I dug in my big silver spoon into my favourite ice cream. I brought the spoon into my mouth and crunched through the cookie pieces in the ice cream.
It was a normal day like any day, I was on the couch watching a movie which stuffing myself and Gerard was at work. Not that I did mind that he was away, really it was pretty much awkward when he was home anyway. Frank, Ray, Bob and Mikey all left a few days the day after the accident, seeing as that they needed to go back to their daily lives. I was fine with that. Right after they left, Gerard started to act all so fatherly to me and I hated it so much. Instead of myself telling him I hated the way he acted around me, I just let my actions show that I woulld just keep my distance from him, or I would make an excuse every time we were in the same room. It was hard to explain, but it really hurt me by the way he acted. It's like your crush suddenly acting brotherly around you. It's stupid. I just wanted him to go back to normal, just not speak to me ever again. I wanted that so badly and sometimes I would just regret telling him my feelings. That was a stupid thing to do.
I stabbed the ice cream with my spoon and focused back to the movie. Call me stupid, but I was watching St. Trinians. I think it's a great chick flick. I always ended up laughing with the emos being all so funny, but at the same time envied their style and make-up.
I looked down at my injured arm, it was healing pretty well. I still kept the bandage on because the sight of the stitches made me nauseous.
I was about to sigh when I realised that there was a small sound playing while the movie was playing. I paused the movie and noticed that my phone was ringing hysterically. I cursed to myself and sprinted upstairs to my room. I answered the phone as i jumped on my bed.
"Hello?" I breathed out.
"Hey Nicole!" Toni's high pitched voice was heard.
"Hey, how are you?"
"Just great, what about you darling?"
"Good," I licked my lips. "What have you been up to?"
"Been fillign out applications to the real estates for the apartments we chose."
"Really?" I was kinda surprised with the fact that I didnt know about any of this. I didnt know that she was goign to take action so soon.
"Yep! I just got bored one day and decided to just do it."
"Oh wonderful."
"Yea, and guess what? I never expected to have a reply so soon from the agents!"
"What do you mean by 'reply'?"
"Well, with one of the apartments, the owner decided that we should rent it. So the real estate wants to know when we can all move in."
"Wait, you mean as in you just got an apartment for rent?"
"Yes!"
"Wow," was all I can say.
"Oh it's magnificent Nicole! Youll love it!"
i gave a uneasy chuckle.
"And Maria is happy about it too! So I think we should decide when to move in."
"How soon does it have to be?"
"Um, less than 2 weeks."
"Oh."
"You are okay with that? Aren't you?" she sounded hopeful.
"Yea, sure."
"Good! We should all meet up either tomorrow or the day after to discuss the plans!" she sounded so energetic that it scared me.
"Can't wait."
I shut the phone after we said our goodbyes. Was this really the right thing to do? Just move out?





I am so so so sorry for the short chapter.
I didnt realise it was 2am till now, I'll continue tomight or tomorrow.
In the mean time, I was wondering if the story was boring you ppl.
