This is actually in response to the Author's notes at the end of the chapter.
Yes, you can say things quietly without muttering, murmuring or whispering. In fact using "quietly" or "softly" is recommended if you're trying to convey that the individual speaking is carrying on a normal conversation, just at lower volume.
Muttering, whispering and murmuring all have connotations that don't send the same message as "spoke softly" or "said quietly"Harry Potter and the Sun Source

Chuin and Remo BOTH drop by to see how the young 'un is handling his assignment, and maybe have a few "discussions" with the Headmaster over certain clauses and conditions in the "Standard Contract" with the House of Sinanju???
Maybe the details of the "Treacherous Client Clause" could be used to good effect in deflating Albus ego, not to mention terrifing Snape, McG., etc, while delighting Filius.
Something just tells me that Bro. Flitwick has some i depth knowledge about the House of Sinanju that is just waiting to crop up in this story somewhere, and perhaps create a situation where he has Harry's back covered at a crucial point?Harry Potter and the Sun Source

I'm really enjoying this. I had never heard of the Destroyer series until this, but I think you have done well in integrating it with HP in your story.
If/When Harry meets Remus/Sirius will they mean anything to him beyond being English wizards connected to Dumbledore? Did Sirius ever even escape from Azkaban?Harry Potter and the Sun Source

This chapter, too, I was not warned about!
Anyway, I really wonder how using Fleur to resurrect himself changed Tommy from the cannon (as evidenced but what you said in this chapter, there were consequences...)
(just after having written this, your answer to Cateagle's comment attracted my eyes... I was about to say that I was sad that Fleur was dead, but she may not be, maybe Harry will be able to save her, if it does not compromise the contracts. It could be profitable for him, as she may be able to allow him to train in all the 37 steps ;-p)
I hope you'll be able to update soon (and that I'll be alerted, but I'll try to check periodically...)

I must say that this is, so far, my favorite of your stories. This Harry is also the coolest, by far, of all the stories I've read. I really hope that this is just a slow story for you and not abandoned. That would be a crying shame.Author's response
