Harry Potter and the Distaff Side

First off, I never heard of the Ravenclaw Coven, and I had no issues with the council itself. As for the council being a huge secret and not a bunch of students, fair enough.
On the other hand I still disagree with you on the legilimancy side. Just because Dumbledore and Snape have been using it on him doesn't mean that they know every little detail of his entire life, just the things that he's thinking about at the moment they look him in the eye (as long as they don't say the incantation and use a wand).Harry Potter and the Distaff Side

I see in one of your responses "everyone hops on the poor Puffs as the bad guys". I think that's because (at least for me) that they have attacked one of their own, someone who has saved the life of one of their own, on mere conjecture that that person MIGHT go dark. I am reminded of Yoda's famous fear=> anger=> hate=> suffering quote. So, yes, I see them as bad guys. What has Harry done that warrants their response (as opposed to, say, just sitting him down and talking to him about their concerns)? If that's how they react to potential threats, I am no fan of theirs.Author's response

I wanted to review your story at the end and so here I am. I do like it. I find it kind of odd that you would not only switch genders of everyone but switch the roles of the gender as well, making the males the farer sex, well, our bits down below are a great deal more sensitive than women, but physically speaking it's a bit far fetched. I like the assertiveness of your female characters.
I think that you've dropped the ball with developing a stronger relationship between Harry and Harri. While I have read other AU Harry stories where he meets his female self, at leasting he's only meeting her and not meating her.
If you are going to be true to form of your other story and have this Blanche be as manipulative as Albus, I hope that you'll learn from the mistake of not making it more of a focus for the story. If not, well, it's your story and you're telling it so continue to do so.
Please update soon.

- Physical strength without aggression is a null. If in this universe the people spooking the Megafawna over the cliffs had their plumbing internalized and those who gathered nuts grains and roots while caring for the children kept their plumbing externally it isn't all that much of a stretch. Remember you are forming your opinion of what is likely framed by our world, someone in an environment as I'm describing would say the same about ours...
- Think for a minute if you were to suddenly in your mid teens meet a female version of your self. Would you have a new best friend, or someone who creeped you the hell out? My Junior year in High school a very good friend of mine had an identical twin suddenly living with her and her mother. The parents had divorced when the twins were toddlers and each got custody of one kid, my friend's family unit moved to California where I met her. Our Junior year, her father died, and her sister, who she barely knew moved in with her. They were NOT friends, both resented the other because they shared a face. It was not pleasant. This is what I'm trying to do, without the hostility, but not buddies either.
- and the Fics with the two harry's bedding each other are just too weird for my taste.
- Blanch is going to be more controlling than manipulative.Harry Potter and the Distaff Side

lov e the story so far - it is the best female Harry I hav e seen, I think mostly because you presenting them side by side, rather than as a replacement.
love the idea of the RofR giving him moldieshorts as his trainer - so appropriate that the analog is preparing the doom of the actual idiot.
thanks and warmest regards

the reason i think everyone is complaining about the puffs not the snakes is cause he was stepping into there common room so he would be in full view of the rest of the puffs which is a far to risky for a snake and malfoy just had his reputation drop recently in his house so in my opinion he would be extra cautious the question now is is this an initiation ceremony or a neutralization of darkness i say its a initiation ceremony still i cant wait to read it and know for shureHarry Potter and the Distaff Side

Two lines I thought would have worked well with Harry's conversation with Tubany:
"I'll hurt you, yes. I'll hurt you so much you will beg me to kill you. But, I am not a heartless man, so I will oblige."
And:
“You wouldn’t. You’re a light wizard!”
"Light? There is no light or dark, there is only power!"
Lucile Malfoy hears that, she probably heard it from Lady Voldamorta, she'll piss her... petticoats?
