(#) Geovanni_Luciano 2008-02-24I find this to be a good chapter. I thought that your A/N in regards to Tom Riddle's sexuality to be a bit off. I don't think that he's a sexual persona whatsoever in canon and can go with he did what he deemed he had to do to ensure his immortality. I don't think that sexual acts, be it heterosexual or homosexual define a person as much as the liberal media might suggest. It's something that most people do, with the exception of worthwhile catholic clergy. I'm curious where the story would be going in regards to your relationship dynamic. Will it be strictly Harry/Hermione for a pairing or are you going to delve into multiple pairing, again.
(#) twistyguru 2010-05-15By far, this is the best explanation I've come across yet as to how/where Tommy came up with the idea (and technique) for creating his Horcruxes.
It's interesting to see how Harry has managed--just by being Harry--to get into the good graces of these powerful people. There's a very affirming message there somewhere....
I hope that, if the story ends in the graveyard after the TriWiz, that Harry waits until AFTER the Death Munchers are there to blow Tommy Boy to hell and gone with the 'last ditch' spell. Okay, mainly I want him to wait just to make Lucius crap his pants, but still....
Author's responseWhile Lucius didn't, plenty of others will
- Are you sure he didn't get his info on Horcruxes at Hogwarts? See book 7. Hermione comes right out and explains how he did... Just saying. On the other hand, Riddle could very well have done as you insinuate. Could go either way. A couple of really good ROTFL moments there. The hand remark for one. :D
