In Comes Tony, and Tony’s True… Side… What Was That Tony…
Benji looked around to make sure he was talking to him then he looked at him, “Me? Am I who you are talking to.” He asked shyly
The guy blinked and smiled walking forward, “No, I’m talking to the wall Benjamin Levi Madden.” He said and got up to Benji
Benji backed away, “So? Who are you?” He asked
The guy smiled and looked Benji up and down slowly, “Tony…” He said looking him back in the eyes
Benji looked to the side then at him, “To what do I deserve this talk for… Tony?” Benji asked smiling
Tony smiled and looked at the couch and back at Benji, “A seat?” He asked
Benji looked at the couch and shook his head, “I really have to find my bro… later man sorry…” Benji said and started walking, “God who was that… he’s creepy!” He thought in his head
Tony watched him and nodded slightly and started walking
Benji walked up to Joel and tugged on his arm, “Joel…” He mumbled
Joel looked at him blinking, “Benj?” He looked at the person he was talking to and held up his finger for just a sec, he looked at Benji, “What bro?” He asked
Benji looked at him, “There is this guy that creeps me out…” He said looking around
Joel blinked and sighed looking at him, “Half of these peeps are drunk Benji…” He said
Benji blinked and let go thinking, “Oh yeah… that has to be it…” He looked down then at Joel, “Sorry bro?”
Joel smiled and hugged Benji, “It’s fine dude… just go take a rest on the couch or something… K?” He asked looking at him
Benji blinked and smiled nodding, “Thanks Joel…” He pulled back walking, he stopped and looked at Joel, “I’m gonna go home on second thought…” He said
Joel blinked and looked down then at him again, “I understand.” He said
Benji smiled and started walking
Benji got outside and started walking home
When he was walking halfway home he turned around hearing something, he felt pretty weird. He turned around watching behind him still then he turned his head forward walking putting his hands in his pockets
A noise
He spun around looking around
Sounded like foot steps
“Who are you?” He yelled back, but he froze and thought it was just someone walking
Turning away
He walked slowly trying to listen for anything strange
Nothing
He started to walk a little faster to get home
Something in the corner of his eye
He looked over
Nothing
He started to jog then started running
Faster, faster, faster
The footsteps started to follow
Looking straight he yelled, “Whoever you are! Go away! Stop following me!” He looked around
No one, nothing
He ran up to his house and threw open the door and shut it behind him, breathing heavy he walked up to the window and pulled the curtain back a little

A human figure stood on the other side of the street then took off running
Benji sighed and grabbed the phone still breathing heavily, he started to dial Joel’s cell phone number, he put his hand to his chest
The phone started ringing
Benji stumbled some but contained his balance
Joel picked up the phone answering, “Yeah?” He asked
Benji opened his mouth to say something but his head started pounding, he dropped the phone it hitting the floor and rolled a ways away. Benji collapsed and screamed in pain
Joel took the phone away from his ear then put it back to his ear yelling, “Benji! Benji, pick up the phone! Benji!” He looked around, “Billy! Billy! Come here! Where are you!” He started running through the crowd, “Billy! Benji hang on! Billy! Benji is hurt!”
Benji looked at the phone but only saw darkness, nothing came to his vision, “J…Joe…Joel…” He mumbled then his eyes closed his head going limp to the side
Joel grabbed Billy when he got up to him, “Benji! He is hurt! Benji’s hurt Billy!” He yelled
Billy blinked, “What?” He asked not quiet understanding
Joel grabbed Billy’s hand and started pulling him, “Come on! Come on Billy! We have to get to Benji!” Tears came to Joel’s eyes
Billy started running with him and they ran outside and got into Joel’s car
They drove off
They got to the house and both ran in to find Benji lying on the floor, not moving
Joel ran up, “Benj! Benji! Wake up! Please! Benji I called the hospital and they are coming! Hang in there please…”
"Help! Someone help me! Please! Help me!"
A little boy’s scream
A mans voice came soon after, "I have an idea… cut you… leave you here to bleed… before your brother and mom get home”
The little boy kept crying as the man continued
“Anyways Benji, by the time they get home you will be dead."
The little boy went frantic and started screaming a pled, “Please daddy! Don't kill me please!"
As if an echo the man spoke softly “God wished this day to come… fight the pain”
Benji opened his eyes screaming, “Daddy!”
Joel looked over at him, “Benji?” he spoke
Benji looked over at him and started crying, “Daddy tried to kill me brother… he tried to kill me!” He started crying harder
Joel walked up and hugged him, “Benji… the thing that was our father is gone! Stop remembering! Please!” He started crying with him though he tried to be stronger then what he was acting
Benji took a deep breath, “Yeah…” He mumbled
Joel looked at him, “So you know you are in the hospital…” He laughed some, “The time I’ve been here you weren’t awake, and it’s almost time for my time to be up…”
Benji held him tighter, “Don’t leave me… he will get me…” He mumbled
Joel held Benji tighter, “No he wont…” He mumbled
Benji sighed and let him go pulling away and lying back down in the hospital bed
Joel sighed and stood up and leaned down kissing Benji on the forehead when the nurse walked in, Nurse Hilary. He looked back at her tears in his eyes
She looked to the side and nodded some then turned and started walking
Joel looked at Benji, “See you later bro…” He smiled some
Benji didn’t looked at him
Joel’s smile went away and he turned at started walking
The door shut
A few minutes later the door opened again and someone walked in
Benji’s back was to the door
“So… What happened to you?”
That voice wasn’t too familiar…
Benji looked back to see Tony standing by the bed
Tony smiled and walked up and sat on the bed, “You feeling ok?” He asked holding something in his hands
Benji sat up and nodded looking at him, “I’m ok…” He said sighing
Tony held out a tiny little box, “Here…” He said
Benji blinked and grabbed it, “Tony… dude I only met you like today…” He said
Tony blinked, “Not today, like a week ago…” He said
Benji blinked, “A week! You are kidding! I’m wasting all my life!” He fell back and started opening the box and pulled out a ring case, “A ring case?” He asked
Tony smiled, “Open it…” He said
Benji looked at him then at the ring case and opened it.
A ring was in the ring case and it was gold with a black square diamond on top with a little white cross of diamonds in the middle.
Benji blinked, “Tony…” He looked at him
Tony put his finger to Benji’s lips, “Shhh…” He smiled
Benji blinked watching him
Minutes passed as they sat there in the same way not moving
Tony sighed and moved his hand along the side of Benji’s face and he leaned in
Benji blinked, “What are you…” Before he could finish Tony’s lips touched his. He sat there stunned, a guy he met a week ago, didn’t think much of him, was now kissing him. Why him? Was Tony… what?
Tony leaned out of the kiss looking at Benji, moving his hand down his face he stood up, “Bye for now Benji…” He turned and walked out of the room
After a long time like he just noticed he stopped Benji finally said, “Doing… Tony what were you doing…” He put his fingers to his lips and softly moved them from one side of his lips to the other side. He looked down at the ring and grabbed it
Inside the ring was the word, Brother
“Brother…” Benji mumbled looking at the ring. He put his fingers to his lips again, “What was the Tony…” He mumbled again staring at the ring
