You're my what?

I like this story a lot, but you had a huge mistake in your timeline. Harry didn't date Cho and ditch her to be with Hermione until 5th year. She was (and presumably still is, as he is still alive) with Cedric at the end of GOF.
I agree that Hermione had the inside track up til the end of OotP, though, until something happened and she lost 90 IQ points and developed an unnatural desire for an emotionally abusive relationship with a ginger. You're my what?

Wonderful Story, and funny, too. Being the father of two girls myself, I understood what Joseph meant about "two beds, two countries"
I can hardly wait for what follows. Hurry, Scruffy, herry! You're my what?

I hope that given the situation Hermione can meet up with Harry & Gabby soon enough and not be caught in some manipulative plan by Dumbles and his hens!
A neat story so far!

Why would Dumbledore wait so long to check his devices? Wouldn't he be doing that daily?!?
Nice chapter. It look like, as I hope it will, that Hermione will be with Harry in France as well. You're my what?

Nice.
I like Gabrielle's parents' reaction, which seems to be a reasonable balance between natural concern and acceptance of their daughter's needs. I know how tempting it is to simply say "the parents of a Veela are different," but it does add a certain realism to the story.
I'm a little weary of the "Harry must become tall" thing, but I'm glad you didn't have him end up at two metres--six foot six or seven is just plain taller than anyone needs to be, and IMHO is one of those things, like superpowers, that makes a story become too annoying to read, whereas six foot is an ordinary tall person's height.
Personally I hope to see it become Harry/Gabrielle/Hermione, but as you please. I'm glad to see that Hermione and her parents are being thoughtful and wary of Dumbledore. And what you've done with the "Great man, Dumbledore" line is clever--I'm looking forward to seeing what comes of it.
You have got a fair number of minor errors--missing commas, typos, and suchlike--but it's still very readable. You're my what?

Her reply had bearing now, “Honestly? He left a date with Cho, a very good-looking housemate of mine, just because Hermione asked him to.
Sorry to nit-pick, but Harry's date with Cho wasn't until Fifth Year. The middle of Fifth year (on St. Valentines Day, I believe, putting it in mid-February), to be exact. Mandy Brocklehurst couldn't have cited that incident at this time...
