  Good solid chapter. I think you did Ginny v. well, and your scene with Snape and Dumbles played out v. well

  Great to see this back here, and liked the chapter as a whole. It was nice to see a Ginny who is wanting to be friends first, rather than the stalker girl she comes across as at time, in canon, and was fun to see how things went for Harry and Hermione. Looks like the two of them arecontinuing to shoot themselves in the foot more than they need to, but will be curious to see if the two of them might come around after a bit, and how they may become more than friends.

  I still think that Harry and Hermione are better off as just friends. I know this is a Harry/Luna Hermione story and while I do read those sometimes in this story, so far, Harry and Hermione seem to be better off as friends. While with Luna, so far, it's seems like Harry is just glad that someone is interested in him as Harry, and not as 'The Boy Who Lived.' I'd really like to see Harry show that he really does love Luna in a romantic sense.

  Harry & Hermione haven't explored a relationship as a couple, so they naturally fall into the role as friends.
  
  As Luna has already identified, a lot of what Harry feels for her is simply in response to the affection he's been given freely by her. It honstly isn't hard for a guy with as little experience as Harry to fall head over heels under those circumstances.
  
  He's only just been given a reason to challenge his feelings for her, and only because she's asked him to.
  
  Things are probably going to be quite confusing for Harry.

  I just found this story, and I spent the evening reading it straight through. I've had a lot of fun. It's fascinating to watch the various interactions. I love this view of Luna, especially - you've kept her essential quirkiness. I do want to know what AD ended up doing with the Dursleys. Did he just force them to stay at Privet Drive, or did he let them go back to Marge?
  This is a fun, funny, and interesting tale. Thank you.

  Welcome aboard and thanks for the review. Oh, and thanks to everyone else I haven't replied to as well.
  
  I'm not going to spill the beans on the Dursley's yet, but keep in mind that in 'my' world, Muggle memory obliviations can't be restored (as mentioned by Dan as the reason why he and Emma couldn't join the will reading).
  
  Perhaps we'll find out Friday night? :)
  
  I appreciate your approval of Luna's charactersation. I'm trying to keep her consistent with canon as much as possible, and projecting her likely reactions based on what I think her personality is from the clues Jo left in the books.

  I honestly couldn't see how those two would just be able to 'click' over from friends to dates the way Luna hopes.
  
  My own belief is that if any of them are going to end up with a real relationship, then they should have to put some work into it, else it is fairly meaningless and would probably fall apart at the first real rough patch. Either that or I'd be writing some 'twue wuv' fluff. :D
  
  Course, I do like those as well, I just don't want to write one.. ;) )

  Great writing. I am a big fan of the Harry/Hermione/luna trio ship. I think they have great potentil together.
  
  Your depicting of the different characters is excellent. I really enjoy your story and can't wait to see how you are going to have them evolve.

  Well I didn't expect thing to go smoothly for Harry & Hermione since they had to get through years of friendship to explore the romantic side. And one of Harry's traits is loyalty his loyalty is getting in the way and it may take Harry almost losing Hermione to get him to really build on their relationship. And as for the Albus vs Snape part is this just Albus's concious catching up with him or is he realising that Snape really is a deatheater?

  Most excellent story, I particularly enjoyed the characterization of the various characters. The groundwork you're laying for the trio is quite good, and the foreshadowing from the twins was quite hilarious.
  
  In my experience the best relationships are built atop friendship so I don't really see them needing to "get through" that, more along the lines that Harry tends to compartmentalize things, and Hermione has been in the "friend" box for so long that with his loyalty to Luna its conspiring to make things uncomfortable for them both.
  
  Perhaps when he gets to thinking about their sleeping arrangements he'll get a bit of a hint. But who knows? I'll be watching to see how this develops. Hopefully ficwad has an alert function.

  Good story so far, but I hope that Harry chooses Luna or at least have him date both at the same time. Harry/Luna is my favorite pairing. Update soon!!!!
