grins I quite liked Iruka in here with his hopeless cases, working hard to get the "little twerp" to become a ninja.
Team 7 was hilarious with their reactions to the ramen. =DAuthor's response
Thanks! Yeah, Iruka is good with hopeless cases XDSpring Fever

I love how you've written both Iruka and Kakashi here. I especially love the class scene where Kakashi and the old ladies were seeing entirely two different things, and sadistically inclined Iruka just made me laugh because what teacher isn't a bit of a sadist? Thank you very much for putting this up, I really enjoyed reading it.Author's response
Kakashi being a Shinobi, he can see underneath the underneath ;) ANd I think teachers have to be bad-ass out of sheer self-defence...Spring Fever

I loved this story. It would be awesome if you wrote a sequel. With a lemon. Woot! Yeah, Iruka's teaching methods are hilarious.Author's response
Thanks ^_^ I am hoping to get a sequel up eventually. No lemon yet, but I might write a third part if I feel up to it.Spring Fever

I was a little miffed at first to find out you were writing Naruto fanfic instead of GW, but after reading this, I don't think I'll care very much. =) Very funny and entertaining, while still in character. It helps that I adore Kakashi, though. I've always really liked how IC you keep the characters.Author's response
Thanks! If you know me from my GW days, you'll know that 'IC' is the highest order of compliment for me ^_^ Naruto - and 'One Piece', another huge favorite of mine - have their fun attractions too!Spring Fever

Wow, never thought I'd find such a good fic with this couple, or even that small hint of it. I'm glad that I didn't abandon the fic at finding that it was on an alternate timeline like I usually do.
The writing was great, not over-or-under-done. It was a very amusing read.
I love the Iruka portrayal, and Kakashi's utter shock at discovering the real Iruka. The only thing that came close to bugging me, and it was forgotten easily enough in my amusement over the story, was that Kakashi was late but because of Iruka instead of Obito. Of course that's forgivable anyway since this was done before the end of the Rescue Sasuke mission.
I also really appreciate the way Team 7 is characterized here. Naruto isn't a total idiot, Sakura isn't a whiney, fangirlly b!tch and Sasuke isn't emo.
All in all, I just might love youSpring Fever

I really enjoyed this story. (: Your portrayal of Iruka, is better then most I've seen. I don't know why people are always making him sound so annoyingly sweet and innocent... Or just plain submissive, in other cases. He's a ninja for crying out loud! I can, however, see Kakashi underestimating him. So this fic worked for me quite well.Spring Fever
