An interesting twist to the Harry Potter saga. It's nice to read a story involving Severus and Harry that doesn't include slash.
One wonders what would happen between the two, if Snape wasn't such a jerk. Now, we have an idea
Of course, Dumbledore seems bound and determined to muck it up in any fashion he can. "For the greater good, of course." I think that man is as bad as Voldemort, with one excepttion. Voldemort doesn't dissimilate, tell half truths, or lie by omission. He tells people exactly what he thinks, and that's it. On the other hand, he's a psychotic maniac. (But I understand he has a wonderful singing voice.)
I have placed this on my 'alerts' list and hope to read more soon.
