Ch. 1
The Wedding
Billy sat by his mom, he glanced at her then looked down
Ms. Martin looked at him, "Billy?"
"Yes?"
She smiled, "You're nervous aren't you?"
"Duh..."
She sighed, "Honey, you proposed and you will be nervous. It's common." She patted his back
He shrugged her hand away, "It's not that. Its like. Well I really don’t know." He rolled his eyes, "Ok, I'm nervous. But I've never thought about how this wedding is going to go on."
She sighed, "Its tomorrow. You need to get ready and tell yourself it will be ok."
He looked at her and then looked away, "You make no sense." He looked at the door, "Hilary is totally freaking out
about the wedding." He messed with his hands a little, "I just don’t know what is gonna come outta this." He looked up
She stood up, "Just relax. Say you do. And it will be a happy ending from there on." She walked out
Billy sighed and shook his head, "That helped none.." He stood up and walked out
The next day
Hilary ran up to her mother, "Mommy! I'm so happy! Look at my dress... I know I haven't put it on yet, but it is totally gorgeous!"
Her mom grabbed the dress away from her, "I've seen it about five times.. Now.. Get in that room and we will get you ready. No time to waste because you need to get ready for your big day!"
Hilary nodded and ran into the room. She stopped in front of the mirror and blinked, "Mommy..."
She looked at her, "Yes?"
Hilary turned to her, "Hannah isn't here for me..." She looked down, "I want her here..."
Her mom walked up and put a hand on her shoulder, "Yes, but just think. She is here for you no matter where you go or what you do. Just think of her, when you are walking down to Billy, that she is walking right by you giving you all the support you need. Ok?"
Hilary smiled and nodded, "It's a good thing daddy likes Billy. Who doesn't! I love him so much! I can't believe all the things he does for me!"
Her mom shook her head, "Just, lets get the dress on you."
Hilary nodded, "Sure, sure..."
Soon her dress was on and her makeup ready, she was ready for the big day!
Hilary watched herself in the mirror, "Two years... Billy wouldn't be here." She looked down, "I probably wouldn't. No one would." She looked back at the door, "Billy is here though, and we are having a perfect life with a perfect daughter and friends." She smiled, "All is well!" She ran out
She ran up to her dad, "Daddy!" She hooked arms with him, "I'm so happy!"
He watched her, "You need to relax. If you walk down there bouncing around you will make a fool of yourself." He smiled
She nodded and straightened up, "Is Mandy here?"
"Course.."
She nodded, "Good!" She looked around
Billy stood up by the priest. He put his hands in his tuxedo pockets rocking back and forth uneasy
Benji looked at Billy then at Joel, "Why is he so nervous? They are just gonna say I do and kiss and then run off, go to the reception, and probably fuck right after. What’s the big deal?"
Joel glanced at him in the corner of his eyes, "You are right about the last part... but this is eternal bonding, they are planning to stay together for the rest of their life..."
"Why?"
"Because, they love each other."
Benji rolled his eyes, "Well love stinks... the past few girls that so called liked me suck..."
Joel hit him, "Not in a church you moron!"
Benji rubbed his shoulder, "Retard..." He looked away
Billy looked at them, "Hello you two. Be nice." He looked forward, "And Benji, when you find your true love and are in a church to be married I'm gonna fuck it up for you if you don’t shut it."
Benji sighed
Joel rolled his eyes, "Guys... question.."
They looked at him
"What building are we in..."
Benji blinked, "A church..."
"Exactly... so.. Stop swearing!"
Billy blinked and looked forward, "Religion... I guess I should thank God for you and me being here right?"
Joel nodded, "Yes! So be nice..."
Billy nodded
The music started
Billy looked forward and quickly pulled his hands from his pockets
The doors started opening reviling Hilary and her dad standing there. They started walking down the aisle.
Hilary had a big smile on her face while veil covered her face. She looked around at the people sitting around her watching her.
She leaned towards her dad, "Daddy..." She whispered, "You know hat I feel like?"
"What?"
She laughed, "A queen!" She looked around, "And I'm heading to my royal king!"
He sighed, "You don’t surprise me one bit Hilary."
Billy watched Hilary and smiled as he felt his heart drop and his face getting warmer, "She's so beautiful!"
Benji nodded, "When isn't she?"
Billy looked over on the Brides side of the priest as Mandy stood there watching Hilary.
Mandy looked at Billy and smiled and then looked back at Hilary
Billy smiled and looked forward
Hilary reached Billy and hooked her arm with Billy's and they walked up to the priest
Joel looked at Mandy then at Billy and smiled, "I wonder how this wedding is gonna turn out..."
Benji looked at him and shrugged, "Pretty good so far..." He rocked back and forth, "But my feet are killing me in these..." He looked at Joel, "Dang... shoes..."
Joel smiled
The priest started saying his lines
"Do you William Dean Martin, take Hilary Ann Sangwin to be your wife as long as you both shall live?"
Billy smiled and put his hand on Hilary's, "I do..."
The priest nodded and looked at Hilary, "Do you, Hilary Ann Sangwin take William Dean Martin to be your husband, as long as you both shall live?"
Hilary nodded, "I do."
The priest nodded, "The rings.."
A little boy ran up and held out the rings
Billy grabbed the ring and turned to Hilary as Hilary turned to him
Billy slipped the ring on Hilary’s finger
Hilary smiled and slipped her ring on Billy's finger
The priest looked down at his book, "I now pronounce you Mr. and Mrs. William Martin. You may now kiss the bride."
Hilary swung her arms around Billy and they locked into a kiss
Everyone stood up and started clapping
Mandy smiled and looked at the crowd then looked at Billy and Hilary tears in her eyes
Joel looked at Benji, "You know what.. You need feelings... be happier..."
Benji looked at him then at Billy and Hilary, "Yay! Happy! Ok I’m done.." He walked off
Joel watched him, "Brother! God! You retard!"
Everyone continued screaming and clapping and Billy carried Hilary down the aisle and out the door
