Hmm, definitely a different and interesting premise, here. I'm enjoying the approach you're taking and 'twill be interesting to see what Silas accomplishes back then.
I did find one apparent error, "...I would like a misuse to come to my room later..." should be "....I would like a masseuse to come to my room later..."; implying that he wanted/needed a massage.
