Excellent. The girls in the series have always been Naruto's weak point (exept for Tsunade and Temari, in my opinion). This fic actually explores the issue of characters who are normally there for balance and eye-candy. I like the way each girl has a different view on being a kunoichi, all elegantly outlined by the first phrase and the way they put 'strength' and 'girl' side by side. And of course, that last line's a winner :) Go Sakura.Kunoichi Means

I've been staring at this one since you posted it to LJ, trying to put into words what specifically I like about it. I think it is particularly the rhythm that it has, and the balance in the way each character is compared to and contrasted with the others, Tenten and Ino, Hinata and Temari, and then finally Sakura at the end. You're good at that - rhythm and balance - I admire that in your writing.Kunoichi Means

Very intriguing layout. The different viewpoints and contrasting lengths of passages keep it fresh, direct, and clean.

I don't know that I have the words to tell exactly how much I adored this peice. All the girls are down FLAT and the varying lengths keep the pace fresh and interesting.
I especially love Hinata's and Sakura's bits because they're my favorite girls and I so rarely find them portrayed so accurately. I love you for Tenten's pride in her hair and Temari's perfume because the two of them often get anti-girl characterizations in fic, which I find totally wrong. The Ino part really got me, too, because you got her pride, but without making her seem snobby the way so many people do. I have a slight pang of disappointment that Kin and Tayuya don't get mention and I'm sure you would bring them across sensationally, but all in all, this is just beautiful. I hope I can be this good some dayKunoichi Means

I like the light contrast. You can't believe what others say sometimes, and you can only know by being closer. (Did that make any sense?)Kunoichi Means

That's an interesting take on the 'weaker' sex. I'm glad you did this.Kunoichi Means

Thank you for getting "it" ("it" being rather undefinable but highly important nonetheless) and putting it onto paper.
