This reminds me of The Picture of Dorian Gray. I liked that book. And this story was well written, but a tip; space out the paragraphs a bit. I kept losing my place, lol. 'Twas good though. I liked it. Ish it a one-shot or a story?

This was so beautiful, thank you for writing a Ryden or Rydon shrug that didnt end with death and sadness. This was perfect and makes me hapy :D I agree paragraphing would be good but thats not too big hehehehe.

I think this is great as a oneshot, sometimes when things become longer than a oneshot the story seems dragged on you know? I love this how it is, thank you so much!

This is beautiful, I personally think you should continue. I loved the vocabulary choice, the setting and it was perfect. You have a skill. I found myself almost in tears just as Ryan was. Bravo.
