I soon woke up to see myself still snuggled to Julius its not that I was disappointed but normally by this point we would be chained to a wall or fighting for our life but not today, today was just weird. What did she have in mind? The less she was acting like a villain the more concerned I was getting.
I soon felt Julius waking up.
“Hey, Dee.” He said still yawning
“Hey, Jules.” I said not really paying attention
“What wrong Dee you seem distant.” He said with worry in his voice
“Julius don’t you feel wired all the levels we’ve been through have been easy, we haven’t been knocked out, tranquilized we’ve been alright and the worst of it is that I feel great normally I’d be tired.” I said beginning to cry
Julius then pulled me into a tight hug.
“Shh, Dee it will be alright she’s messing with are minds. Remember what she said when we got here.” He said
“No.” I said with tears dripping from my eyes
He then wiped my tears from my eyes
“She asked us if we liked playing games.” He said
“Yah, but wasn’t she talking about the levels?” I asked
“She was talking about all of it, don’t you see Dee she messing with are minds were thinking everything is easy but yet the easier it gets the harder it gets. She’s breaking us down she’s playing mind games. If we break down that will be the perfect time for her to attack us and that’s exactly what she wants. First she uses mental to break us down then uses physical.” He said with a serious tone
“You’re right Jules and wait there’s a pattern. Level 1 was a test for brains, Level 2 was a test for brawn and Level 3 was a test for both but wait that still doesn’t make sense what is she trying to do? I asked
Suddenly Mrs. Deeds entered the room.
“Well first you see I had 2 ways of destroying you two the first one is what Julius here explained breaking you down mentally and it almost worked too and the other was a test of brains and brawns which explains the 3 levels.” She said
“So what are results?” Julius asked
“Well you see since you passed all levels your both strong in each subject Delilah with brains and Julius with brawn. Now since you’re both equally strong in each subject lets see who’s stronger. Which brings us to the bonus level; you two will fight for your lives.
“Uh yah not going to happen like were going to fight each other.” I said with laughter
“Don’t mean to break you down but you were to caught up with breaking us down that you forgot that were the 2 best agents and nothing can bring us down.” Julius said
“Uh yah well uh.” She said stuttering
“You’re speechless aren’t you?” I said
“Bye.” She said
All of a sudden a helicopter came from nowhere and picked Mrs. Deeds and in a blink of an eye she was gone.
“She’s gone just like that, she beat us.” I said
“No Dee, she may have escaped but we beat her.” Julius said with an arm around my waist
“You’re right Julius but still she almost had me there.” I said
“Yes, but remember Delilah as long as were together nothing can tear us apart, nothing. He said
We then leaned in for a long passionate kiss.
