would like to find someone besides tonks on harry's side... maybe hestia or an OC order member... anyway, thats just me babbling. congrats.Summer of Contracts

It's a great story, but, please save Susan from a fate worse than death.

Very good chapter here, and really can't wait to see what all goes down with Dumbledore and his currently ham-fisted methods, he seems to continue to use a sledgehammer to kill a fly, and I can see why Harry is getting tired of it. I just wonder how much longer it'll be before the others start to see more of this obsessive idiot Headmaster? Narcissa has decided to go against Susan huh, and wonder how the Parkinson's will take that? I like the way things are with Luna here, and can see why she might have felt Harry didn't mean it, considewring how hard it is to get a feeling from him, but I can see Harry genuinely falling for her here, and hope that you can have Susan get with him as well, as well as finally giving all the folks that seem to worship Dumbledore a true eye-opening experience.Summer of Contracts

I think you might wnat to go back and re-read your story. In chapter 6 or 6, Ginny was thinknig that the marriage contract was Harry was suspicious and that she didn't want to go through with it without some proof it was what Harry wanted, and now she's all gung-ho about it. And in Chapter 8, Dumbledore mentioned the blood wards to Snape as though they're still around, but he was told in an earlier chapter by Bill that they're long gone.
And I don't remember Harry saying anything about him telling the Order about the attack on the Grangers. He just told Luna to tell Hermione about the potential for an attack. He didn't even send the letter. So he didn't say anything about telling the Order and the Ministry about the attack on the Grangers.Summer of Contracts

I like the part with Hermione. All too often in canon she fails to emphatize with Harry or anyone else. Putting her in the position that she tries to justify is probably the only way she will ever really understand what's going on. I hope you continue with this story because I think it's very good.
