The elevator door's opened and I stepped out, into the corridor. I took one brief glance and watched as Gerard pushed Kat against the wall, his lips firmly over hers. Her hands were on his jeans and his fingers were pulling at the cardigan she was wearing. As the material was pushed back it revealed a small bump.
Fear and Shock pulsed from my heart, immersing my corpse in pain. I felt my body begin to quake and watched as Kat pulled Gerard into a room, her mouth never leaving his. I fell silently against the wall as my knees gave way. I fell against the floor with a soft thud. What the hell?! My heart had broken into tiny painful fragments of what it had been.
