  I wouldn't say Dumbledore is controlling them. I would say he is trying to figure Andrew out and voicing real concerns.

  pounds head into wall repeatedly omega, your an excellent writer, why on earth would you pair Harry/Ginny?
  it is the most overused ship in the world. i really thought it would have been a less used ship, like Harry/Lavender, Harry/Pansy, Harry/Luna. as for Andrew, hook him up with Tonks. imagine the home life! grins

  Having Harry paired off with Ginny and Andrew with Tonks is an odd compromise I came up with to try to satisfy those who think Harry should end up Ginny and those who don't.

  It should be interesting to see how long it takes Remus to figure things out; given that, unless something drastic has happened, both Andrew and Harry should have identical scents, I'd expect Remus to start wondering fairly quickly. I rather suspect it'll take Dumbledore somewhat longer. Even then, I'm not sure what either can do about it. Of course, given what Andrew knows, I wonder how much longer Scabbers will be free and what effect -that- knowledge will have on Dumbles; I suppose it's a question, then, of just how manipulating and scheming Albus is in your story.
  
  As to pairings, I definitely like Andrew/Tonks but, if Harry's going to end up paired with a redhead, I'd much prefer it be Susan Bones.

  Oh yeah, Andrew/Tonks!! I'm a believer. Interesting how this is progressing thus far, I like having Remus being Harry's tutor. I would like to see Andrew push Remus to retaking the Wizengamot seat. Especially after he informs him about Wormtail's still being alive. Can't wait to see how that's going to happen. Might be the way to jumpstart the Harry/Ginny thing. Oh, Bagnold is still Minister at this point in time I believe, so there won't be as much obstruction to the course of justice as when Fudge was in office. Be neat to see Andrew's machinations with Dumbledore once he figures out the time traveller thing. Exposing Crouch for his actions in releasing his son, freeing Sirius, possibly having the DMLE raid Malfoy Manor and 'finding' the secret stach of Dark Arts objects under Lucius' drawing room floor. Gonna be fun, keep up the great work!!

  The part about Riddle not claiming his seat doesn't make sense. Why would claiming the seat cause him a problem? Also, Harry/Ginny? I hate that pairing. she's too much of a fan girl for my taste. Why not Susan, Luna, Hannah, or even Sally Anne? Why not someone original? And, why Tonks? How about Hestia? Your pairings are too cliché!
