Ellys POV
i just stared at him and he shook his head.
"no elles i swear to god i dont know how those got in here but i didnt kill beth"
"you were about to rape me and you hit me i never knew you had that evil inside of you, it was you all along"
"no elles i swear, i dont know what happened to me before but..." I turned quickly when i heard sunshine crying and i ran out of the room and ran upstairs to traces room and i slammed the door locking it. i ran towards sunshine picking her up and i jumped backing up against the dressor when i heard trace yelling and banging on the door.
"elles please open the door, i didnt do anything to anybody"
"please just get away from the door trace" i yelled.
"elles please let me explain" i just shook my head crying and he banged on the door harder.
"GODDAMIT! elly open it" he yelled louder making sunshine cry.
"stop it trace please" i cried trying to calm sunshine down but she was to hysterical. i looked around for a phone in the room but he didnt
have one. I suddenly heard struggling outside the door and i heard another a voice. i stood back until it got completely quiet. I put
sunshine down and i walked towards the door slowly jumping back when i heard knocking.
"just stop trace" I said picking up sunshine again.
"elles its me mase its okay" i ran towards the door quickly and opened it seeing mason.
"oh my god mase" I said hugging him.
"oh my god elles what did he do to you" he said touching my face.
"im okay mase dont worry" he just nodded taking sunshine and we went downstairs and out to the frontyard. I looked around when i
heard the sirens and I broke down crying.
"elles its okay i called the police, what happened i saw your text so i came over and i heard trace yelling upstairs so i ran up there and i
saw what he was doing and i realized you were in the room i just grabbed him and knocked him unconcious"
"Mase he tried to force himself on me he told me all you guys were gonna be here so i came"
"he never called any of us"
"i should have known better mase, god" i said wiping my face.
"its not your fault okay" i shook my head crying again.
"mase he has Beths phone in there" I said looking up at him.
"he what"
"he has the phones it was him all this time it was him, he killed bert and beth" i said and he didnt say anything he just gave me back
sunshine and he ran back in the house.
"Mase come back" I sreamed getting up. I heard mason yelling in the house and i didnt know what to do. I saw the first cop cars pulling up
and i ran towards them.
"Mam we got a call about a disturbance"
"my friend mason is in there please do something please" I said as he ran past me and him and a few other police officers ran in"
"mam come with me so we can get you cleaned up okay" i nodded at the officar and we walked to the ambulance that pulled up.
"is your daughter okay" they asked i nodded and they cleaned up the cuts on my lip and face.
"is there anyone you want us to call"
"yes my husband please" i said giving the officer his cell phone number. while i was waiting I told the officer everthing that happened and
what i had found. They kept Mason and Trace inside asking them questions and i stayed outside in the ambulance. I felt like I was waiting
forever when i finally saw Frankie pull up. I got up and he ran towars me and he pulled me into his arms.
"are you and sabbie okay" he asked kissing me and then sunshine on the forehead. i just nodded and i held him tightly.
"im gonna fucking kill him elles i swear to god" he whispered.
"it was him Frankie this whole time it was him" I cried aginst his shoulder.
"i know the officer told me everything your brothers and the detectives are on there way" i just nodded and he looked down at me.
"did he"he asked with a serious tone. i closed eyes shaking my head no.
"he tried but he just did this" i said pointing at my face.
"hes gonna regret touching you and putting my daughter in danger" he said slowly caressing my face.
Frank's POV
i kept looking at my cell phone waiting for elly to call but she never did. so i figured she had stayed cause mason showed up.
"hey frank your up" Mikey said as he handed me my guitar and i put on my headphones and started recording. I must of been recording for
about 10 minutes when i felt my cell phone vibrate i signaled for them to stop recording and i took my phone out and answered it. when i
realized it was the police i got up quickly and they told me everything that happened and i literally threw my guitar and i got up running
"what the fuck happened" Mikey said.
"fucking trace thats what happened he beat ur sister and tried to rape her" i said and he just looked over at gerard.
"see i fucking told you not to trust him" Gerard said grabbing his jacket.
"thats not all man hes the one that killed beth"

"elly found beths and berts cell phones in traces house so you better get those fuckin detectives out there so they can get the fucker before i
do" i said walking out towards my car.
"well meet you there with the detectives" Gerard said.
"okay well Mikey should know were he lives sense there besties" i said looking over at mikey and just shaking my head. i got in the car and i
took off. I drove as fast as I could and i finally got there pulling up the driveway and I saw all the police cars everywhere. i got off my car
and i looked around for elly and sunshine and i saw her stand up and I ran towards her hugging her and the baby tightly.
"are you and sabbie okay" I asked kissing them each on the forehead. she just nodded.

"did he"I asked wanting to hear her say no, cause its bad enough that he hit her but if he did rape her he wouldnt make it to the cop car
alive.
"he tried but he just did this" she said pointing at her face.and it hurt me to see her like this.

of the house and he walked towards us spitting out blood.
"you okay man" I asked and he nodded.
"wheres he at man"
"there gonna bring him out right now" he said wiping his face.

pushed the officer out of the way and i grabbed him punching him in the face and knocking him to the floor.
"you think you can put your fucking hands on my wife and get away with huh" i yelled kicking him and an officer tried to grab me but i
pushed him away again. and i got ontop of trace and just started hitting him in the face as hard as hard as i could.
"I WILL FUCKING KILL YOU FOR PUTTING MY WIFE AND DAUGHT4R IN DANGER, WHO THE FUCK DO YOU THINK YOU ARE! MOTHERFUCKER YOU
THOUGHT YOU WERE GONNA GET AWAY WITH HITTING AND TRYING TO RAPE MY WIFE I DONT THINK SO" I yelled and i felt someone tryingt to
pull me off and i got up and kicked him in the face.
" FRANK!" i turned and i saw gerard standing there. i turned back towards trace and i lost it agian.
"YOUR FUCKING DEAD!" I yelled hitting him again and this time gee pulled me off. and i looked down at trace rolling around on the floor
coughing up blood.
"go back over there with elly and stay in the car with her or your gonna get arrested to" gerard said pointing towards the car.

"GO" Gerard yelled and i just nodded walking towards the car and got in the back seat and elly hugged me tight.
"its okay love he got what he deserved and believe me im not done hes not gonna get away with what he did to you today"
"frankie i just want to go home i just want to take sunshine home" she whispered.
"i dont think we can yet there gonna wanna talk to you what happened"
"babe please i dont want sunshine here anymore" she said
"okay let me go and talk to the detectives and ask them to come to our house"

"hey" i whispered putting my fingers under her chin making her look up at me"
