Your birth. I will never forget the day your mom told me she was pregnant, I was the happiest man alive. I phoned everyone I knew and told them about the news. Your mom's stomach grew on the outside as you grew on the inside of her, and with each day she got bigger, I got more and more proud. Then we found out that we were definetley having a little girl, our own little angel.

The day you were going to be born I went into the hospital with your Uncle Mikey but we weren't allowed to see your mom just yet, we had to wait until you had arrived. And boy did you take your time, 9 hours it took you to come out.

The nurse said we could see your mommy now and Uncle Mikey went home to get Uncle Gerard, Bob and Ray while I came in to see you. Mom was on the bed, holding a little bundle in a blanket, the little bundle that was you.

I walked over and kissed mom, then I kissed you. Your little face was soft and your bright blue eyes stared up at me, wondering who I was. I carefully took you out of mommy's arms and held you for the first time. I did a lot of first's that day. Like when I first rocked you, when I first hugged you, and when I first spoke to you. I said, "Hello little one."
