  Enjoyed the story so far. If everything is not set in stone yet I have a few suggestions if you would like. I think the most obvious one is Luna as Harley. It just fits doesn't it. I think you could get Neville to be Ivy, but in a strange sense you could also make him Penguin if I remeber the characters profile correctly. However with Ivy's love hate relationship with Batman it might make more sense to make him Penguin. Hermione could make a good Riddler with her never ending quest for knowledge. I see Ron as a more Killer Croc kind of guy. Remus could be a good two-face. I can see Sirius being Mr. Freeze afte feeling abandoned my the wizarding world and viewing them as taking some one from him his own Nora if you will. I can see Pansy ether pulling of a Catwoman to stay close to Draco. And I can't believe i didn't think of it it was so obvious Tonks to play Clayface. I suddenly feel like hitting myself. I would have to think on the rest, but you get the idea. Actually one more came to mind Daphne could be Ivy with her standard at least fanon Ice queen persona it would fit in nice.

  yes, luna, is at this time the most guessed at person to be Harley, and i am very much considering her for the role. like 98 percent chance.
  
  neville, another constant guess, and until about twenty minutes ago one i agreed with. but something came up that is making me think otherwise. hmmmm
  
  THANK YOU! you are actually the first person on here or ff. net to guess anything for ron. everyone thinks he's too anything for any role. i also beg to differ.
  
  Remus is a common two face candidate, but alas, no. other plans are already in place for both of them.
  
  sirius is another interesting idea, andhonestly i haven't thought that far ahead yet. maybe something, but i think i got something else in mind for freeze.
  
  you know, i never considered tonks as clayface either... huh. possible.
  
  Ahh yeah.

  Ok, first off, brilliant first chapter. Other than a few technical mistakes, no complaints.
  
  Now, for a few suggestions regarding Harry and a few others.
  
  First off, since his first appearance, the Joker has always been the most violent, sadistic and unpredictable villian in comic book history. He cannot be manipulated, itimidated and no amount of reason can disway from a certain course of action once he's decided upon it unless the alternative offers him a higher number of casualties. You touched on that pretty good in the first chapter and I hope you continue doing so.
  
  Second, Draco Malfoy. The way his parents were killed its obvious that you are at least thinking about him becoming Batman, I would like to offer another option.
  
  From what we know of Draco, he hates muggles and muggleborns but doesn't have the stomach to actually go the route of a Death Eater as his father did. Seeing his parents killed by a muggle would certainly reenforce this hatred but depending on who raises him from then on will decided by how much.
  
  Upon reaching Hogwarts, he recognizes Harry as the boy who refused to help his parents and lashes out at him. Harry toys with a while before finally disfiguring him, just to see how he reacts, ie, Two Face. One side is the weak fearful little boy that failed to protect his parents but hides it behind his mask of arrogance. The other side is dominated by his rage and overwhelming need to inflict pain on others. Hurting them as he was hurt.
  
  While Two Face and the Joker share many qualities, Two face can be manipulated by a stronger personality making Draco the perfect person to be Harry's 'strong arm', as it were.
  
  I'm sure many have suggested Neville as Poison Ivy but that is just too ridiculous. Hannah Abbott or Susan Bones would be perfect as I think both of them are good at herbology and both have red hair.
  
  Luna as either the Riddler or Harley Quinn. Both fun characters that offer a heap of hilarity, nough said.
  
  Catwoman, Daphne Greengrass or Tracy Davis. Whichever one you choose, from a minor pureblood family that is often looked down upon by the rest of the purebloods for not having a long enough family line and/or big enough fortune. She uses her considerable talents to strike back against the so called 'old line families'.
  
  The penguin, I've got no idea.
  
  Penguin, Catwoman, Ivy, Two Face, Freeze, Scarecrow. You've got itellegance, beauty, physical ability and raw brutality but each of these characters can be manipulated if you know where and how to apply the pressure. I can see Harry using each of them to help soe his chaos, whether they are aware of someone pulling their strings or not.
  
  Just one last little tip. When writing a crossover fic its important to keep some things the same. Actions, ideas, the personalities of the various characters, if you change too much, readers will get frustrated and loose interest. Trust me on that, I wrote an epic disaster that fell apart becouse everyone got pissed with all the changes I made.
  
  Whatever you decide to do, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE don't go the route of any of those ridiculous tv shows where the Jokers actions turn into stupid but malicious pranks or the various crossover comics where he is but one henchmen of many in a big crime syndicate. The Joker is meant to be the manipulater, not the manipulated. He follows no one's orders and will kill anyone who attempts to impose their will on him.
  
  This review is annoyingly long, I know, but thank you for reading it and I hope to see another chapter soon.

  firstly, not annoyingly long... awesome! i love the long reviews.
  
  now, yes, draco is the running man for batman. but DAMN thats the first review that made me reconsider who i got for Two-face. I'm not sure, maybe? its a really good idea. hmmm
  
  
  hannah or susan as poison ivy? another idea i played with. you know, i'm sad to say i originally had nevile, i had a ploy on how to turn him, but now that i'm thinking about it... i actually have more space to twist on those two... hmmm
  
  luna? yep... riddlers taken but harley's free. :)
  
  catwoman... well, i've been having a lot of trouble casting her. thats a nice point though.
  
  Penguin.. i don't really like him. he's not going to be a main character, he might do a cameo or a one-chapter-shot, but even then i dont think so.
  
  thanks for the tips too. yeah i want to keep the basic ideas suck as horcruxes and voldy the same, and even how i twist them in going to be based in cannon. after that its open season. its just like it looks; the potter universe with a few more metal people.
  
  and no, no stupid jokes... well i got a few distractions... like the pencil magic trick in the movie. while everyone is watching the left hand with the sparkly card, the right hand is aiming the gun.
  
  no acid filled flowers or lethal joy buzzers for me. personally i always thought that sorta stuff annoyed me. i liked the darker parts.

  Now this is gonna be good. I see Hermione as Two-Face, The Twins as a combo Riddler, Neville as Poison Ivy, Ginny as Catwoman, and Luna is a must Harley Quinn. For some reason I just can't picture as anyone.

  definitely going to be a good story if you continue with the writing as you have been going so far.
  
  riddler- fits hermione almost too well
  
  scarecrow - couldn't fit the twins any better, what with all there creations making the fear stuff wouldnt be too far fetched.
  
  two-face - ron since he seems to have two different personalities for most of the cannon story wouldnt be that hard for him to go over the edge
  
  bane - neville accidentally stumbles across the venom when working with a plant in his green house at home has mind and body altering affects with the first use
  
  black mask - charlie once he heads off to be a dragon handler, ends up mixed in and takes over an large crime syndicate
  
  catwoman - cho chang cant really explain this one but who wouldn't want to see her in catwomans outfit
  
  clayface - tonks exposed to something that has a wierd reaction to an ability or percy due to some wired experiment of the twins. either could fit real nice as clayface
  
  Harley Quinn - ginny not many others that could be this dedicated to harry, especially with him being the joker, could have her be twisted by the horcrux before she tosses it.
  
  Mr freeze - luna side affect of a spell creation of her mothers
  
  penguin - cedric digory looses his looks in a childhood accident and is permanently disfigured after which befriends the birds in his families aerie
  
  poison ivy - fleur powers seem kind of similar to a veelas
  
  
  
  if you are going to include some of the rare appearing badguys
  
  Ventriloquist & Scarface - luna the only one i could see convincingly pull this off with mabey a snorkak dressed up as scraface
  Hideto Katsu - blaise zabini
  Kabuki Twins - padma and parvati
  killer croc - oliver wood but could be just about anyone stuck in some messed up partial animagus transformation
  man-bat - marcus flint another messed up partial animagus transformation
  ragdoll - could be tonks if she isnt clayface
  
  Jokers henchmen
  Marty, Punch and Judy the Griffindor chasers
  
  riddlers henchmen
  
  Riddlemen, houseelves with peronsailty modifying hats
  
  
  several other bad guys that i just couldnt find anyone for, that you might want to look up if your having a hard time tring to figure out who all you want to use is

  Holy Hell Batman! ( yes, pun is intended ) I didn't think this would be any good when I saw the title and the summary, but I opened it anyway and what did I find? A very freaky Harry w/balls the size of the moon and an attitude to match it! Glad you got rid of the Malfoys, but why do I get the feeling Draco's gonna be a "Hero" in this thing? Anyways, blood and good fights are always a plus in my book!
