Good to see you back, sir! This one looks like it's going to be an interesting story, no doubt about it. Gotta wonder what's in that pool, though, and if we'll see it...The Face in the Pool

I'm going to watch this story, as it seems like it has potential.
However, please don't follow your usual MO of doing everything short of character bashing to keep Ginny and Harry separate. Even the one time you let them be together, you kill her off just to keep them apart. Unfortunately, it's looking like you plan to do so, with Harry not retaining his feelings for Ginny, and Ginny being scared of Harry.
I am willing to give this fic a chance, so please, do not disappoint me.The Face in the Pool

Oh, yes, an excellent start to an AU. I'd love to know just exactly who was in that pool, but she obviously was a most potent being. It should be rather interesting to see how this Harry deals with his reality after having the power and history of his final canon counterpart imparted to him. This looks like it's going to be quite a ride and I'm looking forward to it. Beyond that, it looks like the youngest two Weasleys may well be taking themselves out of play rather early, here, as neither seems to really appreciate what just went down at the MoM.The Face in the Pool

Listening to Manowar Call to Arms and watching this and I couldn't be happier seriously, there was blood there was action and it was cold and fast and hard that's the way a Hero should be.The Face in the Pool

Hot damn, you're back!! Yeehaw!!
Great start. I like the way you have Ginny actually being a bit afraid of Harry. Given the point Rowling made about the resemblance between Harry and the young Tom Riddle, I've always been surprised that angle isn't used more often.
I also like Ron's characterization. He's a bit shallow, but what teen isn't? And he's aware of his limitations, and bothered by them to an extent. If he chooses to walk away from Harry, it will actually be a choice, rather than the cliche jealousy reaction.
I'll be eagerly awaiting the next installment.

Like this set up and you've already corralled the 4 useful of the 6 towards getting closer to Harry. Hermione then Luna probably talking to this 'new' Harry, but also Neville will later become the friend that Ron hasn't been.
I'm highly anticipating the 'adults' reactions and how Voldemort will deal with Harry Now with half his circle dead!
I LOVe fanfiction!

Will we be told the name of the person in the pool? Will Harry ever go back to talk to her again? I hope Harry pairs up with either Hermione, Luna or both. Just please not Ginny. Will Harry tell the others about the pool and what he saw? Or will Harry just tell them the important bits. Will Harry warn Hermione about the threat of love potions from Ron? I hope that Harry tells them about the prophecy and that Harry will not be sent back to the Dursleys this summer, maybe Neville can invite him over? The Face in the Pool

First off, welcome back! I'm very interested in what is happening in this story, and the device you used is very original, which I've come to expect from you.
I like that Ron is becoming self-aware enough to realize that probably doesn't want to be the best friend of the Boy Who Lived, even though he likes Harry.
Nice work on taking out the LeStrange Family and Dolohov, was that the same curse that he tried to use on Hermione in the vision time frame?
Looking forward to more of this story.
I tried to rate the story, but it was already a 5, so I'll try to get here earlier to rate the next chapters.

Glad to see you back. I find this prologue quite exciting and hope to see more. I can't wait to see Dumbles and the other adults reaction to Harry's new way of dealing with DE.
Something else. Are you going to finish "When Vernon Didn't Miss".
Keep writing my friend. You have interesting stories to tell.
