he walked over and sat beside me and put his arms around me so my head was resting on his chest.

it took one word, one name, and Gerard knew where I was coming from. "ah well what's he done this time?" Gerard spoke to me in an understanding tone. "he's trying to come between us and its upsetting me and, well..." I didn't know how to say it. Gerard looked at me with worry in his eye's. it hurt to see that in his gorgeous dark brown eye's. I sighed, Before I could just out with it Gerard spoke "you know you can tell me anything, and I mean anything, there was something I wanted to talk to you about anyway but you go first." I wondered what he could possibly want to ask me nothing sprang to mind so I decided I get it over and done with,
"All Riley's doing here is causing trouble maybe it's time he left, he has no reason to be here, he doesn't help around the house or even pay rent." it felt better to have it out in the open, there was a silence it wasn't awkward but it didn't feel like it was a good silence. Finally Gerard replied "Wow" I looked at him as if to say " 'wow'??" he spoke again this time he stuttered a little "I, I, errm well I was gonna say exactly the same thing. Maybe we were made for each other" he smiled a little "Well I guess we know where this is going don't we? When are we gonna tell him?" I looked down with a frown on my face. Gerard pulled my face up and kissed me. "well I guess we'll have to call a house meeting he HAS to obey HM rules which means he can't hurt you" I knew I had to figure a way to tell Riley it was bye bye time without him being able to hurt anyone. Gerard nodded and walked out the room. I sighed, got up and knew it had to be done by someone.
"WHAT?!" Riley spluttered out. "HM rules riley remember them." I reminded him as I saw him getting angry. "I'm sorry dude but you don't need to be here, if anything you're just living off us, I mean for god's sake you don't even have a job! You don't pay rent or help around the house we thought its better if you go." Gerard explained in a reasonable tone. "he's right, now he mentions it. You only moved in cos of D. now you only cause problems." Bob chimed in. "Fine then, I'll go my mum's been asking me to come home for months now." Riley stormed off to pack his stuff. When he was gone we all started giggling. "his mums hee hee" Ed just let out, we all laughed more. "ok house meetings over" Gerard told the others. Everyone left and Gerard was left in the room with me looking rather distressed. I walked up behind him and hugged his waist
