Chapter two:
More of a filler....

"I can't go to school" Lilly said when i walked down stairs and into the lounge room with a bowl of fruit loops for me, and one for her. It was Friday, and the two exchange students were due on Monday morning. Unfortunatly.

She was lying on the couch in her ugg boots and her fluffy bath-robe over her power puff girl Pyjamas.
I looked at my self and laughed as i had the same thing on except i had on my blue's clues Pyjamas.

"Yeah i don't feel like it either. It doesn't matter" I said stirring my cereal.

There was a knock at the door and Lilly ran to answer it saying it was Seth. I sighed. Wondering how much longer we could stand this life.

She came back in the lounge and in came Jack. He was one of our best friends. We met him through family and he was really close to us.

"Hey girly. how are you?" He said smilling and gave me a huge hug.
"Ugh. I don't know really" i replied sleepily.
"Fruit loops?" I said and i walked to the kitchen and made him a bowl.
"I'm staying home today too" He said as he picked up Bumble his female ferret and put her in his lap.
"I just bought her over so she could see her boyfriend" He laughed as he jingled Ickle's toy and in a few seconds he came a running from under the couch.
Jack picked him up too and held both the ferrets in his lap feeding them the occasional fruit-loop.

"They can't eat them Jack" I said fixing coffee for us all.
"Mmh. They like 'em" He laughed.

We decided to go to the mall later that day and decided to restock the cupboards before these exchange students came.
"I need some new clothes and make-up on account of Hailey "borrowed" my make-up and i never saw it again. And i need clothes because we've got company on Monday" Lilly said and giggled.

"Yeah i need some new stuff too" I replied after thinking of my cupboard.

We went to heaps of shops and got some jeans, trackies and plain and printed tee's.

"Hey you guys, my sister's working in the hairdresser today" Jack said and we made our way over to say hello to her.

"Hi guys! come to get your hair done?" Hettie grinned
"Oh, nah not today" Lilly and I said in unison.
As if that would work. Hettie was a woman on a mission. She practically forced us into hairdressing chairs and tortured us with straighteners and hair dye.

In the end it wasn't all bad. Lilly had her black hair scattered with random streaks of light blue, and my white, blonde was scattered with baby pink.

We insisted on paying, but Hett kept saying it was on the house. Eventually we forced the money on to an apprentice hair dresser who looked a bit nervous because we made such a scene.

Jack stayed back because his sister's shift was about to finish and he wanted a lift home, and said he'd pick Bumble up tomorrow.

We ordered Burger King, went home and watched some movies, but we went to sleep almost as soon as the first movie finished.


Sorry very short chapter. I'm not too fond of it, and i find it quite bad....i'm really sleepy so that's prob. why.
