Ozai watches his brother. He looks for what it is that makes Iroh so special. He knows Iroh is a genius fire bender. Oh does he know this. Father reminds him of this fact daily. Ozai is no genius, but he isn't a slouch either and works for endless hours perfecting techniques' that took his brother minutes.

He cannot hate Iroh though. For every hour he spends, Iroh is there, every question or rough spot, Iroh is there. Ready with cool cloths and water and towels for his aching body. He always answers questions. No matter what the subject. Iroh directs him through difficult kata's with patience.

Ozai wants to hate his brother, for he knows why Iroh is better.

Iroh is everything he isn't.
